I saw that too.   Maybe she thought Brandon was over the top considering how long they have know each other.  Sheesh, he told Neil Lane he fell in love at first sight.

Several ‘ettes have nixed their 2nd choice before the final ceremony.  Pretty sure producers hate when they do that.  It’s the drama.  They were sweating so badly…I hate when that happens 

have any parents liked the person ultimately picked?

Kaitlyn is doing a great job, she’s just herself (unlike her face).

Aw, that was sweet! I’m rooting for these two crazy kids. 

They must have set up this stage and done a sound check during low tide—and didn’t check the tide schedule that it would be high tide (and possible storm coming in?!?) for filming.

She is shining on her own. When it is the two of them, they have to keep track of how much they are saying to keep things balanced which can cause things to sound stilted.

Me too. Her eyebrows look like they were drawn on with a very thick Sharpie.  And it's a style/fashion decision that I don't think flatters her features.  Oh well.

Are Michelle and Nayte the first black final couple to come out of the main show? I'm happy for them, unlike all of Twitter I really like Nayte. I like that he's honest and his answers weren't totally polished. So many people on this show swear up and down they are ready for marriage and it lasts three months anyway. He was more honest about being unsure and then eventually falling in love with her. I hope it works out.

Brandon seems nice but also like a stage five clinger. He'd make me feel totally smothered.

As I said when Michelle was announced as the bachelorette, I hope this works out for her. They look great and happy together and I like that he’s better off camera, that’s the true test of the relationship. Very rarely do I care if the final couple works out and I hope they do.

A down payment on a house?!? Even the show is rooting for them. I guess they’re saving a lot of money without Harrison’s paycheck…or almost a bribe to keep them together longer—harder to break-up when there’s a mortgage involved.

You can buy a house for that in Minnesota, depending on where it is and its condition. But if that's the correct amount that is an extremely generous amount. They could pay for half of a new house with that.

Why are they reading so many tweets about Clayton being hideous? Aside from a minor underbite, he’s considered classically handsome. We’re not emotionally invested in “his  journey”—and we care about the “journey” about other contestants, but that’s not Clayton’s fault. This preview is everything my Wrong Reasons heart loves about this show! Interest in this show has been waning—as evidenced by our group here getting smaller every season. The show is definitely retooling to get some of the Wrong Reasons magic back, after some Right Reasons magic in this finale. I almost feel like we need to put out an all-points bulletin that it looks like our show is back, baby! Clayton bringing the drama! Love it!
