Come on now, it is obvious.  The point in the scene with Laurel and Oliver at the wedding is to foreshadow the orange jumpsuit her father has waiting for her when he rounds up all the vigilantes.

The slowed down gif is making it look a lot different than it came off in the show. She inhaled really quickly - I really do think it was supposed to indicate that he touched a sore spot from her training. 

It could be KC's standard "reaction to something" face. Honestly I don't know if she has this kind of reactions often-I don't pay too much attention on her scenes- but 

personally I had the same feeling while watching the show, that's why I brought it up. Though you're right that the gif makes it worse. Time will tell! :)

Yep. I didn't like Felicity's hair or dress (I liked her makeup though), didn't like Laurel's dress at all (though kudos to her for pulling off that unflattering color), but I LOVED what Thea wore! Her wardrobe was spot on

I thought the hair and clothing on Felicity were done like that on purpose. The hair is the same as when she had her dance with Barry and it's red. This was her first date with Ray with her friends just like Barry, although she didn't know that Oliver had invited him to return.

I liked Felicity's hair and makeup. Lipstick game was especially strong ;) But yeah, the structure of the dress is a bit strange.

 

I'm still disappointed we didn't get a shot of Diggle without the jacket, in suspenders and with the bow tie loosened. There's a BTS photo floating around on Tumblr, so I guess I'll have to content myself with that. Loved Lyla's gown and the Digglette in her gray dress and headband was adorable. Lovely family.

So now I'm wondering, how in the world did he escape the reception? How did he tell Felicity? Did he tell her he was going to a press conference? If so, Felicity probably would've asked what it was about, did he lie to her? Did he just say he was going to work (which is pretty much him avoiding the truth?) I think so too. EVERYONE was questioning it after the episode. How in the world did no one catch it? Not even Colton Haynes? Why did Ray even NEED to electrocute Ray? To show that he was unstable? That act alone made Ray look like even more of an asshole so IDK what the point of that scene was.

I can't believe they admitted they messed up. This is what happens when they fit too much into one episode. You don't get to see small logical moments like Roy being taken care of or someone ANYONE asking if he's okay.

I was thinking the same thing. I feel like I don't even know Roy that much? We talk/moan a lot about not knowing enough about Felicity but really, I know little to nothing about Roy. I really hope

In addition to everything that has been mentioned, Ray Palmer was there at the wedding so that Diggle could threaten him (which was 50 kinds of wonderful and I do want Diggle to make him go away) and Oliver can work in as many longing looks towards Felicity while she was smiling at Palmer's super lame jokes as the minister.

 

His presence was also mandatory so that Oliver could express his support of the new relationship while looking longing at Diggle & Lyla and then at Felicity to tug our heart strings. Basically Ray Palmer was at the wedding for Oliver's multiple lovelorn longing looks at various people.

 

PS: Laurel also smiled beatifically at Felicity when Palmer made his super lame jokes like she was encouraging/admiring her choice of boyfriend .... you go girl.

I didn't even really mind Ray, when he wasn't flying around in that AWEFUL suit.

Places I loled due to how ridiculous this show is these days:

I actually preferred this to the offer just because I felt like the plot was slight less ridiculous than "should I become ras al GHUL"...bc seriously oliver?? No, you should not.

I didn't mind the final Ray/Felicity scene, because I think there days are numbered.

Loved Arrow disabling the suit.

But forgetting about Roy was unforgivable. Even my 8 yo picked up on it immediately. Reasons why this show can no longer be taken even remotely seriously.

First he announces that he's going to save Starling City and rebrand it into Star City (here's a hint, Ray, people don't like having where they live renamed and rebranded).  Then the big public announcement that QC will now be called Palmer Technologies, and here he's calling press conferences and announcing that the Arrow is BAD and he's going to take him down.  And then there's all the stuff he's keeping secret from Felicity while telling her he wants a real partnership.

 

I can take Ray as a character I love to hate. But what really bothers me is to see Felicity, formerly so smart and understanding people and standing up for herself, wiling to take all the crap from Ray because she thinks he's a true partner.

But I will say I did love the RP & LL precinct scene, that was really good. LL really stood out in that scene. Perhaps their mutual narcissisms counterbalance each other.

Yeah, it would have taken some time to convince the mayor to have a press conference and call in the media, not to mention Laurel again substituting for the always-absent DA.  My question is, why did Diggle and Lyla stop by the lair on their way to the airport?

