Please tell me the new assistant is not going to be a recurring character.  I can't recall the last time I took such an instant dislike to a character.  Have her off screen doing filings at the courthouse.

They surprised me when the end Jane Q plead out. I won't be surprised when the Probation Officer is pushed to far and joins the team as an investigator just as some of the Correctional Officers did. The Brooklyn DA is already gone, who is the Probation supervisor doing this for?

That was an excellent episode. Well written, the writer did his homework. Wonderful acting!
