Shane Harper who plays Vic Flynn was most recently in Season One if Hightown (it doesn’t get a lot of discussion here but my Mom really likes it so I watch) as Junior. Shane tends to always play weak willed men doing wrong🤣. But I like him as an actor. He brings a certain vulnerability to his roles.