 

Ray may have 3 PhDs and an IQ of 140, but he didn't stop to put together Oliver being at the wedding at the time the 8 bad guys were killed.  Well, someone's emotions are clouding their judgment.

 

I just realized that the "previously on Arrow"s had Ray telling Felicity how much he counts on her judgement, just before an episode where he trusts her last.  Please be an indication of their break-up.

The news report they all got on their phones read that the victims were killed on Friday night - I'm guess the wedding was on a Saturday afternoon, so Oliver being there wouldn't have meant anything to Ray as far as 2+2s and all that.

<RME at the news flash showing up 18 hours later>  I had a brief stint as a copy clerk in the news department of a TV station and one of my jobs was to call police and fire every half hour to see if anything was going on so the camermen could get on scene while the action was still happening.  It's such a contrivance to wait that long for it to show up on their alerts.

Well it they take a long look it has to be an unbiased one, maybe an outside influence. Right now they think that all the problems are related to haters gonna hate. We dislike Ray because of Olicity block (not true, many other valid complaints). We dislike LL as BC because of Sara's death (not true, many other valid complaints). We have issues with lying to QL because we don't like LL/BC (which is completely missing the point, it was poor characterization all around). Its the writing that has been so bad. Perhaps they had all the right plot stops - but how they got their characters there has been haphazard. They need someone from the outside to maybe help evaluate that its not their ideas per-say its their execution.

Yea, I never got where OQ became dismissive of the relationship after he found out about the ATOM. He's merely acknowledging that there will be problems down the road (which there will be) and that she deserved better (which she does). He's not telling her she can't be with Ray or telling her to break up with him. He barely even told her she shouldn't be with him. He's just merely acknowledging that Ray is too new and unstable (which he did seem in this episode) to really be in the best position to determine what he really wants & is able to get. I hate to say this but Felicity also appears to be emotionally clouded by her anger at OQ & her desire for a relationship that she doesn't seem to be seeing clearly that Ray's actions do not always align with Ray's words.

Oliver said that he couldn't be with her and save the city and when Ray has had more experience as a vigilante, he'll see that too. I thought at first that he was predicting that Ray will break up with her in a couple of months but it could also be taken as Ray is going to have to decide between being with Felicity and being a vigilante. I know Oliver is tortured and all that, but what a douch-y thing to say.

 

I agree that Felicity is too clouded by wanting to be a partner in a relationship to see that Ray's words don't match his actions but I'm not sure the writers see that either.

She has a master's degree from MIT and writes code for fun.  She was interested in saving the city when she thought Oliver was dead, she was interested in her new position at QC/PT, and she was interested in helping Ray with his suit tech even before it became romantic.  Given her wardrobe, it appears she's also really interested in clothes and shopping, and she's got a girlfriend relationship with Caitlyn.  Saying that Felicity is only interested in men is doing her a disservice.

He's not telling her she can't be with Ray or telling her to break up with him. He barely even told her she shouldn't be with him.

 

He called Ray mentally unstable and said he's just green and hasn't gotten around to either failing the city or dumping Felicity. (ok, that part's implied but fairly explicitly)  He also IMO heavily implied that he Oliver Queen "nobly" took the martyrs road so Felicity could find a normal guy and she messed up by dating someone just like him.  That's what I got.

 

In the end he "supported" the relationship but he came back from his meeting with Ray ready to pick a fight about him.  That's ok.  The only thing I bristled at was his almost hurt reaction like he'd given her this gift and she just squandered it by not doing what he wanted, which was to find a normal guy.

We like Roy, we know Roy, we have had years to grow attached to Roy.  That the show runners didn't realize that the audience would be more concerned for Roy than sorry for Ray exemplifies their whole myopic point of view.

The fact that they didn't even bother to show the audience that Roy was okay after being electrocuted by Ray while simultaneously hitting us over the head with how big of a hero Ray is shows that there is something very wrong with the editing and pacing of this show. 

 

No kidding.   It was like, "Let's all be super bro's" meanwhile Roy, who got zapped with a prolonged burst of freaking lightning and thrown clear across the lot, was entirely forgotten.   The attack on Roy alone should have been sufficient to postpone Oliver's toughlove session.   He should have left Ray writhing in a puddle.

