I just can't take Noel Fisher seriously as a nasty, brutal pseudo military maniac. He is such a twerp. These douche bags make Negan look like an absolute gentleman. The raspy voice on that Stephen almost gave me Norman Reedus vibes...RIP he could have been an awesome character.
