This show has too much drama at once. 

Mariana as a CEO is not a good idea. And yes, Mariana, it was your responsibility that people get hurt. You interfere too much with things you cannot handle. 

Example of terrible writing: Joaquin says that it is his fault, then Mariana says it is hers, Joaquin says it is nobody's fault. So, it was your fault just a few seconds ago, and now it is not your fault anymore?

Malika's story was silly. "See, my brother cried and I wasn't around, so now I have to throw out a great career opportunity, something that could help me help people who need, because my brother has a boo boo"

I knew Isabela was going to run. But I also know that Jasmine and her husband will get the baby in the end.

Does Mariana being acting CEO of Speculate mean no more Bulk Beauty? I would not complain about that, but I would complain if Evan doesn't recover. 

It was nice to see Callie. Do we know how many episodes she's back for? 

Where exactly is Isabela going to run to? Her parents disowned her and she has no money or job, and a newborn baby.

Malika's stories are usually silly. I feel like her boss is playing her somehow. I don't think she's really going to let Malika have a work-life balance. She "agreed" they could come to an agreement about it, but they didn't actually discuss specifics.

Also, it looks like now everyone she works with is going to hate her,

I have no idea and frankly I don't care. I thought it was over the top, her appearance at the end, no lines, just 5 seconds of dramatic, almost slow motion as if she is the biggest star in the planet. It reminded me of George Clooney when he had that super short appearance in ER, as Carol left and went to his house in wherever he was. He was a big star then and rumors at the time were that he made a lot of money just for showing up and delivering one line. The whole thing is ridiculous.

I know that fans love Callie and Maia but I am not one of them and don't like the much ado about nothing as if her showing up will change the course of the series.

So no one has arrested cazy cult guy for shooting someone?  A man who happens to be (supposedly) very rich and famous in the tech world?

Not a fan of Joaquim.  Hope he leaves the show, like, stat.

I think Mariana was stupid to go alone to the place, but nobody forced her and if they got involvd, that's their choice. Moreover, Evan was supposed to wait in the car. Mariana didn't know he was there, didn't ask him to get involved, and I really don't think she can be blamed for what happened to him.

I do agree the show has gotten more and more melodramatic every season.

Mariana should be blamed for Evan being shot (although I love to blame her for things because she is just too nosy). The blame should be directed at the shooter. But Mariana does bear responsibility for what happened. She was the one getting involved in what is none of her business.

I’m assuming he ran and they couldn’t find him. (Or haven’t yet)
