This episode is even more boring than E04. The story barely moves until the last 5 minutes. Sunny does get lost in the last 2 episodes.

They have wasted so much time wandering around and peeing in the forest, being jealous at each other, singing to a bear etc. WTF? 😣

One thing for sure, Mixxy is not to be trusted. Is she looking for the Dark Manual too? Suzie’s house being ransacked by the Yakuza should’ve scared her but she chooses to stick around. Why?

DNA (Do No Answer) could be Masa’s real dad. Is he a Yakuza or is he involved in robotics too, like Masa? We see a guy taking a shower behind the frosted glass and he has like an older generation of homebot.

Flashbacks in this episode show the negative side of Masa. Is he really a caring and attentive father/husband that we’re led to believe?

The guy in the shower looked fairly young, or at least not old enough to be Masa's father (from what we could tell from behind, no pun intended). If he's not Masa's father, he may be involved in Masa's disappearance. But at this point I am pretty confused about what is or may be going on, and I agree with you that it is boring. I'm watching it mainly because I like Sunny, but the other characters are not particularly interesting or sympathetic.

Episode 5 was touching, about mothers reflecting on their lost sons, both Noriko and Suzie.

Sunny trying to mother or nurture that birding, trying to identify with Suzie.

Suzie had to kind of be a mother to Mixxy who lost her unflappable vibe and got scared that she led them to the middle of nowhere.

Sunny still throwing shade at  Mixxy will never not be funny.:

"Look, I really don't want to be the asshole here but I think we should assess other options before we continue to take guidance from....whistles"

I'm enjoying this show. It's quirky, to be sure, but interesting in the way it is unfolding. I don't know if Mixxie is dangerous or just interested in Suzie, but the jealousy between Sunny and Mixxie is fun to watch.

Questions I will watch to see answered:

1. Are Masa and Zen dead or alive, one or both?
2. Will Sunny turn homicidal?
3. What does Masa's mother know?
4. I want one of those ear clip translators and communicators.
 

Hope questions will be resolved by show's end.