 

The back-and-forth format of the episode was terribly distracting.  Either give me a Suicide Squad episode or give me an Arrow episode (preferably the latter, considering the show isn't called Suicide Squad).

 

Felicity's groveling near the end was hard to watch.  Submissive and penitent is not a good look on her.  What next, writers?  Baby talk?

 

The scene at the end with Maseo is how the previous episode should have concluded (as I said over in that thread last week).   

 

The Fighting Arrows Dance Team looked like something on America's Got Talent.

I just finished my rewatch of 317 and i thought I could watch the RAY scenes with a level head considering I know he is sorta better by the end and is not supposed to be written as the bad guy but NOPE. Seriously, he was written as such a jerk and asinine character from beginning to end. I have no idea what redeemable aspects they wanted us to get from the episode - even as part of his crucible his story was still horrible. For someone with as high of an IQ as he had & 3 PhDs, you would have thought he could have behaved a little bit more like an intelligent being. but NOPE!! It really was horrible and FS behavior around & on behalf of him, I can barely contain the bile in my throat.  My repeat RAGEfest really was a shame because it really took me out of the ep again. Without RP's jerk arc it would have been  decent episode.

 

Timon was me & my reaction to RP both times around. Just say NOPE to him being a worthwhile character in ARROW.

Same. That scene with Ray was probably one of the few times I was like 'Yes, we should see more of this Laurel, I could endure her.'

Well its also dumb for me because the writer intentionally wrote him & the plot in that way. They have choices for story arcs, it is their stories and characters after all. Why make RP that antagonistic to TA when you know you will make him part of TA in a week's time? These were intentionally written & acted story, plot and character interactions. This wasn't just a little pinging or GPS tracking, which honestly the show does do a lot, but rubbed people the wrong way with RP.

 

I see no upside to their choices in 317, except I think some of them hated the character or arc. It felt at times like catharsis for the writer's room to take RP to such a ridiculously horrible place in 317. Like they were trying to get everything bad out of their system, so they could start the character over again. RP 1.0 crashed and burned, let's really stomp on it while we still have the chance before we are forced to introduce RP 2.0.

Because it shows what a great person he is.  (I don't think I'm being sarcastic.)  He went after the Arrow because of his anti-bad guy stance due to his grief over Anna dying but when he saw that Oliver was a good guy, he not only supported him, he got excited about being on the Team.  And he was the one smart enough to realize that Felicity wasn't as in to him as he was to her.  So yay, superhero!

 

The problem is that the things they made him to in order to have his redemption arc (the press conference, his treatment of Felicity and only believing her when Oliver mansplained it to him) made some of the audience (me!) decide he was irredeemable.

 

It's a common problem on this show, that the writers don't realize that the hole they've dug for the character is too deep for him or her to get out of.  Just look at Quentin s3 and Laurel s4A.

Oliver: "He's a good guy, and he clearly cares about you. A lot. Are you happy?"
Felicity: "Yes. Very."
Oliver: "Good. That's all I've ever wanted. You deserve a good guy and a normal life."
(Cell phones beep for Felicity, Diggle and Roy with news headline, "Arrow Returns to Killing.")
Felicity (showing cell phone screen to him): "Oliver."

317 (Suicidal Tendencies) – Ray announces his intention to apprehend the Arrow, and Team Arrow plans to find the real culprit; Oliver tells Diggle & Lyla to go on their honeymoon:
Quentin (on TV): "There were eight victims total, all shot with arrows. However, one escaped and has given us a statement."
Laurel (on TV): "Which remains uncorroborated, so the district attorney's office is going to continue to investigate before filing the charges."
Media Reporter (on TV): "So which one is it? Is the Arrow being implicated here or not?"
Laurel (on TV): "We're not sure of anything yet."
Mayor Castle (on TV): "We have a statement from Mr. Palmer."
(Reporters shout questions.)
Ray (on TV): "While it's hard to ignore all the good the Arrow has done for the city, it is equally hard to ignore the evidence of his apparent guilt. In any case, the Arrow needs to be apprehended, and at least brought to trial, if not justice."
Felicity: "I didn't know he was going to do that."
Ray (on TV): "And I am devoting all of my substantial resources towards making certain the Arrow is apprehended."
Roy: "You have to meet with Lance and tell him it wasn't you."
Oliver: "My word doesn't carry a lot of weight with him right now."
Lyla: "So, bring in the culprit. Figure out who's doing this and why."
Felicity: "Well, we know who's doing this. The League of Assassins."
Diggle: "So this is how Ra's al Ghul handles rejection, huh?"
Oliver: "No, I think the point is that he doesn't. He's trying to turn the city against me, make the offer to take his place more appealing. (Inhales, exhales) Hit the streets. Whoever's doing this is targeting criminals. We need to know who they're going to hit next. We need all the information that the police have from the crime scene. Whoever is under that hood has to leave a trail, something to follow."
Felicity: "I'm on it."
Diggle: "How can we help?"
Oliver: "Go to Starling City Airport."
Lyla: "Okay, to do what?"
Oliver: "It's called a honeymoon."
Diggle: "Fiji can wait."
Oliver: "No. Fiji can't wait. All right? This is still your day, and I'm not going to let Ra's al Ghul ruin that."
Diggle: "Oliver -"
Oliver: "You followed me into the lion's den once already. This time, choose your family. Go, live. We got this."

