I predicted after Dodd smacked Simone that she and/or Floyd would be Dodd's undoing. Floyd won't let the rest of her family go down in flames if it comes to that or having Dodd killed, and Simone will set him up just on general principle. Link to comment

My guess is that Mike did his homework on the Gerhardt family, knew Simone was wild and unhappy, and wrangled an introduction via a drug buy. Hadn't thought of Betsy as a bad ass but she sure is. 1 Link to comment
