Tuned in this week...and the positive is Meghan isn't there, but Joy is there..and man she's bitter.

Sara was so missed..and Sunny is still  wet blanket (she after all wanted musical chairs banned)

When Jimmy Kimmel was talking about Who Wants to Be a Millionaire he said they are having a lot of front line workers as guests and said these people have a chance to win 6 times what they take home in a year.  Did I  hear him correctly?  I don't know too many front line workers that make $166,000 a year.

Whoopi of late has been saying that she values what Sunny has to say, and today she said something like it's not great to start the show without Joy (when she was delayed), and Joy thanked her for that.

I think Whoopi's near death scare has made her more appreciative of the good and smart people in her life.

I love the Joy and Steve broadcasting mishaps. I live for this stuff! I loved when Joy said something about how we have no idea what goes on at her house just before the show is about to broadcast.

I've wondered whether Whoopi actually had co vid at the time and nobody knew about it.  The way co vid can be taken as the flu or other resp illness.  And the way it can go into pneumonia.  I'm sure she's wondered herself.

I didn't watch either town hall because I didn't need to. But I did hear about that Trump campaign official mocking Biden's by comparing it to Mister Rogers. Like that was a bad thing. Ugh...

I honestly don't remember. I'm pretty sure it was in a political situation. With enough people around that it was not discreet at all.

I like Sara because she does try to find the silver lining in things..and it's why she's likable.  I would hang out with her in person as opposed to the other panelists that seem bitter and angry all the time.

You need a Sara Haines person on the panel to balance out the other people.

When they were discussing the "cute" comment he made to Savannah, they mischaracterized it. It's actually worse than the way Joy was describing it. She said he was calling her cute, to manipulate her.

Actually he was being condescending and rude to her.  I hate that the hosts cannot get something right when just an average viewer can. Joy said she watched the debate so I don't know how she misconstrued it. Here's the exchange from the debate they  were talking about:

IN all fairness (probably to Joy mostly), there are many of us who are angry and bitter right now.  I totally understand Joy's anger--she sounds like me much of the time, but without profanity!  : )

Thank you for saying that, there are a lot of us who feel like Joy, the only difference is that Joy is on television everyday to express herself. Not to mention, Joy lived through the turbulent 60's and has seen progress come out of that and to see that progress  being undone has to be heartbreaking for Joy.. I also think she is thinking of her beloved grandson and the type of world he will inherit when she is no longer here.

I remember once Joy made a faking it joke "we're not talking about your sex life," and Meghan was all sourpuss about it. SE Cupp talked about how Meghan's a screamer though, and she was a better sport about that. I don't think Meghan is as shy and proper as she pretends to be. If the raunch is coming from a liberal, she clutches her pearls. If it's coming from the right, then Meghan makes it clear she's not a regular conservative, she's a cool conservative.

yep yep yep.  I know i do. I noticed something while reading the posts.  Funny we all watched that townhall and not JBs.  The trainwreck notion was true.  Thats why i was watching lol.  When they would take the questions they would say who the person voted for in 2016 and where theyre leaning to in this election and so many of them said JB.  That gave me a lil hope.  I was impressed with Savannah.  She kept her cool and was professional.
