I just finished catching up on the last two episodes, and came here to post exactly this.  I think the first time she didn't see it, but the second time she was right there.  Not only did she look amused, but she said and did absolutely nothing.  How is this kid going to know that's wrong if she doesn't tell him?  She's doing her own child no favors.  Horrible parenting.

I can see her bemoaning the fact that she's a working Mom rather than showing the tiniest bit of self-awareness.
