I don't know if I have the energy for another HW show. I think I am getting to the end of the line with the BS. VickI has always harped on women needing their own job and money as not rely on a man for security, yet she is unable to live her life alone because even she can't stand herself, one on one.  Think about that Vicki.

Megan and her histrionics with the needle. Sorry but major eye roll. I have seen way too much of that as a nurse. Usually it is about the attention. I bet she will move her mother in or hire a nanny when the baby arrives. She is such a woman child and needs to grow up. You don't get to be the biggest baby in the room once you have a child.

New girl is gonna stir the pot big time. Tams and Heather, same old, same old.

Kelly is fuckin' hard to look at.  40?  40.  40!  Okay.  And...slow your roll, you putty-faced foolio.  She's incredibly mean, nasty, shallow, cheap, thoughtless, and fug.  A perfect fit for this ever-nasty cast.  They are all flawed but I pity Heather (her 'gorgeous!' 'gorgeous!' montage was hilarious), Meghan and Shannon for being part of a cast where their 'peers' are Vicki, Tamra, and the doubtlessly loathsome Kelly, who looks like a soulless, porn-aesthetic version of a Margaret Keane painting.  Yuck.

Is she really only 40 or is that a joke? When she came on screen I thought she was a "kathoey" and or Cheryl Burke

I know. That's why I said that Shannon clearly has a connection to the school, hence why the joke was tacky. The joke is one that's said often - one of my best friends went to USC and she gets that joke all of the time. People seem to think she hasn't heard it before. I also liked Shannon's reply.

So, am I the only one that has never liked Jeana?

No you are not - I do not like anything about her.  I find her to be vile.  A woman that hates other women.

I just watched the S6 episodes that aired a few weeks ago when she kept going to the OC Register about Tamra and Simon.  She was awful.  Then in S7 at the finale she and her daughter had to confront Tamra about why she threw a drink a Jeana.  Jeana's daughter was like "But Simon kissed the ground you walked on, we didn't understand how you could hurt him".  How about this is someones marriage that you have no idea about?  No one knows what it is like in a marriage and what goes on behind closed doors.  So stay out of it!  Jeana had ZERO business butting in. Those two were imbeciles (Jeana and her daughter).  Jeana was so phony.  She was like "I forgave you the second that you did it".  Oh really - is that why you went home and called Simon crying immediately?  I can't stand that cow.

And when Tamra told her "Stop talking to the press about me, stop saying I am jealous of Simon's new GF" Jeana laughed and sneered back.  I give Tamra a lot of credit for not clocking that cow right then and there.

I know everyone thinks Tamra went crazy and Tamra lost her shit when she threw the drik but Jeana pushed her to her limit.  And that blue dress with the cap sleeves Jeana wore when Tamra threw the drink on her looked like a dress my grandmother wore to a wedding in 1982.

I agree with you.  My dad has been fighting various cancers for years and yesterday, one of my best friends (male) was diagnosed with breast cancer and will undergo surgery in a couple of weeks.  But what would really piss me off is if Andy Cohen and other producers knew that Brooks was lying and they let this BS cancer story go on, just for the show.

Of course they knew!  They made it a storyline for a reason, they also threw in hints to the audience.

I will say that they are technically just there to document the lives of these women, not to held anyone accountable, or get involved in their lives or lies.  I actually applaud them for bringing the con artist and the lies of his girlfriend to light.

Not that I want her back, but the cast goes on and on about how awful Gretchen is and how she is a liar and a fake, so she is off the show.  BUT Vicki is the biggest liar of them all, and her lies are serious and disgusting... but she is still on the show??

I haven't watched this show from the beginning... But ever since I have watched it, I've thought of Vicki as a sort of ridiculous caricature that did some wrong stuff but was basically someone to just roll one's eyes at. (Perhaps because she's always been juxtaposed against Heather, Gretchen, Tamra, and Meghan PI). Now based on this one episode I can't stand her.

She was all over the Internet yesterday showing off her 22 lb weightloss. She admitted she only ate 600 calories a day because "I don't want to be a bodybuilder". Implying Tamra's all sorts of wrong, probably. In season one Vicki was one of my faves because she seemed so hardworking and together, albeit a touch bitchy and screechy. I've come to realize Vicki cannot do anything she doesn't come up with herself, even if it's a much harder way than she has to go.

I was kind of impressed by her honesty about Brooks and all that, actually. She was being very "real" and definitely not trying to gloss things over to look better.

