Variety has reported that Denise is not returning.  I don't blame her.  If Denise and Garcelle are both out, so am I.  I have watched from inception but as I quit RHONY due to the assholery of Dorinda and Leah, I have no qualms quitting this shit show.

I am NOT watching Andy hash anything out with Brandi.  I made sure my DVR wasn't recording either.   Will listen to whatever is reported here by those folks brave enough to not only listen to Brandi's verbal diarrhea but look at her face as well.

ETA because I forgot:  Kyle is a massive hypocrite.  So she says Dorit feeling as though Kyle attacked her was being overly dramatic taking it too far after Kyle just got done crying for 10 minutes over how she was attacked the entire season?  Bitch, please!

Well, if you listen to the truth cannon that is Brandi Glanville, she says "when you're on a reality TV show, everything will come out-all the skeletons in your closet will come out."  She said something to that effect on WWHL tonight.

And, she's wrong!!  If Brandi wasn't such a blatant famewhore and willing to do anything to get back on TV, none this would have been a big deal.  Brandi did NOT have to reveal that she and Denise may have hooked up (I'm still not 100% sure they did) - she could have just told the other ladies that Denise badmouthed them.  NOT ONE WORD about a supposed hook up had to have been spoken, except for the fact that Brandi has a big fucking mouth and wants to be relevant in the Real Housewives world again.

Another episode, another lie from Denise. She said that she sent Brandi on average one text to Brandi's 10. Then when they showed the chain of texts, it was pretty much one to one. Not hard to see - one text in white, one text in blue, one text in white, one text in blue. Not to mention that at the first of the chain is either Denise sending Brandi a picture of her bare breasts, or Brandi sending Denise a picture of her bare breasts. Now personally, I don't do that with my best girlfriends, let alone an acquaintance. 

It was a also pretty funny when Denise said she sent the cease and desist order so that Brandi would tell the truth. The others chimed in the a cease and desist order is to make someone stop talking. LOL.

Someone up thread posted that Denise is not coming back next year? I am fine with that. I actually like how the others get along for the most part. I especially liked this episode with Teddi mentioning that she called Erica, Rinna, Dorit and Kyle when her daughter lost the tip of her finger. I have always liked Teddi, and I love that she has held her own with the howives and become close to the core group. Good for you, Teddi!

I'm sick of the Brandi-Denise thing. And I believe they did hook up.  I'm just so tired. I'll save all my thoughts for the conclusion when they inevitably talk about it for another half hour.

What bothered me particularly tonight was the Garcelle-Rinna thing over her IG dancing. Bravo released additional footage of that conversation and it's clear that Garcelle was being reflective because her own son had problems with addiction since (I believe she said) the fifth grade. She was talking about how she was essentially self-absorbed as a parent and probably missed the signs and wondering if Rinna's dancing was a trigger or self-absorbed behavior she missed. That being the context and Rinna and Teddi, who insisted on putting in her two cents, having been present for that context just makes it clear that Rinna setting up that scene with her daughter to talk about Garcelle was nasty in its intent and continuing to frame it as some nasty dig on Garcelle's part is further proof of nasty intent. Still, it was incumbent on Garcelle to mention that during the reunion and she didn't, so whatever. She just didn't care. Good for her. 

Kyle can give but she can't take. And they don't even give that much on this franchise. Ziwe said it best: if you're upset about Dorit saying you're unprepared for your fashion show, maybe don't be unprepared.

Not me - she may have enough saved for a short term (6 month) lease for that $5700.00/per month apartment.

You would think that if your young adult daughter is battling an eating disorder and may have issues with body dysmorphia, a GOOD mother would dissuade her from continuing to pursue a modeling career, no?  

I don't care what the other housewives say, or what Rinna says - I think she is a horrible mother and I pity those two daughters of hers.

I get that the modeling industry is changing, however, I think it is a very, very, very slow change and super thin still wins out most times over natural, average shape and size and a healthy body image.  To encourage someone with an eating disorder to continue in a career that can eventually break her, either mentally or physically, is just so wrong on so many levels.

Lawd this may put me on the express train to hell, but I think so too.  Part of me wonders what is and what isn't true also. Well, Denise didn't waste any time getting off that Bravo merry-go-round.  She may as well have though.  She had a story and she was sticking to it.  Even if not a lot of it made sense.  She also seemed to have pretty much checked out, and I wondered about her mental state.  I think Denise painted herself into a corner.  This did happen with Brandi and she's been denying and lying every since.  I may do the same thing.  The only thing, when you start lying, you have to remember the lie, and it usually multiplies.  I'm not sure if Denise is a really bad liar, or if she's a dingbat, or just too stressed with everyday life to even remember she lied to begin with, or if it's a mental illness.  She did the right thing in leaving though.  She had no future with that show and those bitches.  They are the reason we can't have nice things.

I mentioned this after the first part of the reunion, but it looks to me like Dorit had a nose job.  Does anyone else see it?

I used to think Dorit had a beautifully unique, if slightly imperfect nose.  It gave her so much character and a natural beauty..  Now all I see is a perfectly aligned, if slightly swollen, line-for-a-nose on her 'barbie' face.  She is still very pretty, don't get me wrong, but just in today's more generic, Kardashian perfect way.

