Yea, when I was an E3 I shared a barracks room with two other people.  They'd be well advised to set some of that TM money aside, because it isn't going to last forever.

Must say I'd rather see them (or any of the TMs) spending money on a house than plastic surgery, but yeah, I do hope they realize it doesn't last forever. And also, generally moving every couple of years is very costly.

Whelp, after telling everyone when they were moving and a quick search of Public Tax Records, I found their new house.  290,000 is a lot of money! Whew!  I wish I had that kind of money. It would have worked much better for them if they didn't announce to the world they were moving, no one would ever have known they went anywhere at least until the new season.

Wait, so Jo and Vee explicitly move to be closer to to Isaac and Kailyn decides to move away to another state again? Seriously?  Or is this move related to a military transfer?  I would hope so because I'd be enraged if I was Jo.

 

I know... how messed up is that?  I remember reading that the move was because 'fans' were 'harassing' them in their old place, so I don't think it's a military transfer (but I can't find that article again, so please take my memory of reading it with a grain of salt). Then they're showing off the new place so much it's not at all hard to find where they moved to, so talk about pointless.  Unless the point was to piss off Jo. Jo has got to be beyond furious by now.

I can totally see Kail relocating as a dick move to stick it to Jo and Vee. She's spent the last two years doing everything she can to prevent Jo from having a relationship with his son, so I don't buy they had to move back to PA to escape nosy fans.

How can they be moving to another state if Javi wasn't transferred to another base?  Is the dude THAT p*ssywhipped that he's willing to either drive that much back and forth to the base or be away from his family that often (I'm not 100% certain, but maybe he has the option of staying on base during the week or something)?

No, they are still in Dover, Delaware. I promise.  Kent County property tax records has the new listing directly under their old address.  House was bought or signed on June 12.

Kail probably realized her fat behind in those tiny, skin-tight shorts kept getting stuck on the leather couches. It kept her from getting up fast enough to slap the shit out of Javi whenever she thought he needed a good slap.

That is a pretty expensive house for kids in their early 20s. I don't know what the housing market is like there but it would definitely not be a "starter house" where I live.  I think Kail thinks she's too good for a starter house, though, at the ripe ol age of 22 or 23.  These dimwits are gonna hit reality when the TM money stops flowing.

Kail has always been about "rush, rush, rush". Rushing into relationships, rushing to have a guy move in, getting engaged quickly after getting the guy, then "oops" get pregnant, hurry up and have that wedding before Javi changes his mind, and buy that house because it completes her idea of the perfect life.

 

I have to believe that Kail put most of her money from TM into this house. I can't imagine she has credit. She may have put a huge down payment on the house or she paid it with cash in full.

 

That is a huge house. That kind of house would cost around $450k here where I live.

 

I think there is reason for this move, but it has nothing to do with what Kail claims.

So, did they move to a different house in the same area? I am kind of envious, I live in Chicago and that kind of money would not buy anywhere near that size of house (in a decent neighborhood anyway). In my native SF Bay, I'd be laughed out of the realtor's office for trying to buy with less than 500k.

“Did I try to hit him? Yeah. But luckily I didn’t. It was a low for me. I never beat him,” Kailyn Lowry continued, then accusing Williamson of online bullying.

    “I guess bullying online is acceptable as long as it’s talking about other people’s pasts… Javi wouldn’t be with me anymore if I was the same person I was 3 years ago.”

Oh shut up, Kailyn. Someone pointing out something you don't like is not the same thing as bullying. I have no idea if Kailyn has any more abusive tendencies or if that truly was an isolated incident that she has since sought treatment more, but um, being judged and reminded of something you did on camera years later is kind of the folly of agreeing to be filmed in the first place.

 

Also agree with the poster that posting laughing icons in regards to domestic violence is kind of shitty. Perhaps Kailyn can honestly say she hasn't "beat" Javi, but I bet if there was a fly on the wall running down a checklist of abusive behaviors and red flags, that fly would have to make a lot of check marks.

