Bilal doesn't like Shaeeda's playful side; the pressure is already getting to Jibri; Guillermo wants Kara to slow down on partying; Bini envisions a future in the Big Apple; Thaís has no patience for John.

So we get greasy haired Ari welcoming Bini to America and her old haunts. Apparently mom and dad signed a 1 year lease for them - without them having the ability to pay for the place or anything. Bini dreams of being a MMA fighter (?) but Ari doesn't see much money for him or them in that proposed career route. Even being a personal trainer is tough as there is a huge supply and it will take time to get some clients to train with him. Don't know what kind of entertainment job he can get. No idea what kind of job Ari can get and she may need to use some family connections for a bit. Then she takes him around town and shows all the million dollar houses they can't afford.

Thais arrives at Patrick's house. Hello John. She did like the puppy and Patrick did mention that they had talked about getting one. However, she should not have had the cute little surprise. They should have decided what sort of dog they wanted, what they could afford, one that fit their lifestyle (i.e. a big dog needs a big yard and exercise. The Pomeranian is a lap dog and can be a bit yappy - who is going to train it - Thais?), etc. Thais doesn't like John being down the hall and why is he living there. She is uncomfortable not being herself and has to get dressed early in the AM and can't prance around in her undies. She also doesn't like John drinking beer in the AM and wasn't happy when he was showing off frying the breakfast steak and it dropped on the floor. Thais, meat isn't cheap here (at least not in Canada) and a couple of seconds on the floor isn't going to harm it if it goes back in the pan. Things are not going well.

Wow, I thought Patrick was going to be the Douchebro of the season, but it appears Douchebro’s Bro will win the title.

Ari squints like a mole when she drives! And Bini made a good point, why is she  bringing him to a “town for rich people” when she’s so worried about finances?

I watched it.

Patrick, stop trying to force a relationship between brother and hot gf.  If they meld they meld.  Frankly I would not like to be around someone who drinks that much beer before noon.  As for the steak I would have picked it up, washed it with water then cooked it.  I have eaten worse.

Bilal - oh my mother fu**ing god.  LET IT GO.  You were super rude to her then sit around and lecture her about respect?  Takes her to a prayer service and does not introduce her to anyone?  He is a gaslighting asshole who doesn't even open the car door for her.  He is a pimp - tear her down to feel good about building her up.  She sits there, almost in tears and he seems to enjoy it.  I am waiting for him to start smack taking her to his kids and getting them involved.  I hate the term golddigger.  A coworker asked my then husband, while we we dating, if I was a golddigger.  He made the error in telling me.  That was 1993 and it doesn't hurt anymore, but I do remember it.  Funny, he had zero gold to dig.

Jibri, you need a chore chart or something, you both do.  They are feeding you and housing you and you complain?  Maybe we need to send Bilal over to teach about respect.  Nah, that would mean I hear his voice more.  Jibri - she will not live in SD - when will you accept that?  That, and that you are gay?

Emily:  "Hmmm.....feels like I am bringing my friends in to interrogate him."  BECAUSE YOU ARE?

Egyptian Tim:  OH MY GOD WITH THAT DAMN BIDET.   Go to Amazon, order one for $29.99 and install it yourself.  So, your Muslim faith allows you to bone Mommy but the plumber can't install that bidet to the tune of what, $60 and hour?

No Emily so that is a win, right?

It is so draining to hear these people perseverate on shit that needs to be let go of yesterday.

Take a drink every time you hear respect, disrespect, comfortable, uncomfortable, the word "drinking" , bidet or someone lectures about their faith.  Pro tip:  Call in sick to work tomorrow as you WILL be hungover.

Bilal is a sadistic controlling power freak: his "practical jokes" aren't funny, he has to  control every situation, and he refuses to admit he's wrong about anything. Not introducing his fiance around the church was hella rude. Shaeeda: He's showing you exactly who he is, and at age 40+, is unlikely to change. Run away unless you want the rest of your life to be like this.

Meanwhile, it is not remotely Miona's fault if Jibri's dad gets a woody from Miona walking around the house in haltertop or whatever. She's not walking around naked or in a thong bikini or a negligee. She's not trying to actively seduce anyone. Mahala (Jibri's mom) needs to cool her jets.

