Xeliou66 April 10 Author Share April 10 Intense episode - it’s rare for there to be tension between the main characters here, so it was interesting seeing things get heated between Isobel and Scola/Tiffany at the end, personally I thought Isobel was right to question Tiffany’s actions, she was overzealous, fortunately no one got killed because of it but Tiffany was letting her emotions get the better of her. Then again, I don’t know if the target of the sting operation ever would’ve cooperated even if they had arrested him. The tension felt very natural here and was well done. I liked how the case played out and how they solved the murder at the start quickly and the rest was about how to best handle the situation with the terrorist organization. I wondered when they would return to the hunt for Hobbs’ killer and I assume the season finale will be about taking him down. I liked seeing Isobel do an interrogation again this week. Not a lot of Jubal and the analysts, most of the action was in the field, but it was a compelling hour. I kind of like how they are handling the hunt for Hobbs’ killer instead of wrapping it up quickly. 4 Link to comment
millennium April 10 Share April 10 Am I misremembering or does Tiffany get a LOT of latitude from her superiors? I think there was a case involving her former acquaintances on the NYPD and she went way off script then, too. Except for a couple lucky breaks, she could have been responsible for several deaths in tonight's episode alone. Did they happen to mention what happened to the hostage at the end? I think I missed it. 8 Link to comment
Diana Berry April 10 Share April 10 Those four would have been made when they walked through the door of that club. They stuck out like a sore thumb. I think putting Tiff on desk duty for a while would hurt her reflexes, etc so maybe she should have some mandatory counseling ? What about that hostage victim -that was a very hard impact when he slammed the car into the wall. 6 Link to comment
januaryman April 10 Share April 10 Scola should thank Jubal for that convenient interruption. So now have they all been personally distracted and nearly got someone killed in the street? I think even Jubal was drinking in one show. 2 Link to comment

BadGuy was killed by Scola before any usefull info could be extracted by interrogation. So yeah, someone got killed. CarJack lady was hugely endangered. BadGuy discharging a firearm in a packed club/bar endangered literally dozens of completely innocent/uninvolved people. And Scola, Maggie and OA were needlessly forced into positions of danger. So, well done, Tiffany! We aren't going to throw you out of The Bureau and take steps to make sure you never work in law enforcement ever again. You aren't even going to receive a reprimand. Instead, that useless waste of actor's salary Jubal will come in and drop a remark to justify your entire, day-long fuckup! Because after all, no criticism must ever stick to the worst member of the team! Edited April 10 by Netfoot 5 3 Link to comment
Dowel Jones April 10 Share April 10 The subtitle of this episode should have been "It was at that moment that Tiffany knew she fucked up." Since the radio mikes are apparently voice activated, Jubal and Co. back in the office would hear every piece of dialogue between Tiffany and Scola, and Maggie and OA. Jubal should have stopped everyone with a direct order to stand down before they ever went in the club, but of course that would impinge on their independence. And Isobel shouldn't even bother with questioning Scola about Tiffany. "You're both on admin leave, starting right now." Army guy falls into that TV group 'Too Stupid to Live.' Sure, I'll take a package of high explosive to some guy I've never met and give it up before I see the money. 4 Link to comment
millennium April 10 Share April 10 (edited) Even the bad guy was an idiot. "You're changing the terms of the deal? Well, okay." Or, "Sure, I'll stand around awhile and listen to your flimsy lie about meeting a friend when I know you're a total fraud." Tiffany got Hobbs killed by following her instincts. Then she almost gets multiple people killed in this episode by following her instincts, ostensibly to absolve herself of the guilt she feels for having followed her instincts. (sorry, got shows mixed up) Edited April 11 by millennium Link to comment
jabRI April 10 Share April 10 I didn't hear anythinig about Nina, what was said? I thought they were handling it like adults where she moved to another team (ie most wanted). 1 Link to comment
Crashcourse April 10 Share April 10 I wish Tiffany had gotten fired. She was so focused on Hobbs' killer that she didn't even seem that upset the car jack lady almost got killed. I was glad that Hobbs' wife (gf?) told her to just stay the f*ck away from her. 4 Link to comment

Snazzy Daisy April 10 Share April 10 The show keeps telling us that Tiff and Trevor were tight. Am not buying it. They rarely interacted and barely had shared scenes. Stop gaslighting your viewers! 🙄 Boundaries Tiff, boundaries! The stubborn and reckless Tiff has really got on my nerves. UGH. Can the capture of Hakim be done off screen? Am not interested to see Tiffany going rogue again. I want to strangle her. GRRR! 😡 1 hour ago, jabRI said: I didn't hear anythinig about Nina, what was said? UnknownK April 12 Share April 12 They back her up doing stupid things and then cover for her when those stupid things go sideways. Sounds like she learned some good skills as a NY police officer that carry over to the FBI. ;) 1 1 Link to comment

Well they can't do that. They apparently only have 4 field agents for all of the New York City metropolitan area and they would cut that in half by doing that. 1 3 Link to comment
