And to think I assumed “Dark Side of the Spoon” meant one of our convicts was going to succumb to their drug addiction like melting crack or heroin or whatever on a spoon like I’ve seen in the movies. But it just turns out it was Donna keeping Louie from Lakeland in line with her trusty wooden spoon. 40 years old and he probably still has splinters and scalds from the sauce/gravy.

It's definitely gravy.   Sharp continues to lower the bar here, btw.  Way more graphic than I was hoping for this episode.  I think David Duchovny may guest star soon..

It looked like Donna cooked up jarred sauce and boiled meatballs in it, so I'm not calling it gravy.  Melissa would call it gravy because she's living in two movie categories:  high school films and mafia stories. 

It never occurred to Donna that the stealth kids couldn't have snuck out if she wasn't passed out drunk. I did appreciate she wore her house shoes/slippers with her housecoat.  That scene is a LAL classic.

They love their puns but I think someone at Sharp is a Pink Floyd fan because that album is 50 years old this month.  

I am totally ignorant about how closely the date of conception can be ascertained but does that mean Joynomi could have had unprotected sex with three guys in just a couple days?  A week?  Farmington folks get busy!

It looked like they were eating plain pasta with no sauce which unless the sauce was rancid I didn’t really understand.  Maybe they just put one spoonful in the center of the plate lol.

Part of me wonders whether Joynomi was assaulted and is telling herself it was consensual.  At the same time, date of conception is not 100% accurate.

So when docs say someone is x weeks pregnant it is pretty much an estimate.  I guess you know if a baby is full term based on its development at birth and then you can count backwards?