If I believed for a minute that Kailyn or any of these girls would actually spend more than 10 years in a house they bought, I would say it's a great investment. I'm the same age, and if someone gave me $300,000, after I paid off my student loans, I would put it all toward a house. (I'm from NJ, houses are hella expensive here!) But these girls are all so flighty, I don't think anyone has lived in the same place for more than two years. (I do think Chelsea will stay in her house for awhile. Randy is obviously a huge influence on her, and she has also gone through less cars than everyone else). I honestly think Kail and Javi's relationship is on borrowed time, and when their inevitable divorce comes, they'll sell the house and Kail will buy a new house with her next husband. Hopefully he has good benefits...

...da fuck did I just read? In what world did she not hit him? I clearly Big Papi's face getting smushed. And how is it any better if she missed? I'm pretty sure the intent is a large part of the problem. And yeah, Kail is one of those girls that only believes domestic violence is real if the victim is a woman. She also believes she deserves to have her son more, solely because she's the mom. I swear, if one of her sons ever dated a girl like her (ie one that hits them, cheats on them and makes seeing their kid so difficult) she would go ape shit.

Exactly. To quote Rumplestiltskin from Once Upon a Time, all magic comes with a price. Kailyn got paid a shit ton of money just to be herself. She can afford to buy new cars, a big house, go to school without taking out huge student loans, and live a very comfortable life, all while not having to leave her sons very much for work. In exchange, she gets very little privacy. She sold her privacy. I, on the other hand, drive a crappy car, have student loans to pay off and I probably won't be able to afford to buy a home for a long time. But no one is talking about my relationships, mocking me or speculating about my life. I don't feel bad for her or any other celebrities (lol at Kailyn at a celebrity, but you know what I mean) because they made this choice. The only ones I feel bad for are their kids, who are forced to grow up in the public eye, with no choice about it.

Thank you. Not to mention, the bitch WROTE a book. Well, she didn't write it but, she put her private life out there via a book. She toured and did book signings. She had no problem showing her fat behind on my television screen all the while getting paid for it. She also gave interviews to magazines and other sources. She loves to post on social media. All that is left is for her to do is to make a porn tape. Oh dear God, no!!

Her way of thinking is pitiful. That is akin to someone saying they didn't attempt to rape their victim because the victim fought back and didn't allow penetration to happen.

A $290,000 house for a woman with an Enlisted Airman for a husband, two kids, no job, and no help from parents.  This again shines a spotlight on the fact that these women are not living the lives of typical teen moms, thanks to all of the MTV money, book deals, and paid appearances.  Yet neither the women nor MTV ever discuss that fact on the shows.  It is all well and good to break the fourth wall with the producers, but how about breaking down the financial facade as well?

I'm not making light of DV, but I think lying to the courts/police/whoever about Jo hitting her was actually far worse than smacking Javi around. If I recall, it was weeks, or possibly even more than a month, that Jo and Isaac were separated while the two worked it out and agreed to jointly go to anger management courses.  If I couldn't see my kid for a month because my vindictive ex lied about me hitting him/her I would never forgive him or her. That was totally unfair to Jo, unfair to Isaac, and unfair to a number of legitimate DV victims who are side eyed by the judges for accusations of abuse while going through a custody battle, all thanks to liars like Kail who discredit them. (I once worked with a divorce attorney who told me that when starting divorce proceedings, unless the attorney truly feels like the woman is in danger from her husband, she will not make any mention of abuse  in the initial paperwork because in her experience, judges immediately get skeptical seeing the word "abuse" when custody is an issue when dissolving the marriage, since a lot of people aren't above exaggerating or lying to get a leg up in custody disputes). For that reason, I will never like Kail.

Agree. The fact the kid was caught up in that heifer's game, is so fucked up on so many levels. 