Also it is 11:55 am right now & I have already had many more than 600 calories.

this probably isn't where it started, but that was a line from the book Less Than Zero. "I go to the University of Spoiled Children."

"Where?"

"USC"

also, omg that Stella  is going to be hell on wheels in a couple of years...yikes!!!

I'm just glad that the Beadors are better parents than the Curtins; I could almost see her giving Raquel & Alexa some competition in the trouble-making department

I guess I stand alone in not thinking Tamra looked good. Don't get me wrong, I was mad impressed with her physical strength shown during her training session, but her looks, her face, have masculinized. All I could think was that she still must be taking testosterone and HGH in her never ending quest for the fountain of youth. She needs to be very careful with that or next season her health scare will be the storyline.

You have to wonder if Tamra is doing all this training to hold on to her much younger husband?  While she may be strong, she looks hard, and not in a good way.  Plus, it could be that she can't come to grips that's she's getting old and a grandmother.

I wish they could have just brought Jeana back as a full time housewife.

I'm a bit amused by Jeana because when she comes back as a FOH and enters a scene, she always pastes on this tight smile and looks around like she's never been here before or maybe its just she's been there to many times. Anyway its always the same look. Sort of funny once you start to look for it. I like Jeana but that look and everything nelse about her is to guarded. She seems to have had nice work done and great looking for 60. Jeana, the real OG of the OC deserves much from Bravo. Hope they pay well for her walk-ons.

I read that Tamra recently won some "Miss Strength" competition.

Who is this Kelly person?  Guess I wasn't paying close enough attention to the show, as I missed some stuff.  First impression -- I do not care for her.  That could change.

Perhaps Vicki sees Shannon as a "weak" opponent, therefore Shannon is the one she is focusing on.  I still like Shannon.

I don't like needles either, but I just don't look while they are being inserted.  Afterwards, I think it's cool to look at!  Maybe Meghan had some youthful trauma  regarding needles, but her reaction did seem extreme.  Not interested in her storyline.

I admire the intense working out Tamra's done and that's it.  I agree with Juneau Gal that she looks hard, and I'll be the assjack that points out Tamra probably had a serious tummy tuck along with the multiple boob implants and explants and rotations; she blamed the tuck on diastasis, I'm pretty sure.  Nice work if you can get it.  And I think she dips into all kinds of shady drugs and supplements.  Her body is her temple, she wouldn't know anything spiritual if it struck her with several bolts of lightning.

I seem to remember Tamra not having a belly button for awhile and having reconstruction to give her one. So for sure she's had a tuck. And of course she's spiritual, her baptism improved her sex life!

Listen I'd love to be fit half as fit as Tamra but her body looks....weird.

Stella is a hot shit and has the most personality of anyone in that family she is going places unlike the charm school personna of the rest of the bunch. I like Shannon and I love him.... he is the hottest house husband... but I am worried about those two. She's gained weight--- not that gaining weight is bad she looks great I just hope she isn't eating her feelings---and came across as formal and grumpy. It's too bad because I like both of them.

And goddamn it I am feeling badly for Vicky, all the money in the world and a beautiful home and no one to share it with. UGGGH god help me.

New girl Kelly's TH is horrible.  The nude lipstick is not a good look for her (or anyone). It looks like you took concealor and put it on your lips.  Makes your teeth look more yellow.

Then the silly eyebrows.  She looks like a Kardashian step sister.  Step away from the contouring brushes please.  things-to-know-about-rhoc-newest-cast-me

Vicki is pathetic to beg for a jerk and con man like Brooks - yet she had no problem kicking Donn Gunvalson to the curb - who is one of the most liked of the "housewives' husbands".  So glad Donn stuck it to her at the end and walked away with a sweet financial settlement.

The "University of Spoiled Children" joke was a little tacky though...clearly, Shannon has a connection to the school if the name is on her phone case.

I hate that "joke".  It's old and lame.  I grew up in LA and my step-father was a professor at USC, so maybe I'm biased, but I am so sick of hearing that.  I loved Shannon's comeback though, University of Successful Children indeed.

Good to see that Vicki is just as delusional as ever.  She takes no responsibility whatsoever for her part in Brooks deceiving everyone and never will.  She admitted on camera that she would do it all over again.  WTH?  Seriously Vicki?  And you wonder why the women weren't rushing to greet you with open arms and apologizing to YOU?  My eyes have never rolled so hard.  It's time for Andy to take away her orange.

