I bet the supplies of Grilled Cheese sandwiches ran out, and the Nevengers stopped Emma from conjuring them up by magic. That's what probably pushed her over the edge! ;-) If they needed to have a time-jump, couldn't it have been longer than for 6 weeks? Not the memory-loss crap again!
