I saw the breastfeeding too.    So it was happening, and I really think the camera shot should have been a little higher.

Yup, she put her hand over the business end and did not miss a beat with the conversation.

Anyone notice that the older boy was in actual clothes, finally.

I could not imagine taking money from my child knowing how broke they are, culture or not, what is that woman's problem? Has she been freeloading off of people so long that she can't see any other way of life?

Did Tammy ever answer Kalani's question about how much Tammy gives her mother?  I would have just asked Mother A how much Tammy has given her.

Man, this was a really good episode. Here are my thoughts:

Libby, Uhndrrrei and The Family Potthast: OMG I want to talk about Charlie. What a perfect example of a drunken ass American dick head! Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting! I actually felt sorry for Chuck who was clearly enjoying himself and very happy for his beautiful daughter. How dare he ruin his sister's beautiful wedding! Someone in his family should have escorted out to sleep it off when he was getting mouthy at the table and his dad was telling him to cool it. Calm down. I was absolutely furious and disgusted with this convicted drunk and druggie. Poor Libby. Now everyone beside Andrei knows what a useless asshole he is!

Clearly this was scripted. I saw it coming the entire time and was waiting for it. When I saw Chuck giving a nice toast and Charlie was standing there, I know he was grabbing the mic, it’s so predictable. That being said, he made himself look like an idiot. But Chuck is a man and it’s none of Charlie’s business what he does with his finances. He can give all of it to one child if he wants. He could have told Libby no but didn’t so that’s on him. And of he’s agreeable to it, no ones business.

If you have an issue with your dad spending more money on your sister, take it up with him privately when you’re sober. Classless to get that wasted and say those things, embarrassing not only your family, but everyone else that attended. Charlie, you are nothing but a drunk.

What did I think of the weddings?

Libby and Andrei - Their wedding was absolutely beautiful but I think it was a little overboard and I do think Andrei is definitely trying to show off to his family. I guess I would be more impressed if he actually had a job. But good for them I’m glad they’re happy.

Angela and Michael - I really thought it would never happen. It was a really nice wedding and reception. They both looked happy.  Angela's red dress looked great on her. Also, I’m sorry that Angela is in a tough SiriusXM with her mom, especially when she’s many miles away from her.

Kalani and Asuelu - I really hoped Low would take down the Family Asuelu, but honestly I don’t care. Asuelu handled the situation great, and I’m pretty proud of him. I think Kalani wouldn't be so against sending money to them, but its the way his mother and sister went about asking and then demanding it.

I mean, I was so happy when he said he would cross Samoa off of his bank account. 😂😂😂It finally felt like he had Kalanis back.

I could have cared less what my mom spent on my sibs, and they don't care what she spent on me.  We are all college (plus more) graduates and can make our own money - we used to tell my mom "Leave it all to the Humane Society for all we care!" as sometimes parents dangle it like a carrot.

Charlie's behavior makes me super glad my brother doesn't drink.

I didn't need to hear about Angela's orgasm. I didn't need to hear her describing how she was naked under the covers except for her boobs and then one peek at the mammaries and Michael salutes. I didn't need her visual either.

I actually threw up in my mouth. Ugh.  Was she wearing a black bra under her floozy gown?

Unfortunately, those couples wouldn’t be selected today. I believe we have Danielle and Mohamed to thank for that.

Libby and Andrei’s wedding was beautiful. That was a very lavish reception.  It must have costed a pretty penny. Charlie made a fool of himself. I was surprised to see his parents just standing there. Was hoping one of them would grab the mic.

Low seemed reserved and respectful with Asuelu’s family. At one point he told his wife to calm down.  I have a feeling they reminded him of his own family in Samoa.

I can’t decide who I loathe more, Upchuck Jr or Sr.  The whole fucking family are disgusting, ignorant assholes!  If they’re crass and vacuous with cameras rolling, i can only imagine what they’re really like.

The preview for next week shows Debbie the most plastered I think I've ever seen her. When Colt asks for less interference even I am amazed by her level of affronted incredulity. "You'll still be my child when you're 90!" Note, of course, child, not son. She's a piece of work.

Yes, Debbie is a piece of work and, yes, she’s part of Colt’s problem.  However, she’s not the one that sends dick pics to women and baits women to get a rise out of them and then turns the outburst into their character flaws.  Coltee does that all on his lonesome because he is a passive aggressive little worm.

First off I want to thank you all for some much needed laughs. Found out yesterday that two co-workers have tested positive for COVID. I don't think I have been exposed because I've been working at home, but I was in on Thursday, so who knows? More importantly I'm worried about my co-workers - we have a great staff and I hate to think of any of them having this.