317 (Suicidal Tendencies) – Felicity is unable to find Evil Arrow, but Roy gets a lead on the streets:
(Oliver works out with his sword, shirtless, while Felicity is at her computer.)
Oliver: "Anything?"
Felicity: "I'm accessing traffic cameras, ATM cameras, phone cameras. I'm hacked into 911 and squad car chatter."
Oliver: "And?"
Felicity: "No sign of Evil Arrow."
Roy (entering): "Los Halcones are unloading a huge shipment of narcotics. The entire gang is going to show up for protection. This is exactly the kind of thing that Fake Arrow would go after. "
Felicity: "We really need a better name for him."
Oliver: "When is this happening?" 
Roy: "Right now. I'll suit up." 
Oliver: "Roy... this is the League. I've got it."

317 (Suicidal Tendencies) – Oliver tries to stop the fake Arrows and has a confrontation with Maseo:
Felicity (over comms): "I got 'im. Satellite footage of a man, green outfit, green hood, on the roof near the warehouse. You have to hurry."
(Cut to gang members being shot by arrows by man in green suit.  Oliver attacks and unmasks a fake Arrow, but is himself attacked by several fake Arrows, who he defeats.)
Maseo (entering): "You can't kill them all, Oliver. Where one falls, two more arise."
Oliver; "Maseo... you can't believe in this! Murdering all of these people just to prove a point!"
Maseo: "No. To persuade you. My master sees something in you. Don't fight it. Embrace it!"
Oliver: "You know me better than that."
Maseo: "Don't let your recalcitrance take any more lives."

317 (Suicidal Tendencies) – Ray tells Felicity that he knows Oliver is the Arrow, and Felicity defends Oliver:
Felicity (entering): "Okay. I had no idea the sheer number of crazies that were in this city until you set up that 1-800 line for Arrow tips. What's going on? Ray?"
Ray: "Oliver Queen is the Arrow."
Felicity: "What?"
Ray: "I have a 140 IQ and three Ph.Ds. It's pretty hard to insult my intelligence, but I think you just did. It all makes sense now. I mean, your, uh, sudden disappearances, your apprehension with helping me on the mission. You've been working with the Arrow this whole time."
Felicity: "How did you find out?"
Ray: "High spectrum portable radiograph, colloquially known as the X-Ray machine. Plus, your facial recognition software. Nice code, by the way."
Felicity: "Hey, you got the suit working."
Ray: "Last night, I saw your friend Oliver standing over eight of his victims."
Felicity: "Because he was investigating. He's trying to catch an impersonator, the one who's really doing this. Please, you have to trust me. Oliver's not a killer."
Ray: "This isn't the first time he's been judge, jury and executioner."
Felicity: "He hasn't killed anyone in nearly two years."
Ray: "That really is not your best argument."
Felicity: "You have no idea what he's been through! What he's lost, how he's grown, but I do. I know him better than almost... anyone. Oliver didn't do this."
Ray: "You have feelings for him."
Felicity: "Yes. I mean... no. No! I did. But that's - that's over now. "
Ray: "And, what? Now I'm supposed to trust you? From the moment we met, I've held nothing back from you. I did trust you. And I thought that you were someone who could be a true partner, that you were someone that I could rely on in the mission, and in my life."
Felicity: "I wanted that, too, Ray, I still do. Ray! What are you going to do?"
Ray: "I'm going to honor the promise I made to this city and help them bring the Arrow to justice."

