I like that Emily managed to quit in a way that Madeline understood and was sympathetic about. I saw that the feedback was negative, but I did not find Madeline's character negative. She is a better boss than Sylvie (who has her own charm, of course), and a lot of her scenes were funny.

Speaking of Sylive, the scene where she took back the office was shot very well, you could feel her triumph. Very nice.

She comes off as too whinny and also why the hell is she talking french when all the people she was talking to are US citizens and her bosses? I also like how should could just go straight back to work and dump her new born baby off without batting an eye. Yet Emily is the only one going: "Umm... where is the baby and how are you doing that?"

Really? Madeline can't work a Zoom screen? I hate how stupid they often make her. At least they sent her back to Chicago.