The new girl...please, for the love of all that is good and holy in this world, back away from the botox and fillers.  Holy crap, her TH look is frightening.  That nude lipstick does her no favors whatsoever.  There's a puppet character from Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood that she reminded me of but I can't think of the name.  Not a fan of her already.  Too loud, too brash...too much like Gramballs but worse.  Dear god, I didn't think THAT was possible.

Loved Heather's dress at the yacht party but thought her "Gorgeous" to everyone was a little over the top.  The fake Gretchen was decidedly NOT gorgeous.  I thought I was having flashbacks when I saw her.  Someone needs to tell her that that is not a look to emulate.

Don't care about Gramballs and her skeevey son and his insta-fiancee.  I did notice though that she is not in Tamra's intro.  Weren't she and her girls in it with them last year?

Dont like Vicki's new kitchen.  I don't think the gray polished concrete countertops go with the cabinets.  Vicki is so disgusting in her continued Brooks bullshit.  She supposedly has a new man already, but no idea if he will be on the show.

Give me a freaking break, Meghan.  If she freaks out over blood what the hell is she going to do during childbirth?   Babies should never have babies, especially if the baby is Meghan.  And if her husband is now a coach, she won't see him until October.  What kind of marriage is that, and why the hell doesn't she move to St Louis?

OK, I just checked, and Jim is NOT a coach for the Cardinals.  Mike Matheny, the manager, brought back all his coaches from last season, and Jim is not part of that group.   Why would she lie about that?   Plus, you cannot be a coach and a broadcaster, so there's a lot of bullshit going on.

Kelly is just plain awful, her mother is scary looking, trying to look a lot younger than she really is.  She has a bar on every floor?   Oy, that's telling.  If she decorated her house, I wonder if she worked in a whore house before she got married because the decor looks cheap and tacky.  I don't know if she's trying to be a new Sarah Silverman, with her crude mouth, but the bitch ain't funny.  And unlike Jeana, Kelly's face work looks really bad.  Too much lip and cheek fillers.

I didn't like the kitchen either, the layout seemed odd, and for all the money she probably spent, the marble/solid surfaces weren't even beveled - personal thing, I find the solid corners a royal pain.  They are a magnet for me to crash into.

Meghan wanting a baby when her husband seems totally uninterested in her is a major problem.  The editors must have loved the scene where he's interested in the bar code on the soap and she was talking babies.

When she said Jim was both a coach and broadcaster for the Cardinals, I immediately thought he was a "coach" during spring training only.  My beloved Yankees often bring back former players to coach/help out during spring training only (read the fabulous book "Driving Mr. Yogi" by Ron Guidry for discussion of how the Yanks have former players come back to help the young players.  And it's about Yogi Berra too!).

The new girl's house seemed odd, why do you need a bar on every floor?  And why all bright white?  I didn't understand the preview, where Shannon is trying to warn her about Vicki and she wasn't having it.  Lord knows, if you spend over 1 hour with Vicki, you'll know she's horrible.

But....has Shannon ever worked? Didn't she grow up rich in San Diego, go to USC, hang out for a few years, and marry David? Because if that's the case, then isn't Shannon the personification of the "Spoiled Children" joke?

Likewise - those in glass houses with bars on each floor shouldn't throw stones. From what little we know, Kelly grew up laying out by the pool in Scottsdale, surrounded by shopping, hopping nightlife, and beautiful (?) people. Luxury family vacations to Orange County, snagged a rich guy two decades older in NYC, and finally got her dream home in Orange County. She would have fit in perfectly at USC...although being from Arizona would have been a major demerit for her. Trashy Scottsdale? Where it gets SO HOT? Where there are, like, actual cacti lining the streets? The wannabe Orange County? You may be here now, Kelly, but you'll always be compensating for not being an OC native. People like her make me a bit sad.

Regardless, I do like Kelly so far. She has Crazy Eyes and I she will definitely bring the drama. She had me from the preview from an episode this season in which she screams at one of the other ladies that she is a C-U-Next-Tuesday. She's like a cartoon character in appearance, too. Her wacky house with her "Goldie Hawn in Death Becomes Her" mom and her "check out my sweet V-neck and denim shorts that are at least two seasons out of style" brother should provide for some entertaining candid footage. It's all about the scoop necks and cut-off elastic jogger shorts, brah! Duh! Obvi nobody in that house went to USC. ;)

You summed it up perfectly. Vicki did Shannon wrong. Dead wrong. I get why she wants nothing to do with her. But when you sit there and throw the "evil eye" (tm Tamra) and laugh at your husband's tired, old jokes about the woman sitting 2 feet away, you look like you're playing in her sandbox. Put yourself on a higher level and just enjoy the evening without giving that wench a second thought.

