Sara flies all the way to Crete to do her magic doctoring skills, which consist of giving him a transfusion of blood?

I'm sure she did more that we just didn't see. But from a storytelling and thematic perspective showing us literaly transfusing him with her blood - her strength and vitality, if you will - underscores the bond and connection between them.

I liked the Michael/Sara stuff in this episode but I'm sad the whole season plot involves Sara being used and manipulated by yet another super genius. Also since Jacob didn't seem convinced of a word she said once she came back, I kind of wish we'd got to see her shoot Jacob.

Loved Sucre in this episode.

OK, I am confused, is Poseidon still actually officially part of the CIA?  I could have sworn the whole thing was he was rogue now...so not sure how he gets to call in a SEAL strike.
