She dropped it when she was breaking up the men fighting and noticed it was missing after they had left. Avery told Phyllis and Dylan that she can't prove Joe did it and the DNA might be inconclusive as well. I get the feeling she will say she was wearing it the night of the attack and then when Paul goes searching Joe's room they will find it and viola. Arrested. 4 Link to comment

I can't stand to see the Turd's smug face as he lies and connives his way out of what he has done. And then to see Mop and Dummer propping up this malevolent asshole. No thanks. Add to that this upcoming shitfest with Sharon making the stupid decision not to take her meds and the possible baby kidnapping and I really have no interest in watching. This show isn't entertaining and the writing is getting steadily worse and more implausible by the episode. Characters are making moronic decisions and acting in way that no one ever would just so the writers can take the lazy way out to move the plot along. She wallows over the fact she is about to be a grandmother x 2 again and the fact Victoria is turning evil like her father. Neil finds her. She downs an entire bottle of vodka and then passes out. Neil has to call 911 because he can't get her to wake up. Lily tells Cane that she cheated on him. He thinks she kissed Joe as payback but she reveals she had sex instead. The dailies for the week has Victor asking Nick to help his family, Ashley getting shocking info, Chelsea questioning Adam for the 22215th time, Summer/Kyle sexing it up, Stitch realizing he needs to be a doctor again, and Lauren/Cane confronting Michael. She will keep his secret and then slowly realize all who else knew (Jack, Sage, and Marisa) and help him out the clusterfuck he has created for himself. I personally am more interested in Chelsea and Sage's confrontation. From what I've heard about ratings, they know people are tuning in. Meanwhile, although certain viewers are disgusted, they can't afford to tick off the fans whose faith is hanging by a thread. I realize it may sound odd, but I see that promo almost as an act of good faith. It's like they're saying,"We know you've been waiting. Payday is coming." Nevertheless, I understand your skepticism. Apparently Jack starts communicating with Phyllis via hand squeezes and he confirms Victor shot him. He tries to tell her it is not that simple but Phyllis can't understand his signals. Nick overhears Phyllis and Ashley and is all "My daddy would never!!" and after he leaves they realize they need Nikki to help them because Victor wouldn't fall for either of them. Will she betray her family for the Abbotts? Abby is now COO and out of her mind with power. She hates that her entire family thinks it is a joke that she is in this position. She wants to prove them wrong and starts asserting her control everywhere. Kyle, Victoria, Billy, and Ashley make it known that despite her title she is not the boss of them. Abby feels like they all want her to fail because her succeeding is a win for Gabriel. Abby refuses to accept helping thinking they will sabotage her. Her paranoia and power hunger will get the best of her. Cane is raging made that Lily had sex with Joe. He can't find it in his heart to forgive her. Lily doesn't understand since she had forgiven him 3235365 times for horrible things. To Cane it is not the same. He goes off to blow steam and runs into Joe. He promptly punches him in the face. Lily tells Joe he deserves it and Joe understands Cane's anger and doesn't fault him. Joe even tries to convince Cane that he was at fault. He took advantage of Lily but Cane doesn't fall for it. Cane then sees Devon and Hilary and starting blaming them for Lily's cheating. They tell him to find Lily and work it out. Cane blows them off. He is letting his rage consume him.
