True, but I think only one person in the cell opposite the one with the key on the floor actually realized that's what it was (Sandy, I think?). Also, all of these people are idiots, so it will be hard to tell who is the mole and who is just too stupid to finish tasks.  The picture of the guy in one of the cells looked like William, and was named Bill. Clue? (I just realized I put this in the wrong thread - I blame them for having the elimination at the beginning every week).

This is where I started to get interested in this season, because of the dossier dilemma. I wish that the rules around some of these challenges were explained better, or that we got to hear them exactly as they were described to the contestants, but I still had fun trying to game out whether or not it made sense to read the dossier.

I also love watching everyone pat themselves on the back for being too moral to lose money from the pot by reading the dossier, and then immediately agree to lose money from the pot by betting on who read the dossier.

Greg says he has to drive or he gets carsick.  Is this another one of his many lies?  I don't believe anything Greg says.  I also don't like him.

Avori lied about seeing the dinghy.  But what was Kesi doing?  She was looking out the window right behind Avori and never said a thing.  She must have seen it too.  Avori was annoying me in this episode.

Greg putting the life jacket on like a diaper was normal for him.  He brags about diving and then screws up by taking the mask so the others couldn't use it while dropping the tank.  Have I said I don't like Greg?

Joi being a pilot and not going in the plane was just stupid.  She wanted in the boat.  Too bad.  She didn't do anything in the boat.

This group is more interested in getting to the end than actually winning money when they get to the end.

Agreed and it makes this season less entertaining, at least so far. I'm super glad it's back, and I'll be watching no matter what, but too many self-serving people and people trying to intentionally sabotage, just to make themselves look like the mole, is frustrating. At this point, the mole has probably been told to switch gears and try to get something back into the pot since it's so stupidly low.

This is my biggest issue. The mole doesn’t even have to act when so many are just trying to act suspicious. The one’s that I suspect are the mole are those that we haven’t seen do anything blatantly suspicious and are frequently helpful like William, Pranava, Jacob, Casey and Kesi. The mole has inside information so they don’t have to drop oxygen tanks or wear life jackets upside down to sabotage.
One thing that made me suspicious was Jacob calling Will over to check something when they were searching in the water. Little delays like that seem more mole like.

That could just be less than perfect eyesight but this would be the perfect sabotage.

Ok, Avori's strategy makes me start to lean toward her not being the Mole just a little bit. She got a lot of air time here, her discussing how she was intentionally throwing things to make people suspicious. Would a Mole really be saying this in their confessionals? I guess so, but it also makes more concerned about their role as the Mole. And also, with how badly they're all doing, I feel like the show wants them to succeed more than they are, so the Mole could be playing to help them a little bit more.

I still think Kesi, Pranav or Jacob could be the Mole. I even keep forgetting about Sandy, but maybe that's the purpose.

I am adding Casey to replace Avori on my Top Mole list. She's been equally sabotaging and helping.

Honestly, there's a lot of people it could still be. Maybe the show just wants us to be confused and it'll actually be someone obvious like Joi or William.

So, I doubt the Mole would stupidly bid $25,000 when they know the reveal will be public, so I cannot wait to see which idiot bet almost their entire pot.

Joi and Greg both come off as people acting sus on purpose.  Like Avori admitted to doing, but without the confessionals admitting it.

Casey is genuinely suspicious, even down to her actually successfully hooking one crate.  The Mole would KNOW to mix a little success in with the failure... but not too much.

3 full episodes in and I barely know who Kesi is... so that's sus too.

The Exemption getting someone (soon to be revealed) to majorly screw over the whole group was actually expertly done here.

Edit - and

Spoiler

plays right into what I said earlier in this post

How is it even a choice if you are going to look at the dosiers? There are way too many people left in the game. Somebody is going to look. You just saw last night that even two groups can't be trusted. What would make you think all these people individually could? Unless "integrity will be rewarded" means more than the 10k, like immunity. But who would bank on that?

-

People all trying to throw suspicion on themselves so much that they can't finish a single task. Guys, it won't help you much if you get to the end and the pot is empty. There is such a thing as outplaying yourself.

I guess I was right about the excemption, in a very roundabout way. But being able to bet money from the pot seems like a step too far. That pot should be safe. At this point the show becomes more like roulette at a casino than a game show. And Joi again making herself super suspicious. Is she the worst mole ever or are the editors trying really hard to get us off the trail.

I guess my alternative pick would be Jacob at this point. He was the only other pwerson who didn't immediatly annoy me and he seems way too nice.

I guess that's what happens if you cast only young, dumb model types, who think they are on survivor instead of the mole.

I do agree.   There needs to be a better balance of players next go round.   With that said, I'm still hooked.  LOL

This is really what's keeping me from enjoying the show 100%. It doesn't seem like anyone is genuinely trying to win.

I do think the boat team had a way harder task finding the chests underwater, which took actual physical effort and skill as opposed to just looking out the window of the plane. And yet the plane team almost didn't find the dinghy.

I can't stand Greg or Joi. And my eye is on Casey now as the mole just because she is one of the few who seem to actually be playing the game.

JESUS CHRIST. If Joi is not the Mole, she is the worst player imaginable.

They're also pushing Greg but even people who are slightly sus feel normal next to Joi.

I did think the ideas planted in the beginning of the episode were fun. 1) The players are memorizing a lot of useless info about people who are not the Mole. 2) If you draw attention to yourself, you can possibly make someone else do worse on the quiz if they answer questions with you as a suspect.

The physical challenge was less compelling to watch (aside from William and Jacob being shirtless) so I actually appreciated how much they played up the dossiers. I do think the challenges seem appropriately difficult. Repeatedly diving is not easy. In hindsight, it wasn't great to search so far from the boat from the beginning. That seems to be what really messed them up. The plane part seemed easier but I think they said there were multiple dinghys so only finding one implies it was at least a little difficult.

I think it made sense to not risk $10,000 but knowing that was lost, to bet under $5000 to save yourself. She said the average was $7000, but we know Joi brought the average up by betting an insane $25,000.

I think it was at least somewhat close because neither team seemed to be getting it until hearing the clue to look inside the periodic table. I did like how many decoy passwords production set up for that task.
