All Star Crew for this BD franchise season

I am  not sure in which BD forum I should write this, so apologies If I am in the wrong one.
So, after the Australian BD has started and we now know all the crews, which would be your all star crew for 2021-2022?

My selection: 

Captain: Glenn (BDSY). 
Chief Stewardess: Aesha (BDDU). She has no competition really.
Chef: Rachel (BD). Great food, great attitude.
Deckies: Mallia and Co. The (only?) best thing of BDM.
Best Villain:  no surprise here, Lexi (BDM).
Best Boat: ooooh... my beautiful Parsifall III  (BDSY)
Best Scenery: I will go with Menorca (BDSY), still the Australian one also seems very interesting

I'd like to see a season with Josiah as Chief Steward. I enjoyed his season with Kate in Thailand(?) And also his comments from London on Galley Talk.

I love Aesha. However, I'm not sure she has the "command persona" to manage a staff. She's too nice. To be a good Chief Stew you have to be a little b****y. I'd like to see Sierra, Ashling, Julia, and Courtney again (a guy's gotta have his eye-candy!).

I liked Laura Betancourt. Laura’s a Canadian girl who never hesitated to clash with Kate Chastain. Laura replaced another stew during season 6 of Below Deck. Laura- “Kate”? “You need to check yourself.”😁

Adrian, although I got creepy vibes from him and he did say inappropriate things to Lauren his food was killer.