As others have pointed out, it's ridiculous for Mohamed to give Yve grief for having a plumber over, especially when the two of them are sharing a bed unmarried. He DOES realize that Yve regularly visits a number of specialists and therapists for her special-needs son, and some of them are guys, right?

Sounds like Kara's a little upset about Guillermo calling out her incipient alcoholism.

I don’t like the way Bilal treats Shaeeda. If I were in her place, I would go back home.  I don’t believe a green card is worth this type of treatment. He is quick to anger and has no sense of humor. I can’t imagine spending the rest of my life with someone like that.

Miona is lying liar who lies.  She is going to do everything in her power to turn Jibri against his parents to hasten their exit. What she doesn’t seem to be taking into consideration is that it is costly to live in Los Angeles and right now, they don’t have two cents to rub together. Calabasas is going to have to wait.

Someone should probably tell John that Thais is Portuguese not Spanish, so he needs to stop with the Spanish words and phrases.

I hardly know where to start, so many of these couples trigger me. I'll have to go in order of my messed up memory, lol.

Kara is so immature, no wonder she picked someone younger than she is - and he is still more mature than she is. I've heard "I want to be my own person and do what I want all the time" so many times in just the first hour that I'm ready to commit seppuku. Whatever happened to the knowledge everyone can't just serve themselves and act on their own immature leanings all the time?

Miona doesn't think she has to dress reasonably or contribute to the people she is mooching off of. Thais doesn't seem to be aware John is probably contributing half the household expenses and acts as though *she* owns the place. And John is another immature jerk who needs to lay off the booze. Patrick deserves better. They need a different living arrangement at the least.

The middle aged blond with the special needs child also needs to grow up. Why is she marrying a Muslim man without having the least idea about his culture? I thought he was very polite about letting her know about the strictness he is used to, but I don't see her agreeing to do anything differently.

Bilalzebub just gets more infuriating. She can't playfully touch him without him going on ad nauseum about being "disrespected." Oh, I hate that non-word, mostly because it's used so often by people who have nothing to be respected for. He can lecture her, prank her and treat her any way he feels like, but she can't give him some playful taps. He has her thinking this is something not done here and sooo outré. What baloney. Go stand in front of a mirror and lecture yourself to sleep, Bilal. (Oh, great, in the preview she says she feels like she's met her perfect match {splutter, gag!} and he so graciously tells her he doesn't think his match exists. Well, he's correct. I hope for her sake this is this end of them.)

Preview Emily is more and more of a wet blanket. Poor Kobe.

My eyeballs rested on this cluster tonight.  I don't  know where to start:

Bile/Shaeda: Bilal is an abuser.  Nothing better than a captive audience in the car.  While I don't like being touched when I'm driving, there's a big jump from "Please don't touch me while I'm driving; it's distracting" to "I think you're violent and disrespectful", and then playing the silent treatment.  Then he "punishes" her by cancelling date night (at least for the moment).  It also never goes the other way-she can't confront him, as that's her "getting a tone".  Shaeda, you are gorgeous, smart, and amazing.  This guy is awful. Get out.

Jibri/Miona: Oh, that's rich, judging Miona's handkerchief of a top when your son looks like a clown.   Jibri's mom is worried about Miona attracting sexual attention?  Has she seen an NFL game lately?  I hate to break it to her, but eighty year old women with boobs pointing to Argentina have attracted sexual attention of the most vile kind.  If dressing modestly would stop women from attracting "sexual attention" from men, then rape would be extinct.  This is a therapist, essentially telling Miona she's responsible for men's actions.  Real or scripted, that triggered me.

Patrick/Thais: I can't look at Patrick without seeing that his face is too small for his head.  John (?) is a real piece of work.   I don't see this going well.

Yve/Mohamed: Mohamed may have politely and respectfully stated his wishes, but boy, is he in for a shock.  Maybe in his Egyptian life, women stayed out of sight and let men handle the plumber or any other business.  That's just not going to work with a working mother with a full life. Does that mean he would have to go to all of Yve's son's medical appointments, as she would presumably be alone with a male doctor at some point?  Why didn't he react more about this when she went to work and would, I assume, be in the company of males at some point?  As for Yve,, I was flabbered when she left her guy to care for her son and his needs.   He can barely do for himself.  I think she was so into his body that she failed to consider what kind of lifestyle he would expect.

