I was down to weak guesses and fantasies at this point too. Like the Carmichael Twins from "Scoobynatural" and I think Dean slept with someone in "Regarding Dean", but I've only seen that episode a couple times and I'm not sure. Did we already list Carmen from "What is and What Should Never Be?" I had thought of her earlier but didn't say it because it's not "real".