Okay, onto my thoughts (FWIW):

Libby and Andrreii - Loved the wedding (that church is spectacular!) and the reception, and of course agree with you all that Chuckles, Jr. was that drunken relative who makes an ass of himself at every wedding. I thought Andrreii handled it well - told Chuckles, Sr. to let him have the mic when they were fighting over it - hey, he knew how drunk he was and that he'd just make an ass of himself, leaving Andreii smelling like a rose! Then Libby at the end starts clapping to make the Modovans think he said something good (pretty sure they weren't fooled, though - you could tell by their faces that they knew something unkosher was going down). Also, that outburst about Sr. paying for the wedding and how unfair that is to the other kids, etc. was very telling, especially when he was whining about "you do it for HIM?" No mention of his sister, that their Dad did it for her. Sounds like he's jealous of Andreii for some reason.. Maybe because he realizes he's a drunk/addict with several DUIs on his record and Andrreii is not? Wonder what happened when Andrreii took him outside. (My bet: Andrei said to him, "You do realize that Sharp Entertainment paid for this, not your father, don't you?"  and enjoyed the dawning conprehension on Jr.'s face about what an ass he made of himself over a misunderstanding!) Much as it pains me, I have to give Chuckles, Sr. props for behaving himself and at least trying to make Jr. behave. But I do have to agree with everyone who thinks that the Family Libby are trying for a spin off.. They've used the entire Family Chantal playbook. If their next move is to hire a P.I. then we'll know for sure they're going for their own show!

Angela and Mykull - Nice wedding. I actually kind of liked her tiara headpiece thing (I like when they're used with an updo like that) but who doesn't get appropriate undergarments for their wedding gown?? I was surprised she went along with the "obey" thing! She looked great in the red dress she wore to the reception, and it looked like it was fun. Could have done without Mykull's face in her crotch as he tried to get the garter off (seriously, in front of his Mother and Auntie??!) and her comments the next morning about their wedding night. TMI, Ange. Felt bad  for her getting that phone call from Skyla. Lost my Mom in April so yeah, I know exactly how that feels. I wasn't on another continent, but given we were in lockdown and her facility was locked down, I may as well have been, so yeah, I felt for her. Then again, I wouldn't have left my Mom in that condition in the first place so while I felt it, I couldn't feel too badly.  So now we get to see if he gets in on the spousal visa.

Kalani and Asuelu - Here I thought Lo was going to kick Tammy and Asuelu's Mom's butts over the money thing, and he's mostly chill while Lisa goes after them. Good on Asuelu for standing up to them. I know it's a cultural thing, but I just can't with someone who thinks she comes before her grandchildren. She's got a green card, which means she can get a job and make her own money! And am I the only one that thinks Tammy is putting the pressure on Asuelu so she doesn't have to cough as much money up to Mama?

Larissa and Coltee and Ericee - I don't know what was worse, Mykull in Angela's crotch, Coltee vomiting, or Larissa's surgery. Coltee's vomiting made me laugh, though because how out of shape are you that amount of exercise makes you vomit? And the surgery, well, I've seen much more graphic stuff on Botched (Larissa's next stop?), Dr. Pimple Popper and that foot show. Looking forward to Colt's convo with Debbie telling her to stay out of his relationships. THAT's going to go over real well, isn't it? Still, good on him for realizing she's a problem and taking steps to deal with it. If only he'd realize sending dick pics isn't a good idea either!

Pole and Karinee - The less said the better.

I don't think there was any reason for Larissa not to be wearing underwear for her surgery except that the producers probably requested it so they could get those shots and we know she'll do anything to be on camera.

Were they doing the butt fat injections at the same time?  Or is that another surgery, where they lipo, and then put that fat in her butt?    She's had so many cosmetic procedures that I can't keep track.

Spoiler

The TMZ article Neurochick linked said first round (which we "saw") was in February and the lipo/butt-boosting was in August. Nothing like getting your vain elective/cosmetic procedures done during a global pandemic, right?

Also to add, I was wondering if the man and woman on top of the cake were Barack and Michelle Obama. I’m surprised Angela didn’t throw a fit about it.

They needed to paint the bride white, shove a little pack of cigarettes in her top and one in her mouth, and pack a couple of pounds of modelling clay around her to fill her out.

Honestly, I don't even hold onto the rim in my own home and I don't lay on the floor draped over the toilet like I see people do on TV.

I've always been such a hands-off puker -- Stand (not sit or kneel) above the toilet, no hands on the toilet (may hands are usually on my knees as I lean over) and get the hell out of the bathroom as soon as I can. Anything else just grosses me out more than the actual puke grosses me out.

TMI?

I agree with you there! when i get sick, i put my hands on my knees not on the toilet like alot of people do, or hang their head in the toilet.

Is it normal to feed a 2+child at the table in a restaurant? Why wasn't he eating solid food? I could maybe see feeding a very young infant at the table? Would most women bare their breast like that in front of their father? Seems like a child that age needs to be fed in the privacy of his home.

A lot of women will cover up when breast feeding in public, however there is a big movement to normalize breast feeding. We've sexualized breasts, but really, their main purpose is to feed babies, or tote your phone or ciggies.

Even though Oliver is not a baby, there are women who choose to breastfeed their children a long time. By his age, I certainly hope that he's eating more than just breastmilk.

In fairness if you bring your 2 year old child to a restaurant you are a complete monster that has absolutely no consideration for anyone else so the ship has pretty much sailed on any other behavior that expresses decent human courtesy.