Kara/Guillermo: At this point, Guillermo seems the more mature of these two, even if he looks like he stepped out of High School Musical. Kara's drinking is a red flag.  Obviously, people drink socially without incident, but blackout drunk is a caution.

Ari/Bini:  I've heard that one can tell the tourists in New York: they're gawking upwards at the buildings.  I think she's realizing that life with Bini might always be a small apartment and constant scraping.  I caught her longingly looking at the houses.  What did you expect, Ari?  You got with a guy from Ethiopia without any great skills who can't even bag groceries for months.  And how did someone near 30 be so clueless about basic finances?  Where and how was she living for ten years with Leandro?  Her parents surely enabled her irresponsibility.

It appears that Bilal is a very controlling and disturbing person.  The narcissism is apparent. However, in the car, it was Shaeda who took things in the wrong direction.  When she complained of being anxious, he said, I can’t tell you not to be anxious…….but she ignored that and started whining about him not letting her have her feelings, which was wrong. She obviously didn’t listen to what he just said.  And, play hitting is really inappropriate between adults, especially when one party says they don’t like it and to stop.  If you continue to hit, tap, whatever you call it, it’s not okay.  And to continue to hit someone who is angry with you is crazy.  The fact it’s a light tap is irrelevant.  She should know this guy is a powder keg and get away from him. Not add fuel to the flame.  I don’t believe she was being playful. She was angry inside.  She won’t admit that.  They have a very unhealthy dynamic.  Shaeda should exit that situation ASAP.  It’s concerning.

I don’t have any real interest in any of the couples.  Things seem dismal for them all.

I agree that Shaeda escalated things in the car (I would HATE to have anyone touching me around the head and face like that at any time, much less driving) and she did it out of anger, because Bilal is emotionally abusive and bringing out the worst in her.  All of their scenes triggered me, because I lived with a guy like that.  I once committed a huge crime by chewing gum in the car with him, when I knew he didn't like gum chewing and I had to listen to a lecture the entire hour ride home, even after disposing of said gum, that had me dissolved in tears and apologizing over and over just to get him to stop.  I never knew what would set him off, and I walked on egg shells and second guessed everything about myself and the way I reacted to things because he found fault with what I considered normal reactions. And it never ended until I apologized and accepted all of the blame, always.  I turned into someone I didn't recognize, and once slapped him across the face out of sheer frustration and confusion.  I can see that with Shaeda. He is making her question and second guess all of her normal reactions, such as not liking that awful house he first took her to, and when she tries to explain he turns things around so that she is left feeling confused and probably wondering if she is a violent, inconsiderate person.  It's called crazy-making because it does exactly that.

I finally got away from my abusive ex, and a year later met the most wonderful man who is now my husband, and guess what, he was 46 and had never been married or engaged!  He brings out the very best in me, and in 7 years together we haven't had a single fight. We watch this show together and I tell him about some of my experiences with a narcissist and things I did in reaction, and he is astonished because that is so not who I am.  I really hope Shaeda gets away from him because it will never get better, she will find herself giving up everything that matters to her if it doesn't fall in line with what he wants, including children.

Shaeeda is so lucky to have a guy like Bilal.

He brought her a latte!

Of course, she had to request Bilal's permission about where she could drink that latte....and ended up apparently so petrified of spilling a drop of it that she stood over the fucking kitchen sink to drink it.

I know he claims everything has to be pristine around the home because of his OCD, but I'm seriously raising an eyebrow and wondering if that place is just a listing he's leased from the owner for filming.  That would explain a lot about his "house rules."

Shaeeda should have shoved that latte up his ass like a coffee enema and bounced.

After walking all through the house messing up throw rugs, pillows, and anything else in her path.

I've also been observing his "be grateful" spiel complete with T-shirts.

I think he's trying to be some of half-assed motivational speaker to go along with his purportedly mad real estate skills.  I noticed he even had his son wearing some sort of T-shirt that had "be grateful" on it.

I really believe he is in some model home situation, like no cooking or making coffee for fear the odor may linger, things would get messy, etc...Bile going out for coffee tracks with not using the kitchen.  Didn't they even have take out when his mother and sister came over?

Also, I am more than hella impressed with Shaeeda's yoga skills!  My yoga looks so different, lol.

The gas lighting is starting, his not introducing her to any of his mosque friends and the two minute meeting with his wife makes me think he is painting her to be anti social or snobby so when things go south everyone will say it was all her doing because of her personality.  I am sure there will be more opportunities to make her look bad in a stealthy way in her future.

