Yes they got their own thread after they announced the courtship, but there was speculation before that. A picture surfaced of Justin and Claire before they announced and I think he was added as a lonely J.

It doesn't read like a thirteen-year-old wrote it, to me anyway. It reads more like something from a young adult (or a very immature person like...Hilary Spivey or your average Duggar-humper). 

When I was thirteen, I had crushes on musicians. Not somebody who isn't cute and has zero accomplishments besides "my parents had too many kids and I'm one of them." It's kind of sad, if in fact a young teenager did write the ode to Jason.

 I’m thinking, 1 to 2 children, but no more. 

The Jana-nolia garden will wither.  She will compensate by shiplapping a crib, the refrigerator, and Stephen if he sits still too long.

The groom  is almost guaranteed to be some kind of loser. He will do some kind of work with his hands that any other guy could do under the same circumstances. In Jana’s  mind he will look like a guy off a Harlequin romance cover.  She will never, ever, admit that she really wanted to screw Chad Paine, and thinks of him during their nightly fumbling.

 Admittedly, I have no idea what is going to happen to Laura. Marry a guy and move in next-door? Gets returned to Gothard headquarters for more famous families? I kind of wonder if she has a Fairweather friend who will disappear along with the show.

If half of that glowing description is true, the guy is much more active and accomplished than Jana's brothers - who are IMO mostly a group of passive slugs. JD's the least slug-like of the bunch; I'll give him credit for getting his pilot's license and having the initiative to flip houses from a young age. Although I think JD's activities were downplayed on the show in favor of aiming the cameras and mikes at the Crown Prince Josh. Who was HANDED a fecking car dealership to run but could barely summon up the energy to even show up (and that was the first one, before he went to DC - we know what he did with his second "car lot").

Honestly I hope the rumors are substantiated and Jana is courting (or already engaged).  Didn't she want a man who worked with his hands?  I just want her to be happy and get the hell out of the TTH. 

I have always had a soft spot for her.  I don't think she ever enjoyed being on camera, and I also think she and Jill did the brunt of the work.  Jessa and Jinger seemed to be just doing the bare minimum to get by and I seriously doubt they were close to their buddies.  Plus, I think she despises Josh and I have always wondered if she didn't feel some guilt because, in her mind, she didn't protect her sisters, and he left her alone. I realize that was never her responsibility, but there's no telling how traumatic events in a family affect various members, even if they weren't directly involved.

I hope she has a lovely, non-televised wedding.  I would be happy just to see a photo of her in her dress.  And even if she got married tomorrow and had a honeymoon baby she would be 32 when she gave birth, so a mega family is probably not in the cards.

If Jeremiah is courting Hannah and that works out she would have a brother nearby.  I could see him working for the in law's family business much like Justin is doing.  I do think at this point Jim Bob is looking to farm some of the kids out to potential in laws, given that he has a few leeches who he will be stuck supporting forever (Josh and Jessa).

Time will tell, I guess.  But if there are weddings in the works I hope they happen before the trial starts.