Shannon earned a JD from USC Law and worked (as in-house counsel/advisor? Unsure if she ever sat for the bar examination) for a trucking company prior to her marriage - which didn't occur until she was 35.

The myth that she never occupied any substantive professional position originated because she didn't mention these details until the end of last season during a spot on Heather's radio show.

I don't think I'm going to be able to watch this show in real time, so that I can FF through Kelly's scenes. I already hate her and her family. They seemed to be "trying" to hard and seemed to be fully aware of the cameras. Plus, Kelly is just so vulgar and she thinks it's so cute. Seriously, giggling about the "tossed salad" that her young daughter was talking about- is Kelly 14? Tamara is in really great shape. I admire her strength, but think she's a bit masculine looking. I always thought she had an amazing figure. But honestly, she has the time to do it. Isn't her job, working out?

Based on the outfits we've seen in those clips, I think it's Heather that gets the C-U-Next-Tuesday treatment from Kelly.  In the clip they show of Heather saying "that is low-class dirty behavior" or something similar, Heather is wearing the same dress as she is in the clip where she's crying in a car.  She has said that they way they edited the preview of the season makes it seem as though she's crying after an argument with Terry, but she has stated that that is not the case at all.  Makes me think that Kelly was yelling that at Heather.

Very interesting and thanks for sharing. Good for her - I'm surprised she hasn't mentioned this before (though I could see how it could end up on the cutting room floor since it doesn't really play into her "character" on the show).

I am so hoping you're correct about this (and sounds like you are - great analysis of the previews!)!! Seeing Ms. Heather Paige Kent Dubrow sneerily get called a C-U-Next-Tuesday by a crazy cartoon character would be absolutely priceless!

See, I have the opposite feeling about this.  I abhor that word (just typing C-U-Next-Tuesday makes me cringe) and while we haven't seen the scene leading up to that, or if it even is said to Heather, to me it is completely unnecessary and only makes Kelly look bad.

To be fair though, I have always liked Heather.  I know she's not everybody's favorite OC Housewife, but she has always been mine.  Prior to her arrival, I hardly ever watched.  Since she's joined I have watched every season.  She's the only reason I even tolerate Vicki and Gramballs.

Shannon had that response locked and loaded. It wasn't the first time she's heard that dumb joke, and substituting "spoiled" for "successful" likely happened eons ago.

UGH. Fucking Brianna. Get off the tit, nobody needs a junior generation of Ho'wives. Get your own damned thing.

I am skeptical of Tamra's training for a fitness competition . Ugh, I still misread her business name as "C*** Fitness"!

It's real. And she is.

Tamra looks fantastic.  Her TH look is her best yet.  For the most part I don't like her and never find her storylines at all interesting, but I find what she has accomplished with her body inspiring.  They can go the easy route with plastic surgery messing with their faces, and to an extent addressing body flaws. What she has done with her body takes work - hard work. I have never imagined that she would find any success with her gym venture, but she is a great advertisment for what is possible.

I agree. I'm not mad at Tam-Tam's work. It takes a hell of a lot more than time, opportunity, money and a trainer. Right, Big O? That's some discipline right there. We're a couple of years apart, and she has me thinking "maybe it's not too late to pull it back together one last time ..."

Stella, you were my girl last season. Don't do anything to make me go off you this year. Stay golden, Ponyboy. I forgot how exhausting Shannon was. And what was up with the older daughter saying "you promised when we moved to a place that takes pets I could have one." Jiggawha?

Kelly. No.

I guess I'm glad to see the ladies back, 'cause I haven't watched Jersey for the past 4 seasons. Especially after watching the Uncensored episode. I was going to delete it 'cause I hate these Unseen episodes, but glad I didn't! Well worth the watch for all the breaking of the 4th wall.

I do too, BUT until you've really met one, live and in person, there is no greater word to use.

LOL!  Throw in some LuLaRoe leggings, and then you've really got yourself a par-TAY!

Trust me, I have.  I still wouldn't use that word.

To each their own, right?
