If they are presenting Best Picture now, that means Best Actor has to be last. You know they want to honour Chadwick in some way and you know his wife will give a speech that will destroy us all.

I thought best picture was the big one? I appreciate Chadwick has passed but don't know what I agree with changing the show to honour him? Or maybe I do.. I don't know it's late and this show has been awful anyway.

My guess is because there's no suspense about it versus Best Actress which is a shit show and Best Actor is locked but I imagine they want to give Chadwick's widow the full time to speak.

Best Picture is not important this time around.  Actor and Actress are the more interesting categories.  You have Actor who is down to Chadwick Boseman or Anthony Hopkins and then you have Actress which is a toss up.
