They're all messed up anyway so it's not far fetched for me to believe that on some level, chasing Zak has something to do with her own egos as well.

I def think for Samantha its all about being the "winner" of the Zak sweepstakes and probably Morgan too.   No comment on Bria as I can't decide if she's actually crazy or just acting out for the cameras to make sure she gets invited to the next 18 Challenge and never has to work a real job again.

The only "match" I'm seeing is Nutsa & Daniel but I guess it doesn't really matter as I think there is something fake about the matches being true or not.

Also the random date match ups in theory separate individuals and force them to spend time with other people outside of the house, but it also jeopardizes their house’s ability to strategize sensible couples to put in the truth booth to confirm matches or to prove that an inseparable couple isn’t a match. However, all that is in theory. In reality, this mechanism allows production to fix the match up results which may hand the players a true match coupling to send into the truth booth that they may not have otherwise considered until the very end of the game (which is when they’re usually scrambling to figure out how random people pair out because nobody knows anything outside of the confirmed non-match that they spend all of their time with, lol).

It never even occurred to me (probably because I watch it late at night) that the "random wheel of fate" is rigged because ... it HAS to be, right? When the house members could try to figure out matches for confirmation/elimination it made so much more sense BUT if the wheel is rigged to land some people in matches they'd never have considered, THEN this makes more sense.

Also, obviously, mea culpa, I spoke too soon on Morgan being sweet. Never mind.

I'm still TeamBrettAndCali ... and interested to see what happens with Maga and Giggly.

At the last minute, when there are only 3 or 4 matches, everyone will have to give up on Zak & Tevin and scramble to find their true loves, who they’ve ignored for the whole time & haven’t formed any bond with, much less a romance, so the whole point of this show is null & void.

And Zak and Tevin's matches will be the only two women who never gave either the time of day.

I find it really hard to take the dude saying he's looking for BBC seriously. I mean maybe he doesn't watch porn but if he did, he would know that's not what he's looking for. Well, maybe it is. I'm not judging.

Brett (aka Davy Crockett): I'm a chill guy.

Uh, Brett, I do not think that word means what you think it means. Also if a girl says she doesn't feel comfortable around you, and something you did is a dealbreaker, it's probably best to leave her alone and not force the issue. That said, I did find it hilarious how Cali kept calling him Zak.

The amount of alcohol these kids are consuming actually is concerning. If you can’t even remember the names of the guy you’ve been making out with and are sure is your true love, you’ve had too much!  That said, Calli at least recognized her weakness ( controlling men) and acted on the red flag.

Zak had all the girls fawning and one by one they’re all jumping off the Zak train. Zak feels that because he’s so good looking he doesn’t even need to have any kind of chill while he’s entertaining all these girls. He thinks he can get away with being as douchey as he wants and they’ll still come crawling. Bria moving on seemed too good to be true so I’m glad that it lasted at least this episode. Let’s keep it up girl.

Cali and Brett seemed way too normal and normal doesn’t get you screen time so I was expecting their fight to happen. Cali was clearly disinterested when speaking to Zak and I’m sure being drunk wasn’t an asset to Brett, but wasn’t for Cali as well with her going around calling him Zak. Oops, lol. If I were Cali, I would have been willing to talk things out while sober and see how I feel after about continuing to spend time with the guy but I also think she did something that not many people on this show do - she saw behaviour in man that she knows has been her downfall in the past and instead of repeating the same mistakes, she  took the opportunity to say that she's there to find something different so she can find the happy she's looking for.

I’m just always gonna think that the fate button is rigged when things work out the way the house wants it to. It’s not impossible but I would never give the production of a reality TV show any benefit of the doubt. I knew they were gonna be a perfect match – mainly because in the season previews after the first episode, they showed the perfect match celebration and I remember one of the girls wearing a blue sports bra. My memory unintentionally spoiled the result, lol. Shamoy climbed out of his reserved shell pretty quickly after that perfect match reveal.  I don’t blame Kenya in her argument with Asia. And good on Asia for recognizing that she did overreact because she wasn’t clear with either side about how she was feeling so she can’t expect full disclosure on everything happening in the house.

That group date makes me wanna learn how to ride a horse. They’re such gorgeous creatures…but I would be worried about getting bucked off, lol.

