I thought so.  I like her.  She is trying to tell him that a relationship has to develop and she knows that he is not listening to a word she says because he just wants to get her in the sack.  Therefore, I interpreted her to be saying that he should just be quiet as there was no point in discussing it further.

If he truly wanted what he says he wants, he would be handling the situation differently because this woman is one with whom a relationship would be worth having.  He has not changed one wit.  What has changed is that this woman is not naïve Rose who thought that, if she just slept with him, America and all that offered would be hers.  Kaory is happy where she is.

I don’t think you still being a single person has anything to do with your opinion! I agree with you completely and I have been married twice!   At her age, she is not going to find a pure virgin man. You would think she was a male heir to the throne that had to find a queen that has been untouched.

Mike and his mother were so horrid I never understood the criticism of her behavior. I do now.

Funny, the first season we were introduced to her, I thought she was a hurtful, terrible person.  I couldn't understand how people seemed to forget that season and viewed her as some sort of victim Season 2.

I personally love watching her dating adventures.  It's nice (well, also horrifying) to see what a 69 year-old goes through on the dating circuit.   Plus, I love an older woman who says fuck.  The "I want to be in the fuck zone" comment was reality TV gold.

I was ambivalent about Natalie until she came to the States. She and Mike were both awful but she was overly critical and judgmental and brought a lot of it on herself. While I'm also not a fan of his mom, Natalie completely set the negative tone from the very beginning of their Thanksgiving visit. Perhaps it wasn't Trish's business about what Natalie planned to do for work but I felt she was at least trying and there was nothing harsh about suggesting, "hey, have you considered getting a job as a translator?" Natalie had nothing but snotty responses and an attitude during that exchange, and then sulked throughout the entire visit. 

Debbie needs to find a different stylist than Vanessa.
