The helicopter  was in August, 2019.

The disappearance from social media was after a post on November 8, 2020.

The “raid” on the car lot was November, 2019.

The discovery of what was on his computer was apparently in May, 2019, I believe.

Lauren definitely looked pregnant at Jed's wedding. I wonder if she's given birth. And if they are staying private, how will JB & M count their grandchildren? Just throw in that extra number with no mention of the kid?

I'm sure they will be sure to focus on the truly important aspect -- the number.   It is what gave them status in the first place.

Jed's wedding was, what, three months ago? Three and a half? In order for Lauren to have given birth by now, I think she would have looked more definitively pregnant at the wedding, not just a "maybe that's a bump" speculation.

She didn't look pregnant in the pictures I saw.

Even if Josiah isn't directly being scapegoated by the family over Josh's case, I could see the lawyer also advising him to lay off social media, too, if he's a potential witness. It does seem like his absence started so much earlier than the others, so I do kind of wonder if they've just washed their hands of it. If so, that's a step of progress that none of the others have taken, even the ones who are credited more with some form of breaking with their parents, like Jill or Jinger.

I imagine when the investigation took so long, Smuggar thought he was off the hook. It took 18 months for the Feds to come knocking.

All this to say that I don't think the radio silence is related to the case.

But did the Feds say why they were confiscating the electronics? I don't think they have to say why they have the warrant. It would be stupid of Smuggar to say anything at all.

I don’t thing the feds had to give a reason for confiscating items. Joshley was stupid enough to ask if someone downloaded porn on his computer. He knew why they were there.

Well, going back to a point that was made on the Jessa thread, I didn't think about it at the time, but it IS interesting that Josiah and Lauren were not tagged by anyone else on their social media, in addition to their not posting anything of their own. Aside from Josiah being spotted at Jeremiah's party, they have otherwise been missing in action in any posts made by other Duggar family members. (Not sure if the Swansons have IG or other social media)

That was in November, when everything was still seemingly fine. They were also around for Christmas (Lauren was at the girls' wreath decorating thing, and they both attended the ugly sweater party and Christmas at the Big House).

Post-Josh-scandal, I think the only sightings have been Justin's wedding in February (Josiah was in photos; no Lauren sightings but that doesn't mean she wasn't there), Jed's wedding in April (both of them in the big family picture), and Josiah celebrating James's birthday with his brothers and JB in July.

Josiah's birthday is coming up later this month... last year he was pictured going golfing with Lauren and Bella, Joe and Kendra, and JB and Meech. I wonder if he'll get a post on the Duggar family Instagram this year.

Those are both actually before this latest Josh scandal. He was arrested in late April. Jed's wedding was at the beginning of the month and then Justin's a couple of months prior to that.

Good point. They did seem to start to recede from Duggar family life pre-arrest, then, what with not appearing in that final Easter episode, no longer posting on their own social media, etc.

The Homeland Security raid was in late 2019 and Josh was arrested this year. The last Siren post was in November of 2020. They continued to post for a year after the raid and stopped posting about 5 months pre-arrest. From other SM posts, it seems they are still fully in the Duggar fold. 

I think Lauren found the negative comments on IG (understandably) hard to handle and quit. If that's the case, then good for her.

Have they been, post-arrest? The only time I can remember seeing Josiah is in the James birthday picture. They didn't appear to be at the Father's Day celebration at the Big House, though admittedly that was only a brief video, so who knows.

I can't be sure, the only post-arrest family SM are the ones you mentioned. Josiah and Lauren not posting doesn't appear to have anything to do with the current scandal, so nothing gives me reason to think anything is different.

The link that they are referring to is to an article that is a little old (from June 28th) and I think before Counting On was officially cancelled by TLC, but one point they made that was interesting was that the Duggars never wished Lauren a happy birthday this past spring. 

ETA: Josiah's birthday is TODAY! Let's see if anyone posts anything about that. Even if they miss the in-laws, they're usually pretty good about posting HBD to their actual offspring.

I am thinking Josiah pulled a Jill and got some money out of JB and is working with/for Dwain Swanson somehow now.

Good ole Dwain has bought about 20 vacant lots/properties in Bella Vista in the last year or so.

would explain why Josiah's  llc no longer holds the Duggar family contractor's license that is now with Jason"s llc anyway.

The application for the warrant does have to spell out the reason for the search, which is discoverable to the defense team in trial prep.

Okay, well if this outing coincided with the sibling trip to see Jinger in LA and Vegas, then that would explain Jana, Jason, and James's absences. Jeremiah is still unaccounted for.

I don't think it was meant to be a full family picture. I would think Joe was there. Surely Henry was there if all his siblings were, and the youngest M-boy (Mason) seems to be missing, too. So presumably it was a half-assed, grab whoever's around picture, in typical Duggar style, and some people got left out.

Except James was in the Jed! baseball video, and Jason was in a picture holding Fern that was in the stories part of the Instagram, so they're back. Although I guess this family outing could have pre-dated both of those, and they're just posting it now.