I’m amazed at how non chalant Kenya felt about her “ get together” with her best friend’s crush, moments after declaring undying lust for Tevin. “What?? I just gave him head?”  Not to sound old fashioned but back in the day, that was a considered more than a handshake.

SO I learned the expression "topping off" (did I get that right?) approximately 40 years too late. Also, Lewis, PLEASE pull up your shorts.

I still think Kenya is the fugliest woman on this show. And that Cali is the prettiest (well, she's tied with Tevin). And I'm secretly in love with Shamoy.

And, finally ... shut up, Bria.

Shamoy is beautiful. LOL at Calli calling Brett Zak.

Re: Kenya, claiming you didn't realize your "best friend" had a crush on the guy she was talking to 24/7 in a house where the sole purpose of socializing is for romance................OK. She seems like one of those girls who makes herself feel superior by convincing herself she could have anyone that her friends want. I had two different friends like that in high school and college and they were exhausting. Anytime they knew you liked someone, they would become obsessed with getting their attention for themselves. They would hook up with them behind your back and then do the exact same wide-eyed routine of how they "didn't know" or "didn't mean for it to happen." Bullshit, you just wanted to prove to yourself that you can have whoever you want whenever you want and knowing someone else likes them jerks off your ego more. Lewis is annoying as fuck too and thinks flashing his shit eating grin will get him out of everything. Asia deserves so much better and needs to get away from both of them ASAP. They're childish opportunists who will drag her down their self-created rabbit holes of drama.

My ex-BFF from college was like that too. And the guys I liked weren't even her type, but magically, after I expressed interested in them, a week later she'd let it slip that she'd slept with them, and I was not about to have her sloppy seconds (also, it made me think less of those guys anyway, for having slept with her). So I just stopped telling her who I was interested in until I had already snagged him myself.

Finally got a chance to watch the latest episode.

Cali calling Brett "Zak" over and over again was the biggest WTF moment for me.   That and Bria actually not being on screen that much except to try to make Zak jealous.   And then she and Tomas are a match at the end!?!   Where did that come from!?!?

Lucky Maria to be matched with one of the few guys that actually seem normal.   Well as normal as you can be for being on this show.

I'm with Samantha, to see someone like Asia being all in on Lewis is just sad.   But I do have to admit, Lewis' talking head bits are amusing.

My favorite line from my friend was "well she's not going to sleep with you, but if I sleep with her, it will be a win for you vicariously because it will be kind of like your slept with her." Basically "You should not only accept that me having sex with her is inevitable, but be excited about it, because I'm realistically the closest you'll ever get." What?????

The one in high school never actually hooked up with anyone in her defense, but whenever one of our friends had a boyfriend, she'd intentionally flirt with them in front of them in super obnoxious, attention-seeking ways. Then in college she graduated to basically cheating on her boyfriend with women (they had an agreement that light kissing wasn't "cheating" but she pushed that boundary a LOT behind his back). Ironically, my college friend had also dragged a guy into a very reluctantly open relationship because she essentially wanted to fuck whoever she wanted and still know he'd be at home waiting for her. Narcissists are just insatiable lol. They'll do anything for a sexual ego trip and they get off on their own instant gratification trumping people's feelings. They almost do it intentionally because they like the tension and drama of keeping the secret or the other person finding out and then having to work to win them back. Kenya is DEFINITELY that girl.

This show has been on over a month and there are only 45 comments from about 12 people. Even by my low standards this show is pretty lame.  What? There’s not enough drama with 22 drunken losers having to hook up because there’s money involved, but now you add their dysfunctional exes to the mix?  It’s too much...I’m out.

I consider this show total fluff but usually don't watch live--its more "oh I have a free hour so let me watch" kinda show for me right now.   I'll probably continue on just to see if Bria gets carted away after she looses her mind over Zak.

It was hilarious that Kenya's ex looks similar to Tevin, although Tevin is MUCH better looking than the ex.  Kenya is pretty with makeup on, not so much without.

Bria laughing at Zak's ex was very high school and stupid of her.  She is the worst.

Morgan is adorable, and I like her and Zak together.

Yeah, this show sucks, but it is fine for background noise.

I'm tired of watching Bria's manic swings between insisting she doesn't give a shit about Zak and pretending to be civil to Hulking out 30 mins later when any girl so much as breathes in his direction. She genuinely needs to be medicated. She's the type of girl who stalks her ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend.

