Oh this is terrible news. I think I have some kind of weird valley-girl/vocal fry combo going on. However, I don't think I sound like Scheana! Of course my voice is much lower than Scheana's being that I'm a human being and not a cartoon mouse.

When I was searching for Scheana's song I came across this video^ it seems to be her casting reel. (Notice the song choice?) It also features some video clip of all three of the Jonas Bros. falling in love with her.

Well my goodness...she's done some high-profile work as well. So Vail isn't the only sad, formerly-accomplished/semi-successful performer on this show!

Do we know Scheana's real full (maiden) name? I mean, surely it would have been said during her wedding cos I am guessing her stage name of "Miss Scheana Marie" is not a valid moniker to get married by.

 

I also had no idea how much she went through about her teeth and jaw from that accident, and I agree...that definitely was a valid reason to want your friends to reach out and check on you and basically give a shit. Though had she explained it in a bit more detail on camera we may have been a bit more sympathetic at the time. And it would seriously bug that Jax got way more sympathy and friend-love for his elective nose job, if I were in her position.

 

Stassi...still an asshole. I could totally see her acting that way.

I'm personally not a fan of Scheana's makeup, I think it is always too severe and dark, but good for her that she is at least doing something besides waiting tables. I wonder what exactly would make this makeup any more special than the thousands of other brands already on the market though. 

 

How many Bravolebrities have their own cosmetic line? Seems like there have been at least one or two on every one of these shows! There must be some company that loves to prey on them and make them invest a bunch of money in a cosmetic brand.

Well Scheana really out-assholed herself last night.

 

I mean, I am sympathetic to wedding anxiety.  I really am.  I am even sympathetic to the whole princess-wedding fantasy and all the feelings that come with watching it die.  

 

But, man, a camera in my face the following morning, even if it's not the actual following morning (I'm not sure what's worse)?  I'd be so cynical by this point, if only to retain my sanity.  Shay's got to be planning his passive-aggressive exit strategy, unless he's come to terms with his marriage as a lifetime of planning that strategy.

Yup. I think even without the show Shay would have just been accessory to her. She strikes me as the type who wanted to get married and have a big old princess wedding before 30 (gasp!) and Shay just happened to be the guy she was sleeping with at the time. He could have been any guy with a ring.

On two separate days last week, Scheana spent approximately 10 snaps pontificating about how much she eats, without ever actually showing her eating at all.  Considering she herself admits she lost 20 pounds after being embarrassed about how her wedding dress fit, she definitely started restricting her food intake - she didn't have 20 pounds to lose in the first place, and the only reason her wedding dress was tight was because her Aunt screwed up the fit, not because she was too heavy to wear it. I do agree with the general point of not telling someone to "eat something", because some people are just naturally very slender, but I think Scheana's getting so defensive because she is actually restricting her food.

I 100% believe that Scheana would be jealous if Shay became more famous than her. I don't think she would be jealous because Shay is working. But if his work could lead to fame, she would probably turn feral.

There was this brief moment last season where Scheana and Shay were talking about his drinking and drugging. Shay admits that this quasi fame thing was not for him. Scheana agrees and talks about their plan once the show is over to move back to West Covina, have Shay teach and coach high school football, and have Scheana teach dance. I've always felt that Shay was her back up in case she couldn't get a rich and famous guy or get her dream career.

I think by the time Scheana and Shay got married, Scheana as an original and principal cast member was making about $250,000 per season. Additionally, she does club and bar appearances and may make more than her salary on just those. The ratings keep going up and the show's viewers are younger than the housewives shows. Scheana and the rest of the principal cast probably got raises this season.

I think the supporting cast gets $5,000 per every episode in which they appear. But I think that might be from season 3 forward. Schwartz didn't join the main cast until season 3.

Season 1 the main cast was paid $5,000 for the entire season. Season 2 they got $60,000. By season 3, they were getting between $150,000 and $200,000.

I cannot state with enough emphasis just how lucrative club and bar appearances can be. They pay for your flight, hotel room, and give you thousands to show up, get drunk, and mingle. I think Jax and Toms might be getting $30 -50,000 as a package deal. I read an article about Jax, which had some hints about their salaries. Jax said that he bought a sports car for his dad.

Nene and Sheree fell out because one of them reached out someone who was booking the other person and pitched themself as a cheaper alternative.

I've since clicked on a product and I'm even more certain that trashy.com doesn't sell any lingerie or clothing. I clicked on one of the bras Stassi was wearing. It's available in small, medium, large, and x-large and each one "is handmade to order and ready to ship in 4-6 weeks." That's not how bras are sized and Sonja Morgan's international lifestyle fashion brand made clothes to order. We see how well that did.

It's a real store over by the Bev Center (but let's be real, it's in WeHo, not Beverly Hills).  The window displays are always delightful.  It has been featured on many fine TV shows such as Rock of Love (I can't remember the others, but if there's ever a weird lingerie trying on date on a show on VH1 or MTV, odds are it was filmed there).

For reasons unknown to me I finally decided to finally search for the Stassi and James Deen photos. I was wondering if they were before Deen was accused of rape or after. They were before the accusations.
