And how could I forget yet another Bon Jovi title similar to others? "Runaway" was on their debut album in 1984. (God, I'm old.)

Surrender - Trixter

Surrender - Cheap Trick

Also Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.

(Yay, I finally thought of one!)

California Girls-Katie Perry

California Girls-The Beach Boys

Katy's version is actually California Gurls, to honor Big Star's Alex Chilton ("September Gurls") after he died. The Beach Boys (well, the ones who wrote it) did get a songwriting credit, though, because Snoop Dogg, who was featured on Katy's song, quoted the chorus.

"Still the One"-The Orleans

"Still the One"-Shania Twain

Minor nitpick: Shania's song is technically called "YOU'RE Still the One". :)

Summertime - Buffalo Tom

Summertime - The Sundays

Also D.J. Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince.  And the gazillion different recordings of the Gershwin song.

Unless they also did a song called Summertime (entirely possible, but when curiosity sent me Googling, I didn't come across one), Buffalo Tom's is just Summer.

Hmm, my iTunes lists it as Summertime but you're right, it's listed as Summer on their discography. Stupid iTunes!