Don't even get me started on Kenya. So she can give a random dude head and cuddle with her ex all day in front of Tevin and she expects him to be cool with it, but it's suddenly some huge breach of trust that he dry humped Jasmine in the shower? While Kenya was basically whisper-promising to her ex that they would get back together as soon as the show was over? She's full of shit and a total hypocrite.

Cam was so sweet and supportive to Kayla (?) through all her ex's gaslighting nonsense.

Kenya has a type. And Kenya is also an fucking idiot. How can you come on a show looking for love while proclaiming that your ex is the love of your life and the only reason you aren't together is being of the long distance? You came on a dating show with people who live all across America. You have spent all of your time with a guy who lives in a state that's 2 time zones over from you and about a 4 hour flight one way. If distance was ever a factor for you, then how does your presence on this show make any sense?

Bria was really rude about Zak's ex's looks. It's fine to be confident in yourself but you're an asshole if you think showing your confidence is by putting someone else's looks down. She's giving me whiplash with her antics about Zak. I'm surprised by how emotionally involved Zak seemed with his ex. Not gonna lie, he seems like an absolute asshole but he is good looking.

Sam's ex is an ass. Forget the way he treated Daniel, how does it make any sense that you sleep with her friends, break up with her, know she's going on a dating show and then get upset when she kisses someone.  Daniel looks like a meathead but seeing the way he's handled himself, he seems like a good guy who's just looking for his princess that he wants to spoil to bits. Kayla's ex seems quite manipulative in addition to being verbally and emotionally abusive.

They bring in the exes every season. This isn't a new development because the show is dry.

And I've been loving this season. I love watching these dopes fumble around and fawn over a bunch of no prizes. If Zak is some great prize then that is truly sad.

I doubt Kenya and her ex are really broken up anyway. She just wanted to come on the show and get more ass, attention, and potentially some money. Her face still looks really off to me. Like all her features seem to blend together. Sometimes it's more attractive to have a few wrinkles or imperfections here or there. Is it too much foundation? I don't know.

We all know that some of these people are/were totally not single anyway when they came on the show, right?

Spoiler

Like Shamoy, for example. He has a blonde girlfriend at home, came on the show, and is still with that girlfriend. So who knows what happened with Maria!

Also this was such a boring episode, I only had it on in the background. I got tired of watching exes show up and pointless drama (which makes me question why I bother watching this show!) All I got was that everyone has ugly AF exes, not that some of these people are all that themselves either. I feel like this is the AYTO: Rejects edition.

There is something very wrong with Bria.

If instantly forgiving each other for having oral sex with someone else equals perfect match, then Kenya and Tevin are definitely a beam.

Shamoy and Maria are already so obviously bored being alone in the honeymoon suite together.

Why is the host so pissed that these idiots are terrible at this game? Shaking his head, calling the round trash, muttering like he just found out his teenaged daughter got a boy’s name tattooed on her ass.  He gets paid whether they win or lose, right? The tough love is not going to make them any smarter.

Every mtv reality show that's competitive hates when they suck. It's just a thing. And the alternative would be him being indifferent which just isn't interesting for anyone.

Kenya and Tevin are toxic together. There whole relationship is about oneupsmanship. And I still can't get over Kenya blowing a dude and then being all up in Tevin's face and trying to kiss him in the same night. Fucking gross.

These people feel even worse off than usual. Pretty much half way in and most of the people aren't even trying.

I get why TJ Lavin is so mad when someone has a poor showing, or worse, gives up on The Challenge, but this game is so different from those competitions.  It’s basically a math problem that they are expected to solve without using pen and paper, but collectively there aren’t a lot of working brain cells capable of figuring it out.

It’s like a teacher wrote the problem up on the board, and they are going up to the front of the class to try to solve it with twerking, blowjobs, weaves, drunken fighting and jealous rants.

They are practically set up to fail, especially with this Fate Button. Kenya and Tevin would have been sent to the Truth Booth a long time ago if not for being restricted to choosing from only 4 people, but because they can’t be ruled out or revealed as a match, they just keep doing the same dumb shit.

Wasn’t there a guy who said on Day 1 that he’s looking for a “bad bitch”? Bria declared herself the baddest bitch in the house, so is that a clue that they are a match? As much as they say everything  is based on highly scientific calculations, this whole thing is so random. I don’t know how any season has won, to be honest.  Math equations and emotions do not go together.

