He said they met in school.  And yes, they were both pretty creepy.  Glad Dr. Dubrow was able to make her understand that what she wanted wasn't feasible.  But he was also alarmed that she had expanders in her boobs.  I wonder why he didn't talk to her about those?

these people need to be directed to psychiatrists. huge boobs, huge butts, barbie and ken etc,  and the doctors that do these things to their patients should have their licenses taken away.

I googled Martina Big and the first link is her fb page.  She is now referring to herself as a "black woman", and she has gone through a "transformation."  Also bragging about adding 250cc more fluid to her breasts.  Reading through comments she says she got melanin injections.

Watching this show has become my guilty pleasure but Martina was just too much.  The massive boobs were bad enough but now she has now has darkened her skin and kept the bleach blonde hair...not a good look despite what she says.  So sad the damage she is doing to her body.  It amazes me how all these people come to the doctors on Botched and have the $$ for cosmetic procedures.  I can understand if there is a deformity but $$$ just for bigger breasts??  Just very sad.

There was something definitely wrong with those two. For starters was the way they spoke. Being from Germany aside, something was very off with the way they communicated. It went way beyond broken English.

I liked Flame and was happy he had a good outcome. Loved how Dr. N. was trying hard to not looked shocked when Flame was explaining about his dating relationships and kids. LOL!

OK, late to the Wack-A-Doo party, but WTF???  German Barbie was bizarre enough, but when her BF, Agustus Gloop showed up, I figured these two were production plants for provoking a reaction.  I know I am a somewhat sheltered East Coast prude, so I don't run into women and men with these severe cases of body dysmorphia often.  Apparently there must be quite a market for these women who self mutilate their breast in such extreme ways to make money.  Now we have women (and some men) who want ginormous butts to match their clown town boobs?  What went wrong in these people's psyches to cause such mental illness?  Maybe it's me, but when Martina first showed up, I thought she was a man transitioning.  She had a distinct mustache on her upper lip, and her facial features are very masculine.  And I just can't even with the BF.  I guess the only silver lining I seehere is that they found each other, so they are keeping the crazy contained in one household.
