Tommy and Diamond expand their coalition by bringing Vic and Jenard into CBI; Mirkovich warns Tommy against encroaching on Serb territory, and makes good on his threat with catastrophic results.

Air Date: October 6, 2023

Who the heck asked for them to bring Holly back?!?!?!? Ghost or not, keep her off my screen.

Was excited for Tommy and Mireya sexy times, but it was real boring. And what was Mireya doing with all the posing? And oop, Tommy told ghost Holly that he's in love. Guess that mean Mireya will be lucky if she makes it to the next season.

So Jenard detoxed from heroin in less than 8 hours?????

giphy.gif

And his girlfriend is great with the Queen Ramonda "remind them who you are" speech, but she can't really be serious about trying to steal a drug empire with a junkie as her partner.

The US Attorney's plan for Vic makes no sense. She's trying to take down the entire illegal drug complex in the city, but she's going after Tommy instead of "Dublin" which has had the majority share of the game for decades, the Serbs, and the Mexicans, both of whom kill off anybody and everybody who coughs in their direction. Tommy is literally the bottom of the barrel. Yeah he's been able to make moves, cause folks are dumb and he's not rational, but no one trusts him. So busting Tommy isn't going to help take down anyone except for Diamond and CBI. Imma need these writers to start scripting things that make sense.

OT: I rewatched Revenge this past week, and guess who showed up? A youngish Walter Flynn! Playing the same type of character.

How many times has Vic mentioned "Claudia" to Stacy and she has to keep telling him Caludia is not important to her??!!!

Couldn't Vic just pull out his phone and pass Tommy's number to Stacy? The FBI can't figure out Tommy's number on their own?

Did Dr. Kendall type the text messages using his nose?

Gianna is wrong to not mention she was married, and Leon is wrong to not say he has a father in the house (don't ask my mom for a date). Diamond walked in her house thinking he could get in her pants that night, drink fresh lemonade and could have been shot instead. Stay away from this family Diamond! You have been warned.

Why is Diamond stalking Leon now? Now he is playing savior. Ugh! I wouldn't be surprised if Diamond is sent back to prison for the father's murder.

So Jenard doesn't look like a junkie when Claudia is around. But he is a mess around Diamond, Shanti and Tommy.

What is JP's role on the show? We see him holding a bottle, say a few lines and that's it.

Now DiFranco is taking a back seat too. He had no dialogue this episode.

Elise? Why is she here? Will she be the 3rd body to fall in Caludia's apartment?

That was Claudia's slutiest outfit?

Please Claudia! Just go away. I'm tired of her playing the victim card.

What is Tommy waiting for to get Claudia? This is the perfect time to strike, now Walter is gone.

Tommy's arrogance to Mirkovic got those unsuspecting people at the Crimson Projects burned, wounded or killed. Tommy is reckless.

CBI has atrocious security. No one down the block to warn of 3 black SUVs speeding down, make sure they are ready for battle and protect the grill and burgers?

Big Smurf was wrong using that guy as a shield? Poor guy was listening to his music, unaware bullets are flying and then gets two bullets thanks to Big Smurf.

So, all those people are there with guns to shoot at Serbs and couldn't stop Jernard last week when he stole the two bricks from Manny. Again, CBI has terrible security.

Mireya got her driver's licenses recently. Now she wants to lease a car. How did this progress so fast.

Is there another personality of Mireya we haven't seen yet? Miguel states: "her career is what she does for him here". All we see her do is inject him. That is some career. But it seems to suggest she is in the Cartel business. Then she ignores grandma's request to help Miguel, as if Mireya is the boss. Now Tommy has professed his love for her, I am now convinced Mireya is bad news.

Is there a reason Miguel or another member of his crew can't apply the shot? In a previous episode, when Miguel had Jenard and threaten to take out his eye, Mireya arrived and dropped the needle and gloves on the counter and left. So, Miguel must have applied the shot. This episode, Miguel is sweaty and helpless.

Shanti slapping Jenard was funny!

Were that the drugs talking to Jenard in the form of Shanti???? Step your pussy up!!! Anyway, Shanti got Jernard back on his feet and started his demise in one episode. Impressive! Well done, Shanti!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For a moment, I thought Vic was going to kill himself when he was talking about truly being free.

Holly and got her hair done in the afterlife. Ghost of Keshia was too busy haunting Tasha to make an appearance??!!

Were we told who called Tommy that he had to leave the hospital in rush? I guess it's about Kate or Dmac!

I hope the agent wrote in his notes: Tommy drove through a STOP sign.

I don't know if I'm at a table of one, but I am over Jenard. I don't want to watch him anymore.

It reminded me of Mufasa.

It doesn't. I said in the last episode that she wants Vic to infiltrate CBI... but CBI and the Flynns don't fuck with each other. They don't do business together at all. I couldn't understand why she would send Vic on what seems to be an impossible mission where Vic is sure to be shot in the ass.

Gianna is wrong to not mention she's married because she seems to want Diamond but Leon is not wrong. Leon has zero obligation to say his fatgher lives with them. The obligation to give those crucial details is on the mother, not the child.

This makes no sense to me. I assume that this housing project isn't just a huge front for drugs, but I assume people actually do live here.

Taking over this territory means completely destroying the territory, and indiscriminately shooting and blowing up everyone?

It seems like they were ready to reduce the place to rubble if needed. What value would be left after that?