I love the way these idiots use the word “strategy” to mean anything other than picking someone they want to have sex with. Strategy isn’t randomly picking someone new at the match-up ceremony.  It means looking at the previous results and changing certain couples based on that.

Bria is so unbelievably obnoxious, I can't believe any guy would want her at this point...................except apparently Zak with his equally grating shit eating 15-year-old antics. He's a fucking idiot for kissing her next week when Terrence basically told them he and Morgan were the only beam since they were the only lock based on chemistry.

I feel bad for Tevin if he really is matched with Kenya. Her manipulation and gaslighting is exhausting and they both seem like spiteful opportunistic cheaters which won't last long in the real world. I was actually hoping Kenya would match with Brett, because for all their talk of platonic friendship,  their interactions looked happier and more affectionate than Tevin/Kenya's.

"My dick is named after the word for king because everyone wants to meet the king." Swipe left!!!!! What a smarmy, self-important toolbag. In theory, it's to help them. These people spend a lot of time not talking to one another enough because they are obsessed with one person. The fate button allows for more actual conversation.

And the way I always look at how the matchups work is based on what you need and not what you want. So going after the type of people you always go after will always be a bad move.

True, but when they did their stupid competitions, at least they could attempt to strategically place possible perfect matches in a position to go to the Troof Boof.  Ugh, I've given this entirely too much thought.

No you are not wrong but they never really start to try and figure things out until the last quarter of the season so none of this matters.

The reason why I miss the truth booth is purely dramatic. As it is now, most of the perfect couples in their own mind are not forced to change anything because the truth booth isn't standing in their way. I feel like people aren't really trying on the fate dates or in the house so that's why it's a lose/lose. Also, for all we know, they are giving them a opportunity for perfect matches every week. They just have to get the right combo. Who knows?

This also allows more people to get a little shine. Everyone is getting camera time on these dates week to week while in the house....not so much. I guarantee Moe is chosen next for example.

Exactly! How do you know who to pair off with or whether to end your current fling if there's no way to verify if it's a match? No wonder there's no beams - they're sticking with whoever they liked initially for the most part because there's nothing to send them in another direction unless they fall apart on their own like Zak/Bria and Brett/Calli. Then they're berated for not pursuing other options but in their defense, why jeopardize your relationship if you like the person and what if they're actually your match and you cheat on them? Production just doesn't feel like shelling out $1 million lol

I wouldn't have been able to keep a straight face when Bria was trying to give her "intimidating" condescending spiel to Morgan. Newsflash Bria, if you were the "baddest bitch in the house", you wouldn't have to tell people that you are.

I continue to hate myself for watching this show. I'm surprised there isn't an epidemic of colds/STIs/UTIs happening every season. Moe probably spends all his time cleaning because someone's gotta bleach the sheets (and walls and floor) of the boom boom room between uses. I hope they use a blacklight to clean the house. And those beds (aka, mattresses on the ground like they're in a drug den) they all sleep on, how often are *those* sheets getting washed? Make sure to bleach the showers too while you're at it. And drain the pool & hot tub.

And ladies, with all the head you're giving, I sure hope you're making sure the guys reciprocate and make it up to you.

Zack gave me whiplash with all his back and forth between Bria and Morgan. It’s so sad that both women are always ready to run to the Boom Boom Room with him no matter how many times they claim to be done with him.

Asia is a least favorite of mine this season, which is saying a lot considering how unlikable this group is.  I can’t stand people who are just itching to fight and make up reasons to target people who just happen to be in their strike zone. Seeing so much of her skeletal structure through her skin makes me physically uncomfortable, I find myself aware of my own clavicles.

“Beast” gets removed from the house for physical violence, right? He’d better...that attack was unacceptable. The number of volatile, irrationally aggressive people seems higher than usual this season.

I don’t know if I can muster up any hope that this group ends with a win. I can’t even root for them, unless I can know for sure that most of them would use their winnings for some much-needed therapy.

Can we talk about how Asia must be getting mismatched foundation tips from Kenya? It was soooooo noticeable during the match-up ceremony. Her neck and face were two completely different colors, which is an issue that Kenya has. Meanwhile Bria just keeps wearing the same ugly ass romper thing. Also, the three of them are codependent enablers. Assholes.

I would be so depressed if I was in this house and one of these people was my potential match. Like, I'd rather be single and without a few thousand dollars than be matched up with most of these people. Yuck.
