Since when are Kris and Caitlyn mortal enemies? They had probably one of the most amicable and quiet divorces in Hollywood. They see each other every week at those damn parties that family constantly throws. Even if they are on non speaking terms now, way to be a grown up about it.

They're not, they together all the time but they needed a plot line to bring Caitlyn back over I guess.

I do think that when Kris has had a few drinks too many, she gets in a mood. I don't think she is all that supportive of Caitlyn, she just puts on a front in public. She's not that good an actress to fake that kind of anger( the liquor helps!). She won't forgive Caitlyn for not sticking to the Kardashian playbook of unity in public no matter what..

I don't think their divorce was amicable, I think that Kris realized there was nothing she could do, & she's really angry (IMO justifiably) about everything. When Kanye picked clothes for them to wear to one of their shows, Kris was kind of upset that Kanye gave Caitlyn a skirt to wear that Kris really wanted.  Caitlyn has gone from her husband to her rival, & her family helping Caitlyn to look more "beautiful" than her upsets Kris.

Amicable in the sense that they were able to keep the drama under the media radar. So for Kris to now start throwing stuff out for public consumption years later smells of attention dragging or desperation for a plot line.

As far as Kris and Caitlyn bickering over an outfit - Kris is like 5'7" with a typical 60 year old woman's body and Caitlyn is 6'2" with a tall lean athletic male build, most of is impossible for Caitlyn to reverse now into her twilight years. What looks good on Caitlyn wouldn't look good on Kris and vice versa. They are not fighting over clothes like teenage sisters. Think of all of Kris' friends and frenemies and all of the public events they attend. If Kris really loses her $hit every time she thinks she may be upstaged in the fashion department she would have lost her mind decades ago.
