What is she busy doing? I buy a lot online including homemade things online , but I work 50 hours a week and have two kids in school and a million activities. She’s home all day. Not knocking online shopping but she acts like she’s the busiest mom ever. Jill, I’ve been an avid Amazon Prime member long before you met #besthubby

Oh gosh on line shopping is so much easier. I give her idiot self a pass. I am retired. I don’t mind grocery shopping and have been known to try local first.  But I get tired of all that time in the car looking for something. It has been unreliable for me to call a store and ask if they have something. Wasted trip. I keep a cart going - saves my gas and energy. I know other issues exist.

This all seems like simple, obvious stuff to us but to Jill I think it's really new. She sure didn't learn these things at the TTH.

Does she never ever read anything? Talk to other humans? Watch anything and I mean ANYTHING having to do with, I dunno, life in the last twenty years? Her besthubbyevah delivers food ordered...wait for it...online!!!

She’s pulling content out of her behind, as usual. I can’t decide which is more annoying: if she doesn’t know it’s crap or if she knows it’s total bullshit but thinks if she does it it’s somehow special.

I think she’s hoping to nab a sponsorship and thus posts about shopping online not realizing that everyone does it and so this is not an “influencing” trend.

it’s a bit like the “food porn” wannabe influencers who post recipes of “gluten free cookies” not realizing that that everyone knows how to make them.

Duuuuuuuhhhhhh...."anyone else do their shopping online?"  What a revolutionary idea!  My jaw dropped when I saw her post earlier today.

Even so, lots of her comments say to only shop local to save jobs, shopping online is lazy, etc.  Jill commented back that she does shop local at Amy's shop.

T Thenshe explained how she is In The Season Of Life With Littles and shopping online is convenient.

does anyone know how I can remove these silly highlights?  I have no idea what I did!

It is convenient but I actually don’t think Jill ever just goes shopping or runs errands on her own. She literally does not know what to do with herself if she’s alone. Not so much her fault, she was raised to never be alone. Girl needs some non Jesus based therapy.  She’s constantly overwhelmed by basic life.

It's weird in the bathroom, especially over the bathtub. It would be better as a floaty shelf along a wall in the master bedroom.

Personally I think she should buy (or make, with the help of some family members) a frame and put the bouquet in there. I'm worried about the bouquet dropping.

I just hope to hell she doesn't get the bright idea to light that candle. Wooden shelf, rope, dried weeds, excuuuse me, bridal flowers - fire hazard 101.

But she’s kinda picky, y’all!

I do not get trying to make a bathroom “cozy.” I want it clean. I do not want tchotchkes that gather dust and floating bacteria. A nice plush washable bath mat, a pretty painting under glass I can clean (a theme here) and that’s plenty.

That’s one tiny tub? Wouldn’t it be too easy to knock that stuff down stepping out or in?

It’s time to place our bets on how long that “decoration” survives it’s stay in ye olde loo.

The shelf over the tub looks incredibly asinine.
Face it, Jill, you weren’t born with the gene for recognizing good aesthetics, much less implementing them as is evidenced in both your cooking and decor.

You know, though, that her real objective is getting the leghumpettes to post their own Hobby Lobby Magnolia knockoff photos. She’s trying to generate traffic any way she can.

This is why I don’t completely buy into the Jillage Idiot theory. She does just enough stuff like this that semi sorta makes sense, given her probable goals and target audience.

I almost feel sorry for Jill since Jana was helping everyone else decorate but I guess she doesn't go as far as Jill's house. For a "close" family, they don't seem to be.

Except for the "look at us" family something something Mondays.

1.6 million followers on Instagram

Based on multiple articles published by the Wall Street Journal over the past year regarding people with either/or You Tube channel subscriptions and Instagram followers,  income depends on the ENGAGEMENT of the followers.  Somebody somewhere has to buy something!!!!!!

Additionally,  the inexpensive ease of buying followers is an increasing concern for any prospective sponsor.  Again, the sponsor wants/needs to make money.  The future of the Duggar level influencer market should be interesting.

Jillage idiot, how perfect!

It's all about the clicks, isn't it?  Makes me happy I'm not on social media.

I wonder how much more it would have cost to put a shower in the master bath? It would have been worth it and then they could hang the stupid flowers somewhere else.

ETA thank you to Ginger90 for letting me know that their bathroom has a separate shower. I still don't like the hanging shelf over the tub, though! 😊

Didn't see they already have a shower in that bathroom.

Other than the click bait ads attached to her You Tube channel, which pay less than pennies a view split with You Tube,  how much did she make for her silly hair thing?   Is she begging for a random grooming product?  Most of those product are not interested in a dowdy mother of three.

This is what puzzles me.

It has a separate shower. It can be seen in the mirror.

Love how she has the wedding candle in the bathroom!  Looks like it’s all set up for romantic times 😉

wonder if the photo of jimbob and Michelle on each other’s laps made it to the new bathroom when they moved?

Not unless they plan to stand up...no way that tub accommodates two people.

Which will knock that crap off that shelf almost immediately...

Sorry. Brain bleach all around.

Since I don't know how to copy and paste comments from her IG post, I'll quote what someone said to Jill about the dried bouquet on the shelf, and Jill's response:

"You may want to keep the wedding bouquet in a covering otherwise they become super brittle and dusty."

Jill:  "Oh...I didn't know that!  Thanks!"

I'm just stunned at her willful ignorance.

Another person told her, "Don't put your wedding bouquet in your bathroom.  Put your bouquet in a shadow box for safe keeping.  The shelf is cute but wedding memories don't belong in the bathroom."

That person was rebuked by several other posters and so added this: "Ok ladies calm down..this is MY OPINION...I believe that wedding memorabilia should be displayed for ALL to see.  Having it in their ensuite bathroom is up to them.  But her display isn't suitable as the flowers will get ruined by the moisture.  Hence..."they don't belong in the bathroom".  I adore the Dugger/Dillard families.  Chill out ladies.  It was not meant to be hurtful."

So much wrong here.  First it doesn't look like a good idea to hang anything over the tub.  Next, in the humidity of the bathroom, the dried bouquet will get damp and mold and have to be thrown out.  Not even to mention, it looks stupid.

That was my first thought too.  I wonder if it is a bathroom that doesn't get used much?  I would hope that no one takes a shower in there.

Jesus will protect the holy flowers for the mildew. Get outta here with your science! Jesus!