I agree. Pretty sure she was exposing less when she fed her kid than she did during Pillow Talk. And to your main point, "save the ta-tas" is not the greatest campaign ever--you should be saving the whole person and not just their breasts.

Boobs are just boobs, and kids have to eat. What if your entire family was out having lunch but society decided you, and only you, had to wait until everyone got home? And not only that, you're only 1-2 years old and can't sexualize boobs so the only thing you understand is "this is uncomfortable and all I can do is scream about it"?

Nigeria is one of the countries subject to the extended travel/immigration ban announced in January. My guess is he did NOT make it here before that and it looks like it may be many moons until he does. I'm betting he will stray in the interim and maybe impregnate a Nigerian woman and decide to divorce Angela and stay in Nigeria. Waiting that long and uncertainly for an age-appropriate, easier-to-get-along-with wife would be hard enough, but knowing Angela and her grandkids await you in rural Georgia? Nah -- not worth it. https://www.usnews.com/news/world/articles/2020-08-13/nigeria-says-reversing-us-visa-ban-will-take-enormous-resources

I would say lots of people with dietary issues live this very experience and parents should have considered that dining in restaurants was one of the many, many ways their life without children was going to be disrupted by choosing to have them.

Babies poop at inconvenient times too, we don't expect parents to be able change them at a McDonald's table, much less an experience that people pay money just to experience the ambiance of.

I think it is so weird that society expects parents children are going to disrupt huge aspects of their lives but get all pissy that childless couples enjoying a $100 bunch are upset about the screaming child next to them. Yeah, you made your choices, so did we, please find a Chuck E. Cheese instead of a place selling $15 breakfast cocktails.

As a mom......I agree.  Yes my kids are in college, but when they were little I was very aware of this idea!!   For our wedding anniversary we are going to a place with a special private dining room where all patrons must be 14 or older.  No screaming and fussy tots for our night out, thanks.

You're not wrong, but they were at a Black Bear Diner. Their mimosas are like $7 and contain a full glass of juice. Their menus are on newsprint. It's the very definition of a "family restaurant." And I'm fairly certain they have changing tables in the restrooms (and if they don't, for crying out loud, they should.) I can side-eye Kalani for a lot, but not for feeding her kid at a family restaurant.

I don't think the topic was screaming children, it was nursing children. The previous poster was saying the child could potentially scream if it weren't fed and its mealtime was during the mother's restaurant experience.  so... if she can discreetly breastfeed her child, then there's no screaming and no disruption of your $15 cocktail.

And most restaurants have changing areas in the bathrooms, so the diaper change shouldn't affect you either.

I honestly don't think I've watched an episode of reality tv where I've said "I just don't care" to myself so many times. Not to mention that it all seemed horrendously scripted and fake; I just couldn't buy into it the least little bit.

Colt working on self-improvement, introspection and meditation?  Naaah.

Eric really caring about Larissa and being excited that she is getting new boobs? Nope. (I only watch him because his odd hand motions fascinate me. I bet he was nominated "most likely to flunk out of acting school on the first day" in high school

Asuelu's sister being genuinely concerned about her mother and her feelings? Not really.

Paul acting "normal" (did you notice how fake-polite he was to Karine at the airport- and how he now says her name with a Brazilian accent? "Karrriné" vs "Kreeny").  His mother was kind of pitiful.  "PAUL!!!! PAUL! CONTACT ME WHEN YOU GET THERE!!!! PAUL!!!!!!!!!!!"

Elizabeth's mom with this line: "I thought this country was poor and everybody would be sad."  What the actual f? And the ongoing commentary about the food, and how Charlie and the lovely Jen refer to "OUR money" when they really mean CHUCK's money. They all seem to have limped through life so far through "ill-gotten gains," a shred of TV fame and perhaps a few free meals while drying out in the local jail. People in glass houses and all that.

I did love the wedding because it looked like a blast with the music, dancing and food. We all knew Charlie would not be able to hide his ugly personality and wow, is he ever a sloppy drunk. I was waiting for him to fall down.

Ange and Michael had a nice wedding. All the sex talk was gross. No one cares. Not even your TV audience.

As mentioned, Angela said she didn't have time to change her bra.  Exactly how long does it take her to do that?  Sure, the guests have to wait a few extra minutes while she transfers all of her paraphernalia, but she IS the bride.

Soooo, whatever Andreii's other secrets are, I was hoping they had something to do with the Mondovian mafia and he had a couple of his buddies waiting outside when he walked out with Charlie.

That's it for now.  I don't feel like discussing my vomiting procedures or joining the operation/underwear debate right now. 🤭

“Chucklet” is a perfect nickname! Thank you to the poster who came up with that. The lights were BRIGHT at that wedding reception. All the better to see you with, my drunken Chucklet sloth.

I’d also like to comment on Coltee’s puking. Usually people puke after being pushed to their absolute limit. Often in a group setting or with a coach.  Super high intensity.

I have a feeling the producers were like “ok go ahead and do a workout so we can get some footage.” And then he galloped around and kinda touched some of the equipment and ran in circles. And puked. It was super weird and I think completely accidental. Then his almost-sexy friend (I liked his haircut) shows up and Colt sits there talking with puke breath? So strange.