317 (Suicidal Tendencies) – Felicity tells Oliver and Team Arrow that Ray knows that Oliver is the Arrow:
Roy: "Find anything on those arrows?"
Oliver: "This one is ours. This one is theirs."
Roy: "I don't see a difference."
Oliver: "Yeah, precisely. They're identical."
Felicity (entering): "He knows. God, he knows. Last year, Ray's fiancée was killed by Mirakuru men. And now he wants to protect the city, so he built a suit out of military-grade technology and he wants to put you in jail, so he used my software to track you down, and he scanned you with his X-Rays and now he knows that you're the Arrow and he's going to tell the cops."
Oliver: "Palmer knows I'm the Arrow? And he has his own mission to protect the city? When were you going to tell me this?"
Felicity: "I have been getting a lot of that today. Look, it's not important. Here's what is - he's going to tell the police who you are!"
Roy: "Wait, Ray built a super suit? That's kind of awesome. And reckless."
Felicity: "He's probably on his way to the precinct right now. What are we going to do?"

317 (Suicidal Tendencies) – At the S.C.P.D. precinct, Ray tries to convince Laurel that Oliver is the Arrow:
Ray: “The Radiography Technology is infallible. These are screenshots of the output with time-stamps.”
Laurel: “That's a very bold claim, Mr. Palmer. Especially since we've already been down that road two years ago when Oliver Queen was exonerated.”
Ray: “’Cause he's smart. See, I believe he allowed himself to be accused so as to be ruled out as a suspect in the future.”
Laurel: “And your proof is… x-ray vision? Digital images can be fabricated. I can't go to a judge with any of that.”
Ray: “What about my statement?”
Laurel: “You mean your uncorroborated testimony?”
Ray: “You're protecting him. Of course.  Because you and Oliver are old friends. You, uh, hurt yourself signing depositions?”
Laurel: “At the gym, actually.”
Ray: “Right, you were training with that, um, Wildcat Grant, right? The one who also used to be a vigilante. You and Oliver Queen used to be a couple, right? How is it you both ended up wearing masks?”
Laurel: “A word of free legal advice, Mr. Palmer. If you go to anyone else, particularly the media, with these unsubstantiated allegations, Mr. Queen would have the basis for a slam dunk defamation suit that would leave you bankrupt. Who knows, he might even get his company back.”
Ray: “Yeah, you're right. Court system isn't going to be able to help me here. Guess I'll just have to seek out justice on my own.”

317 (Suicidal Tendencies) – Oliver tells Ray to trust Felicity's judgment:
Ray: "Arrow."
Oliver: "Supersuit."
Ray: "I prefer the Atom. You know, I have to admit, I was a little surprised to find you on my calendar this morning. Find the place all right?"
Oliver: "Laurel Lance called me."
Ray: "Yeah, the Black Canary. She tried to shut me up, but it's not going to work."
Oliver: "I didn't kill those people."
Ray: "Yeah, that's what Felicity said. An impersonator, right? (Chuckles) I hate when that happens. Five years on a deserted island. That kind of thing changes you, doesn't it? Must have been difficult, if not impossible to hold on to your sanity all those years. And now here you are, pretending you have everything in control."
Oliver: "Felicity told you the truth. And you should trust her judgment."
Ray: "How can I do that? Her perception of you is clearly clouded by her emotional attachment. She's not seeing you for what you really are."
Oliver: "You have no idea what this city is up against."
Ray: "Actually, I think I do, and I'm going to stop him."

317 (Suicidal Tendencies) – Oliver tells Felicity that Ray is just like him and that she deserves better:
Felicity: "How'd it go with Ray?"
Oliver: "Not well. Yeah, your new boyfriend is stubborn. Once he's made his mind up, that's the end of it."
Felicity: "Sound like anybody we know?"
Oliver: "Not only is he untrained, he's unstable."
Felicity: "Unstable?"
Oliver: "Yeah, yes, he's unstable, Felicity, because he's flying around in a weapon looking for a man that has already killed eight people! He's going to be next."
Felicity: "You would like that, wouldn't you?"
Oliver: "Excuse me?"
Felicity: "You never wanted me to be with him."
Oliver: "That's not true."
Felicity: "Yes, it is. All that talk about wanting me to be happy was just talk."
Oliver: "No, I meant what I said, right up to the point where I found out that he is just like me. You deserve better."
Felicity: "What I deserve... is to be with someone who isn't afraid of being happy. Ray told me he wanted a true partner, in his work, in his mission, and in his life. Ray wants to be a hero and a human being."
Oliver: "Yes, 'cause he hasn't realized yet that he can't be. I told you that I couldn't be with you and save the city. Neither can Ray. He's just too new at this to know that. (Computer beeps) What's that?"
Felicity: "911 call, suspected gang activity at Meltzer Power Plant."
Oliver (sighing): "This could be Maseo's next target. Call Roy. Tell him to suit up and meet me at the power plant."

