Ditto.  Michigan, home of the Michigan Militia (with a chapter down the road from me) and Morons remains tops in the nation for new cases for the fourth week. I am the same way about masking, no debates with myself, just wear the damned thing.  It's not that big a deal and I foresee it lasting for a very long time so may as well just get used to it.

Same here.  The grocery store we shopped at today says masks are required, and most of us wore them, but there were a couple of people that didn't.  The cashier wore hers under her nose, and that makes me crazy.  Covid is still raging in our area, and I am not going inside any building anywhere without a mask.

I'm sure Kootie blames Christine for his getting covid.  He's not responsible for anythingk.

Also my mom is high risk and I was a lunatic about COVID precautions (and still am in a lot of ways - I don’t eat indoors at restaurants still, I always wear masks inside out in public) and even I felt comfortable being outdoors with family in the summer of 2020. We would distance but got together for backyard drinks (byob and snacks) but no one freaked out if people were momentarily not distanced while we were outside. Robyn and Kody are being ridiculous especially since Kody was going between the houses anyway.

I think you’re fine as long as you’re not wearing a mask alone in your car 😉 What works best for you personally is what’s most important.

Now Kody in his Bane from Suicide Squad mask, with the over/round the head strapping system, I was dying at that 😆

I'm not sure that his accomplishments would be transferrable to another state or even if there was a wrestling program at the Flagstaff high school.  Gabe scored in the top 5 academically for the entire school in LV.  In any case, he buckled down and completed two years in one, all the sooner to gain his independence and follow in Logan's footsteps to maintain as much distance as feasible as quickly as possible.

From a sports perspective, it’s not a matter of the accomplishments being transferable. As a senior, he didn’t have time to establish himself against the competition in his new area. He did go on to make the best of the new situation, but it was crappy to ask him to for no real reason.

Meri said she heard Robyn tell Kootie to make a s'more and give it to Meri.  Not necessarily bad, but not Kootie's idea and it makes us wonder what Robyn hoped to get out of it.

Bonus jewels in her tiara?  She's trying to LOOK like she gives a shit about the "fambly" that actually she wants nothing to do with.  Sobbyn is a snake in the grass.

As we all know, Robyn does NOTHING without an ulterior motive.  She manipulates Kody to keep Meri on a long, flimsy leash...just enough so that Meri won't bail and run, and just strong enough to keep her in the fambly for the sake of the show and for Robyn's ego.  If the Big Three leave and it's just Robyn and Kody?  That's not what Robyn wants.  She needs the jealousy of the others to fuel her game.  Kody may be toying with Meri, but so is Robyn.  The fact that Meri is letting it happen is both shrewd and pathetic.

Yeah, I agree and I also saw it as a flex or power move-- "Look at what I can make Kody do, even though he can't stand Meri".

Sol turned 10 in October and Ari turns 6 in January

Thanks, so when this was filmed 16 months ago they were 4 & 8. I'm not sure Areola would understand Kody being away for 3-4 weeks, but does anyone really think it was about Robyn's kids or Ysabel?

It was about Kody's relationships with Robyn and Christine.  He is in love with Robyn and in frustration with Christine.  Covid was just a convenient excuse.

Even at 4 years old, Ariolibations would understand. My husband did long-haul trucking for years when my son was a tot (before smart phones and zoom, Skype and FaceTime) we just did lengthy phone calls where my son got to catch his dad up on everything. Husband sent postcards from different cities and states, and brought back little trinkets from all over the country.

But no, it wasn't about that at all.

I think I read Ari-what's-her-face will be 6 next month.  But yeah, I'm pretty sure she would understand, although Robyn probably stresses out in front of the kids, and claims she can't spare their daddy for any length of time.  She-Ra is even more selfish than Meri, and that's saying something.

We’re a military family so dad’s away quite frequently. Usually for a few days to weeks though we had a deployment recently. My eldest is 12, the youngest is 5.
So from experience, I can tell that kids are aware and understand that dad’s away even at a young age. It actually becomes a lot harder when the kids get older because they’re aware of the consequences on their lives such as missing out on birthdays or being away for the holidays.

So yes, I fully agree with @xwordfanatik: It’s Robyn who (thinks she)can’t manage. Some people freak out when their partner is away for one or two nights, thinking they can’t handle that. I just roll my eyes when I hear this. Your kids will be fine Robyn. They may cry a bit at bedtime for the first few nights, but I’m sure you’ll manage! Or Aurora, or Breanna, or the Nanny (if she isn’t babysitting Kody)
