Clicking on a read topic no longer brings me to first unread reply

For the past week, no matter if I'm on my iPad on Macbook, clicking a topic I've already read no longer brings me to the first new post. Instead I'm brought to the first post in the thread every time.

As far as I know there have been no updates to the site in ages (a few months at least)

Check your Account Settings and Content View Behavior to be sure nothing has changed there:

A couple of members have had issues with notifications. They hadn't made any changes but the issues were resolved after the re-set their notification settings. 

In other words, the forum seems to randomly have the hiccups and I apologize for the inconvenience.