 

What is horrible and unforgivable about Kail's lie about the DV accusation, is the fact that she is the one who is the perpetrator. She used the courts, lied to the courts, and likely put on the waterworks to get sympathy while getting that temporary restraining order. We all have seen how Kail pushes out those tears when she claims to be the victim including the time when she was caught on camera hitting Javi. If the cameras weren't there, she'd likely claim she never touched him or that he "ducked".  It's one thing to lie about any act of DV, it is another when one is the abuser and they turn it around on the other party. I can't tell you how enraged I feel inside when I hear these abusers turn the tables on their victim. The rage that builds up inside me when I watch Kail on screen or when I read about her such as the recent Twitter war she was involved in because she was called out for her DV actions, is almost unbearable. What makes it worse is knowing MTV is paying her for this bullshit.

She at least has work experience and a skill working in a dental office. The thing is, I don't think Kail will be at any job any time soon.

I have no problem believing that. Jo has never shown any abusive tendencies. I think the worst thing we've ever seen of him was him being like 17-19 and acting like a jerk to Kailyn who constantly yelled at him, berated him and dated other guys while living in his parents' house, when I believe they asked both Jo and Kail to keep it in their pants and just focus on their son. I always felt like he tried harder in their relationship, until she started dating other guys. At that point, he seemed to give up on her and if she wanted a booty call and he was single, then he was fine with that. But I would never say I thought he was abusive to her, whereas we've seen her raise her hands several times. Also, I want to take into account that for the most part, the show tries to give the moms a better edit than the dads. If Jo had done anything bad to Kail and there was proof of it, they would have shown it.

I am truly pissed that MTV didn't show that scene. Here was Kailyn going around smearing her son's father's name, painting him as a man who would raise his hand to his child's mother but, MTV chose not to show it. Jo mentioned he wished they had shown it because it would have cleared his name. I am guessing that footage was shown to the courts, which is why she was ordered to attend anger management classes, and they were both required to attend parenting classes. Jo is not stupid. He had his attorney and he knew no matter what, that footage would save his ass. MTV is a mutherfucking bitch for not airing it. Kail had the advantage of smearing Jo's name and having viewers side with her. If it was the other way around and Jo had even touched Kail ONCE, people would be outraged. If Gary had touched Amber ONCE, people would be outraged. These girls smack their guys around more than once and it turns into "He is pushing her buttons!" You know, I have had my buttons pushed many times by various people, including boyfriends. Not once did I ever raise a fist to those people. That doesn't mean I didn't wish to beat the shit out of them. I just have self-control and no anger issues.

I suspect the decision to buy such an expensive, large house will come to bite Kail&Javi in the ass someday soon. Even if they were able to pay outright for it, the upkeep and utilities are probably pretty steep. Plus, I've come across speculation on different websites that Javi isn't even active duty anymore, which I could definitely believe since we rarely see or hear much evidence of him spending is days doing anything other then fame whoring. So it is possible he isn't even bringing in a stable check.  Those two are way to big for their britches, to get Southern about it.

MTV is absolutely a bitch, but they also know what side their bread is buttered on. If Jo decided he never wanted to be on the show again, then oh well. They would just include more scenes with people quivering in fear of Kail and agreeing with her out of fear. If they pissed Kailyn off enough to make her quit, then they're down one mom which is a much bigger deal. Especially since it's a mom that isn't on drugs, in "adult films," or has been to gel (even though she should have gotten at least a fine or a weekend in the slammer for that face shake, as well as the fight she admitted to on a reunion show, before flouncing off in a huff). She's a "success" that is married, has been to a trade school (she was a dental assistant for like a week before she got pregnant with Lincoln), owns a house, wrote a book and has a scentsy business. While I think she's a total piece of crap, in MTV's eyes, she's a success. Blech.

Ah yes. I think Big Papi was being sassy mouthed about Joe. So according to Kail it's was partially Joe's fault Javier got popped in the mouth.

 

 

ETA because Kail isn't Mail.  I sure wouldn't want her as a special delivery.