Billy is an emotional abuser, bully and narcissist. He thinks his superpower is his $$, his house and the yoga room. So he has no problem letting out his true colors very early in the face to face relationship because he thinks what he has will overpower Shy's leaving him.

Shy was sharing her thoughts and feelings with Billy and his booger comment invalidated every word she said. He did that on purpose, because that's how his damaged brain works. He wasn't trying to be funny, it was a power ploy. That's what triggered Shy's reaction and I can't blame her one bit. He's a severely damaged person.

He lectures her and tells the "young lady" - as he referred to her last week - to "watch her tone." Shy, don't wait. LEAVE NOW. You will never, ever, win with this guy. He is incapable of ever apologizing or seeing fault in any of his actions. You had to apologize profusely, and he saw absolutely nothing wrong with his own actions, and he won't ever see that. He's the victim "putting up with you." You don't want to get tangled up with this guy.

I think the Shy and the ex-wife will get a chance to talk privately, as I saw some connection at the meet and greet. Shy needs a friend, someone to talk to. The ex is it. But, there is no way, IMHO that the ex would fully side with Shy, but she would still get it and hopefully give Shy an outlet. Billy is a loser, Shy - get on the next plane outta there and the sooner the better. You're better than this and you deserve more than this damaged person. Run, girl.

Miona lied to JibJab about his mother rooting thru her laundry, she handed her that shirt (why, I have no idea unless putting it to the washer was beneath her), naturally Mother Jib asked what it was.  I noticed Jib's new pink hair and his lipstick match perfectly.  Mother Jib using psychology on Jibjab was perfectly done and he had no defense to anything she was saying...I laughed out loud when he looked her dead in the eye and said he lived a fast life, hahahaha, he lives in his parents basement with no job and box of cheap sunglasses, look out fast lane here he comes!

Was it my imagination or did those two Mooks and Thigh keep playing the same hole of mini golf? Why did Mook #1 ask her if she ever played golf, he made it seem that they were playing the back nine that day...we didn't even get to see them play the windmill hole!  Mook #2 cried when #1 was talking about whatever he was talking about.  Why wouldn't they have talked about details prior to Thigh arriving, Mook #2 cannot think it will be the three of them living in harmony forever, right?

This Week’s Winners and Losers:

Winner: The spotlight is on Miona, who, while learning the finer points of laundering clothing, received an unsolicited, dispassionate tutorial from Jabroni's mother about the proper and acceptable dress code in The Midwest South Dakota Rapid City Jabroni’s parents’ house in an attempt at keeping this from happening: https://tenor.com/view/sexy-bulging-eyes-eyes-popped-excited-gif-17531514. Although a simpler solution might have been to make sure Step-Father Jabroni didn’t wear his glasses at home, Mother Jabroni decided it would be much more effective to humiliate and question Miona’s fashion sense. Miona basically answered in the 2022 love language, “Go fuck yourself.”

Loser: John, from Bawstin🎶, who isn’t a big fan of the newest version of Three’s Company and wishes that Mr. Furley would show up and kick Thais out of the house. John mistakenly thinks that blood is thicker than water, but he didn’t get the memo that hot sex trumps just about everything else.

Runner Up: Bunion, who wakes up every fucking day wondering what the hell he was thinking when he humped Areola without using a condom. Because this, Bunion, is your life now. Sucks to be you.

Next Week: Regardless of the weather, heat or humidity, Mohamed informs Yve that she is expected to wear a full-length down overcoat when she goes out to the curb to check the mailbox. And if the mailman happens to arrive when she is approaching the curb, she must turn around and quickly hightail it into the house in an effort to preserve her modesty.

You never cease to get a smile out of me every week with your winners & losers lists. Thank you

She's 30 right? It's really wild to me that she's soooo butthurt at the mere IDEA of getting a job, working, and paying bills. Like... what did she think would happen? And doesn't she have any self-respect? I know there are lazy people in the world, people who don't want to work, but it's kind of amazing to see her so baldly be like "AHHH! I have to get a job! THIS IS SO HARD FOR ME!"

In fairness to her she has spent the last few years floating around Africa fucking whoever catches her eye in the taxi line all on her parents dime, Bini is just the unlucky bullet in the russian roulette game she was playing.
