So excited for tonight!  This is my favorite iteration of the Housewives and the only one where I've seen every season.  I've stopped watching New Jersey, have never seen Atlanta, and I was hit-or-miss on the Cindy Barshop (is that her last name?) season of NYC and most of the BH seasons as well.

When I saw the preview for this episode I could not for the life of me remember who the new girl was replacing from last season until I googled and remembered who Lizzie was.  She wasn't very compelling, so good riddance.

 

I think it's grotesque that Heather's house looks more like an apartment complex under construction than a home.  I love a spacious interior, but come on now.  Sure, it gives some construction workers a job for  a year, but then what.  It's gross.

Cancer does suck. Im no Brooks cheerleader but I wouldnt wish cancer on the worse person alive. Vicki and Brooks have their issues but this is her man. She knows if it doesnt work out it will all fall on her shoulders. And what a crappy thing for Biana to say "He doesnt look sick." Well there are a lot of people who have HIV but dont look sick neither. As a nurse I thought she'd have better sense than that. I get she doesnt like him for good reason but that was ignorant. And hearing Vicki talk to her mom was another sucky moment especially a foreshadow for whats to come.

I haven't followed the past or present OC ladies very closely in the media, so I was completely shocked that Lynne is a grandmother thanks to Raquel.  (I know about Alexa's foray into porn, though, ick.)  As fucked up as Raquel has been, I don't have a good feeling that she's all cleaned up and on the straight and narrow; instead, I have a feeling Lynne is doing most of the heavy work in raising that child already.  Sad.

 

What the hell do you need with 14 bathrooms, Heather?!  That's more than two bathrooms per human in your household!  For someone who prides herself on carrying herself with such class and great taste, the chick needs a lesson in knowing when/how to display your wealth with understated elegance and what's unnecessarily over-the-top ostentatious.

Lynne motherfucking Curtin ladies and gentlemen. Tamra must be truly on the outs if she had to dust off the Queen of Cuff Bracelets Lynne and pass her off as a good friend. Good gawd and one of her girls has spawned. Last I heard both of those girls were involved in adult entertainment somehow. Lynne looked pretty damn good I have to say. That house is gonna to have all the warmth and coziness of a convention center. Way to be subtle on how expensive everything is Heather. Dropping $20k on one bathroom? Even your kids got balconies? I admit that house porn is the shit I live for on these shows but I hate her 14 bathroom counting hypocrisy. She ragged on Alexis for much less.

Megan looks like a stick bug. Funny how much shit a woman will put up with to be married to a famous athlete. He treats her like shit. But according to her he knows her soul, understands her feelings and is gracious meanwhile cameras capture him he talking down and belittling her while his daughter looks on and laughs. LOL!! Girl, he is missing his wedding ring, ain't really looking for it and is out of town a lot. Oh not to mention a famous athelete who has girl throwing the panty drawers at him. Please see David and Shannon's relationship woes. That dinner kiss attempt was embarrassing. You can tell she felt like shit about it.

That new girl is in for a world of hurt.  I had the exact same attitude about my husband and his 11 year old son when I met them.  Fifteen years later and we joke now about how nothing can break us up because we made it through that.  We have a very solid relationship and are compatible in almost every way, yet we still almost split several times.  I just don't think those two have a strong enough relationship to endure the drama of blended family.  Maybe I'm wrong.

 

That pic of Tamra's first wedding looked like she was marrying her son.  Wow does that guy look like his dad.

 

I don't think Shannon's marriage has a good chance of surviving infidelity played out on reality tv.

 

Heather and her house.....maybe she saw The Queen of Versailles and wants to top her house?  If the producers don't throw her to the editing wolves I may have to bow out.  I really cannot stand her.

I think Vicki looks great this season. Her plastic surgery finally settled and she got a flattering haircut. Sort of shocked that Brianna, being a nurse, would claim to know if someone was sick based on how they look. She really hates Brooks and at this point needs to let it go. Her anger is not changing anything.
