How about just showing the organic interactions the housemates have during the week??? I'd prefer that over all these different comps any day.

Did you just say organic? Clearly, you are anti-Paul. Beware the snake.

I thought Cody was the reason Paul went after Dom to begin with, so why act shocked at her eviction?  His fake reaction - & reaching over to hold her hand - was so irritating, knowing he'd thrown her & Mark under the bus.

I asked the same question and my family said Cody was trying to play it off that he didn't throw Mark  and Dom under the bus. I thought Dom knew, but I guess not.

Because could you imagine a secret alliance between Cody and Paul?? NOBODY would suspect. They could wreak havoc. It would be glorious.

NO!

I want Cody or Dom back because they'd come in seeking revenge.

Cameron and Jillian would walk in and aim straight for the shadows. Riding coattails. Leather, studded coattails

I was honestly shocked that Josh didn't go all Rambo on the pool table, the hammock, the washing machine and Mark after Mark threw the juice in Josh's face.  His restraint in that one moment made me think - albeit briefly - that maybe Josh isn't the raging hothead he's been portrayed to be.

I guess he knows his limitations. Physical fights being one of them.

One thing I'm curious about though...  Did production tell the hamsters there would be no live HoH competition after the vote?  Otherwise, they'd just be milling around in the house, waiting for Julie to get back to them after her interview with Dom.  Oh, I hope they didn't tell them, and they just sort of kept wandering around in anticipation of the call to compete....

That's hilarious! I also wonder how it's even possible the HGs sitting around in the living room during the live show can't hear what Julie is saying to the studio audience. We know they don't have a ceiling over their heads, it's a soundstage and she's right on the other side of the way, and she's mic'd.

Many people love an underdog.

I usually root for the underdog but I don't see Jess in that role at all.   If there's an underdog in the house I think it's Ramses.

Ya know I thought of this today too... like are they all still dressed up, in the living room, waiting for the monitor to turn on and Julie to tell them what do, wondering what the hell happened to the HoH comp?

However I have a feeling they were told off of live tv that there would be no HoH comp.

Raven reminded me of a young Bernadette Peters with her hair all curled up like that.

I agree and then too there is the anticipation of Cody returning and seeing what the two of them can achieve now that his eyes have been opened and she's playing a more social game.  Jillian and Cameron would be no fun at all.  Dom could be interesting but I don't think her social game matches Jessica's.  Everybody can say what they want but Jessica is playing Big Brother.

But just before that, Mark jumped and yelled, seemed to be gloating about winning the pool game.  I think that is what set Josh off -  the gloating, yelling "you lost!" It seemed to trigger something in Josh, and it looked like Mark was doing it on purpose to get that reaction.

I swear, Josh comes across like a guy who had some abuse in his past, he has that defensiveness and anger that's out of proportion to anything.  He can't control his outbursts, and it's kind of scary.   I bet in his life outside the house, people in his life  treat him with kid gloves so they don't upset him.

I think both men controlled themselves due to their contracts.  They almost crossed the line but held back due to the promise of $500,000.  They are not allowed to touch one another in anger.  No way.  They would be immediately escorted off the set.  They can argue and scream and throw mustard and hot sauce but no touching, slapping, hitting.  The might even jeopardize past earnings from the show along with future.