I'm thinking Shanti will be dead by the end of the season.

I feel like this was such a switch for Shanti. She offered her territory so that Jenard can rejoin CBI and get out his funk in order to get clean and sober. Now, she wants Jenard to take over CBI?

Ghost Keisha did Holly's hair. They bonded in the afterlife over how fucked up Ghost, Tasha and Tommy are. Ghost Keisha absolutely howled at Holly's story of hiring the Jamaicans to kill Ghost.

Tommy should have been apprehended and brought back to NYC the moment they found out he is alive.

Did they add the father at the last moment to the plot? His introduction just seems awkward. Writers wanted shock value when he entered the house.

Leon could have mentioned at some time during training or getting a haircut his father is around. I am not giving him a pass. He knows his father is menacing, look out for Diamond. If he is mature enough to give a speech at the Stop the Violence rally, he can mention that to Diamond.

Mirkovic sent Tommy a text: "This is what happens if CBI places one foot in the Serb's North Side territory".  Shooting up the Crimson Project was just a warning.

I think she has an alter ego or maybe she was a heavy dealer before she started working at the hospital.

So I guess he doesn’t want the Crimson Projects anymore like he told Diamond considering he pretty much destroyed the place?

When Tommy insulted him at the restaurant and told him he is coming for the North Side, it was over.

An Audi sedan seemed kind of ordinary for Mireya.

I'm surprised Dr. Kendall contacted Mireya. Aren't they broken up? Apparently he wanted her to know who his attacker was without coming right out with it.

Tommy falling for Vic's act so easily seemed iffy to me.

The actor who plays JP doesn't do drunk very well IMO. He was a bit self- conscious. Anyhoo, why would JP be so torn up about sending Darnell away? It's probably the only way to save the brat's life. For sure he would've been running his mouth about shooting a cop, trying to get street cred.

Lol, Mireya is no longer here for Miguel or abuela queenpin. Whatever, yeah, you'd think Miguel would be macho enough to give himself his insulin shots. Can't they be injected into the thigh?

Shanti ain't here for junkie Jenard either. She's probably not going to be enough to make him quit the dope though.

Claudia working with Jenard? Hah, that's a good way for him to get shot in the face as soon as Claudia has a bad day.

Of course Leon's abusive dad was cokehead. He wasn't ready for Diamond's fist of fury.

I'm afraid for Claudia's girlfriend. Hopefully she's not around the next time Claudia flies off the handle and there's a gun nearby.

I'm thinking Vic should tell Tommy about Stacy's obsession with him. Let Tommy sort that out.

Wait, Shanti's using Jenard to try to take down Tommy? Good luck with that, hon. But now Jenard's got a decision to make: whether to be loyal to his brother or stand with Shanti.

I agree. I said it out loud while watching 😂

He’s not very good at acting drunk. He probably should have took a few shots for real before doing that scene.

This episode makes it look like Jenard is really kicking the habit. Do we think Jenard is still a junkie?

I got the impression Jenard cleaned up his act just enough to try to fool Shanti and Diamond. But Tommy was looking at him sideways like he's not convinced Jenard is totally free of the drugs, and Tommy would tend to have a sixth sense about such things.

At this point I think Diamond and Shanti may be seeing what they want to see because they both have agendas which require Jenard to be sober.

Speaking of Tommy looking at Jenard sideways, I’m also thinking Jenard might not survive by the end of the season. I feel like the writers are setting him up to die, and not necessarily by Tommy’s hands but he’ll die.

I agree. Jenard is too stupid to continue to live. Diamond loves his brother but I can see him taking him out for the “greater good”.

I was impressed by Shanti this episode. So Claudia reached out to her school crush who has real money (her mom has a private jet) because she’s broke and needs cash flow. I wonder how this will go.

Man, I could never be an actress….with Joseph Sikora happily married, how can he put his tongue in someone’s mouth that isn’t his wife?!  I’d be warning any actor, you put your tongue in my mouth, I’ma put mine on your pickle, don’t start none, won’t be none!  Thanks for showing Tommy in his draws again producers, meowwwwwrrrllll!!  Holly!!  Heiffa looks good in death, don’t she?  Dang, one sexual session and Tommy’s in love?  Work it, Mireya!!

Damn Jernard, is the herawn that good?  Nukka had a slice of pizza on his stained shirt, looking all stank and shit.

Alright Shanti, you came off as tough but don’t be messing with Tommy….he’ll cancel Christmas on you!

The Serbs’ shooting was cold blooded and very scary.

One thing that kinda cracked me up was the scene when Claudia leaves Jenard's place. Then, the camera just pans to Shanti... like she was supposed to be invisible??????

So we're all just gonna act like no one saw or acknowledged Shanti standing right there??

I am sure Claudia saw her and likely said hello, but she doesn’t know how deep Shanti is in the drug game or if she’s just Jernard’s woman. I doubt Claudia is well versed on southside drug politics (I’m sure she knows who the big players are, but the smaller territory lines aren’t in the front of her mind).

I think those two working together would be interesting.

They might find a way to weave those two together, Shanti’s plan for Jenard to retake CBI and Claudia’s need for distribution… unless they just leave Claudia with the club distro.

It seemed like it was supposed to be a surprise to the audience that Shanti was there. The way they panned to her at the end seemed like it was supposed to be a surprise to us.

The preview showed Claudia and Shanti in a scene at the new club together.
