The problem with that is, don't Anna's parents live in a tiny trailer with a couple kids still at home? No way can they afford to support Anna and four small kids financially, or even have them move in. Unless they've upgraded. She does have SOME hope with the sister who broke from the cult, but I'm not sure what her financial/family situation is like. Anna could and should sell her story (ghostwritten of course). Free herself, make some $$ and humiliate Josh and his fucked up parents all at once. Win/win/win

Matt Walsh, like Joshie, is the epitome of hypocrisy but I can't fathom how even he defended Josh initially. I'm not terribly surprised (seriously the dude is a whackjob) but he's CATHOLIC (so not a "real" Christian in the eyes of Josh and his ilk) and has two small children (at least one girl). I know Walsh just chomps at the bit to cry RELIGIOUS PERSECUTION, but defending Josh post molestation scandal was still a huge head scratcher for me. But that site linked above is great. Well, now I just have one question left. For those of us who felt, after the molestation scandal, that there still might be organizations willing to employ Josh, albeit behind-the-scenes, in a political capacity... what do we think now? And while it kind of seemed Josiah might find a new outside-the-family route from apprenticing with Marjorie's dad, he's probably back, too. But how many unskilled workers can JB accommodate? At this point, he doesn't seem to have much work even for the ones he's got, since they seem to spend a heck of a lot of time at amusement parks and on junkets-with-Jessa. And even with the biggest operation he could possibly assemble JB probably won't be able to afford any more sons-in-law, since he seems to attract only unemployed or soon-to-be-unemployed ones. That several million in net worth he supposedly has is going to dwindle pretty fast.

Anna's married sister who broke free (she and her husband married as Gothardites, but later broke away) has two little girls. Not sure how big her house is, but at least she has one. Suze? Not sure what she's up to these days, but I doubt she has room for her sister and four kids. Her brother who broke away is a possibility. They just have the one adopted son. Again, not sure of space. 

 

If she runs to Prissy, well, that's bad news. Thankfully, the oldest sister, the biggest whackjob of the bunch, is still in Zambia with her 8 or 9 kids. Yowza!

As for Anna moving in with her parents, isn't there an extra trailer on the lot? The one that she and Joshie stayed in when they visited, in an old episode. Heck, if one of the other family members is using it, she could probably buy her own used camper and park it on the lot.. Get a garden hose to connect the water, and an extension cord. Maybe Esther can kick in her used camping supplies.

 

Then Anna needs to squeeze Joshie for some child support, and she's all set. As for Joshie's future career prospects, I'm sure he will be on Boob's payroll soon. He'll be cleaning the toilets of the compound alongside Bin.

Poor Joshie was under so much stress.  I wonder when that was because he seemed to have plenty of time to play on the Internet and hook up, and possibly visit strip joints.  I'm wondering really what work he ever did when he wasn't standing in front of a microphone or sitting at a business meeting.

Famy has been trolling the scandal. I saw her on the IG account of one of the Duggars' cameramen, John Rotan (who posted a cartoon of a guy doing a double facepalm). Famy liked it and posted.

I don't know. I wonder whether his stock may not have dropped too far now. These people were all much higher-value than Josh to begin with. I really don't care that Josh was on dating sites.  Anna may care, if she didn't agree to it in the first place.  Her parents may care because it's not what they wanted in a husband for their daughter.  Jim Bob and Michelle care because their money grubbing reality tv days are over.   I just think it is amazing to me that Josh fell into the same trap a lot of other fundie men fall into:

 

They really really are not attracted to women who wear frumpy clothes because they are cheap and because that is what everyone else in their church thinks they should wear.  They really would like to see a little leg, and cleavage on their wives, and some lingerie too.

I don't know anything about sex addiction (not speculating that this is Josh's thing), but people that look for sexual partners outside the marriage are usually doing it because they're craving something that has little to do with their spouse. It's my opinion that Anna could have worn mainstream clothing in the style that most young mothers her age do, and Josh would have still been on those dating sites because Josh is damaged. He's damaged because his parents raised and expected a teenage boy to restrain natural urges, which led him to fantasize and develop unnatural urges toward his sisters and other innocent young girls that he preyed upon. He's damaged because he never got the proper help, and even some of those that do get help struggle and continue to fall into the pattern of child pornography and infidelity. JMO.

If he wants his toes-sucked while Anna wears bunny ears and a cotton tail and twists his nipples with pliers--- she should submit to his authority. People who counsel Anna and any of his family members will claim that the Devil placed opportunities and sinful paths in Josh's way and he succumbed because of his porn addiction and the Devil trying to take out one of the good guys for God. She WILL, and I can't say that loud enough, be asked to look at how her own decisions in her marriage bed may have turned Josh off, insulted him, harmed his ego, removed his authority, made him feel less than, or made him feel turned down. So of the 3 adult children who have attempted to step out and start their own lives, we have an unemployed perv with 4 kids and a wife certified to teach Sunday School, a pregnant and uneducated daughter with a husband who works on the compound, and a college educated son-in-law who is living off of others money on a voluntourism gig with his wife with questionable midwife skills.