317 (Suicidal Tendencies) – Oliver battles and defeats Ray, but spares his life and tells him to trust Felicity:
Roy (to Oliver): "There's no one here."
(Ray in his Atom suit flies in.)
Ray: "That must be disappointing. I'm sorry there's no one around here for you to kill, but, uh, I kind of faked that 911 call."
Oliver: "Palmer."
Ray: "I'd say you have the right to remain silent, but I'm not a cop." (Blasts them)
(Ray electrocutes Roy who falls to the ground, unconscious. He then battles Ray.) 
Ray: "It's over. That's it. Nice and easy."
(Oliver shoots knife at power pack on Ray's Atom suit, which short circuits. He falls to his knees.)
Oliver: "The man you think I am, he'd kill you here and now. I told you to back off, and you didn't listen!"
Ray: "So kill me, go ahead. Show Felicity the kind of man you really are."
(Oliver pulls Ray to his feet.)
Oliver: "I have nothing to prove to her. But you do. She chose you. So trust her."

317 (Suicidal Tendencies) – Ray tells Felicity that he trusts her:
Felicity: "How are you?"
Ray: "My ego's bruised. And my arm. And my back. And my rotator cuff."
Felicity: "I'm so sorry about... all of this."
Ray: "Well, actually, I... think I'm the one who owes you an apology. You told me Oliver was innocent, and I didn't trust you. I want you to know that I do."
Felicity: "About what you said earlier... about wanting a true partner. Is that offer still good?"
Ray: "Yeah. Once I make an offer -" (Felicity kisses him)

317 (Suicidal Tendencies) – Felicity thanks Oliver for proving her right to Ray:
(Felicity sniffs wedding bouquet that's in the Arrowcave. Oliver enters.)
Felicity: "Hey."
Oliver: "Hi. Where are you off to?"
Felicity: "Ray has a meeting with the mayor. Seems he's had a change of heart about the Arrow."
Oliver: "Ohh."
Felicity: "Thanks." 
Oliver: "For what?" 
Felicity: "For proving me right." (Kisses his cheek and leaves)
Diggle (entering): "Hey."
Oliver: "Hi."
Diggle: "What'd I miss?"
Oliver: "Oh, not much. I'm glad you're back."
Diggle: "So am I. Turns out Lyla and I are not very good at vacations." 
Oliver: "Republic of Kaznia, huh?"
Diggle: "Mm-hmm.”
Oliver: "And Floyd Lawton?”
Diggle: "Yeah. You were right, Oliver. Doing what we do, having loved ones at home... It's complicated.” 
Oliver: "Well, the things that matter always are.” 
Diggle (toasting): "To Floyd Lawton.”
Oliver (toasting): "Prochnost.”
Diggle: "Any luck finding your imposter?”
Oliver: "Still out there.” 
Diggle: "Oliver, we have to stop this guy before he puts arrows in any more criminals.”
Oliver: "Or...before he starts putting them in innocent people.”

317 (Suicidal Tendencies) – Ray tells Mayor Celia Castle that he thinks the Arrow is innocent, right before she is killed by an arrow:
Ray: "Madame Mayor. I have it on good authority that he's been set up."
Mayor Castle: "Hold on a second, Ray. Now you're telling me you think the Arrow is innocent?"
Ray: "Of these murders, yes. I believe he's being framed."
Laurel: "We need to address the media right away." 
Quentin: "Tell 'em what? Some rich genius just changed his mind?" 
Laurel: "Captain, I think you're letting your personal feelings towards the Arrow cloud your judgment." 
Quentin: "Maybe I'm seeing things more clearly than I have for the last few years."
Mayor Castle: "Enough, both of you! I am tired of listening -" (Gasps as she's struck by an arrow)
(We see Maseo on a nearby rooftop. He then takes aim at Felicity through the window.)
