Agreed on the reading glasses (I've got them in every room in the house, but they somehow all manage to congregate in one room over the course of the day, so I'm still always looking for them!), but I would assume the Mandalorian visor has some sort of special vision thing.

and one kept always in my purse and one in my desk at school and one in the car. When I don’t forget and throw them all in my purse.

 

though weirdly enough some days I can kinda sorta manage without themZ

then there are the times I try tomorrow my reading glasses on over my reading glasses…

This universe has bacta that can apparently cure everything. A few drops when they notice someone has vision problems, and perfect vision for life. Or something like that. I figure if they've got cures, cybernetic limb replacements that can perfectly match human limbs, and faster-than-light travel, vision correction should be a snap.

So if Mandalorian armour is so strong that even a light saber can't cut through it, then how does that little cutting torch the armourer had work?

Kinda late to the party. It was an okey episode, nothing special. Though, beats me why he only wants IG-11 to scout Mandalore; it's not like the droid was there or something. Also, liked how Bo-Katan basically said to Din that what he's trying to do is just superstitious nonsense.

He only wants IG-11 because Din hates and mistrusts droids in general. IG-11 is the only droid he feels he can truly trust. That's why he wants him. He could, in fact, use any droid to scout the surface, test the air, etc. But he doesn't trust any old droid. He trusts this droid specifically.

If my favorite droid went all "Terminator" trying to kill little Grogu, I might stop trusting droids again, especially this one. I would be unconvinced that a reset would work.

Since he took the other droid to do the job of checking the atmosphere, I'm not sure what he still needs a droid for?

Good setup for the season. I'm happy that my favorite odd couple are back.