I personally just don’t find this to be true. Denise was gorgeous, but something is off about how she looks these days. I thought it was rude for Kyle to call her a ragamuffin but she does often look disheveled to me. Even her reunion look is a bit of a yikes. She’s still pretty but she didn’t quite age as well as some as her peers, such as Garcelle or other popular actresses from the 90s who are around her age and still acting now (Reese Witherspoon/Julia Roberts/uma Thurman/ Halle Berry/ etc.). I was a little taken aback by that question, honestly. 
 

I don’t think there’s anything the other women should really be envious of. Yes, she’s had a long career but she’s got nothing on the people I listed above.

I was thinking the same thing.  I'm friendly with a lot of people but not friends.  Andy was an asshole and I couldn't believe he switched around what she said to fit his narrative.  I also couldn't believe when I saw that Brandi was on WWHL (which I didn't watch).  Brandi has been proven to be a liar in the past.  I don't care about who Denise did or didn't sleep with and it's none of their business.  The Greek chorus with "where's Brandi" was ridiculous.  They were all smiling when they said this.  It isn't a joke when you're trying to ruin someone's reputation and marriage.  I stopped watching halfway through last season.  I started watching this season hoping it would not be as vicious but I was wrong.  Rinna, Kyle and Teddi need to go but I know they'll be on next season attacking someone else for a story.  I'm down to NY now and I'll check out the Salt Lake ladies but I don't have much hope.  Andy is determined to ruin all these shows and I don't understand why.

I don't have to like a housewife to watch, but I do have to find them interesting enough to devote an hour a week.  The problem with this mean girl group is that they keep chasing off the interesting housewives.  Kyle and Rinna don't really have anything new to bring to the show.  We've seen their families, we've seen their homes, we've seen their work.  Teddi is famous for being boring.  The most interesting things about her are her horseback riding and her father, and we never get to see those things. 

Be careful mean group ladies, because if you keep chasing everyone else away, you'd better be prepared to pony up with some seriously fascinating wealth, entertaining, and drama of your own.  Otherwise I'll just go watch Netflix.

Let’s “own” a few things. 1) She has raised a true, selfish brat in Amelia. I feel bad about the kid’s eating disorder, but her attitude is just gross. That was clear when she flipped off Harry behind his back a few seasons ago, and this season with her demands for a millionaire-worthy apartment while Lisa just sat back, smiled, and gave in. 2) This “modeling career” and “momager” bullshit have been nothing from the get-go but competition with Yolanda Hadid and her girls (who, from what I’ve read, are much humbler and nicer than the Hamlin pair). Nothing is worse than trying to relive one’s life through one’s kids, as well as one-upping a friend (?) in the process. 2a) And didn’t Rinna do her own “gaslighting” of Yolanda over Lyme? 3) Garcelle is right. Every time “Chicago” was brought up, Rinna had to horn in to remind everyone — for the millionth time — that she was also in that show, and DON’T ANYBODY FORGET IT,  especially you, Erika). (How long has it been since she was in that show? 20-plus years? Maybe some community theatre in LA will revive “Sunset Boulevard” and she can go do that.) 4) The Instagram dancing? Again. Rinna trying to stay relevant and “young.” Pure desperation, the older she gets.

And is it just me, or does Rinna seem the most agitated by what Denise knows but won’t share? I picked up on that at the Rome dinner, and again last night. Why is that?

Lisa and the rest yell, “Where’s Brandi?” SMH — only because Brandi is a convenient weapon against Denise at the moment. It wasn’t all that long ago that they wanted absolutely nothing to do with her. Brandi, though, is like the snake in the story. A man befriends the snake and the snake turns around and bites him. Denise Richards should be fired. This show is about sharing your lives with the world and she shares nothing but lies and facades. There’s zero truth in anything she says. She contradicts herself constantly. She’s boring. Get rid of her bs.

I don't know that I believe Denise and I do know that I don't actually care one way or another.  These women have agreed to show their homes, their families, their shopping and their travel.  Not one of them has agreed to show us or actually shown us their sex life.  Anything they say in reference to it, up to this point, has been their own choice to share.  And that is how it should be.

Watching them, including Andy, hammer away at Denise over this feels very uncomfortable.

Just checking in here to see the comments. I’m not going to watch P2 either except a quick glance to see how they look. 

I’m wondering if Denise has a substance abuse problem. Why would you be out of it in a TH? Those are scheduled in advance. It isn’t like she was in the moment at a party with others and drank a little too much. 

If the does have an issue, maybe it has contributed to her memory issues. She could’ve been drunk in a blackout and not remember everything she said (or did). 

By the way, I didn’t buy her excuse that she’s allergic to powder and that’s why her eyes looked so red last week. Come on, Denise! You’ve been wearing makeup for two seasons. This didn’t come off well.

I dont think Denise is being honest about everything but i'm still on her side. She’s outmatched by these bitter women who are determined to take her down.  Why? Furious at Andy and the mean girls! What has Denise done to them? Why are they so hateful?

Thank you where was this hammering when Mauricio got accused of being seen with another woman? where was the question from Andy and the other girls about him being a cheat? Kyle freaked out with the mere mention from Lisa about the tabloid speculation 2 seasons ago ... How dare you put that out there .....Why didn't they hammer Lisa about freaking out and busting a glass and threatening Kim for wanting to talk about Harry what was Lisa hiding what about Harry was so scary for her? its utter utter bullshit the indignation that these women have when it was them was just to much but this season and this take down of Denise they are all for talking about it.   these woman and Andy  are full of shit ........This franchise  just shot itself in the foot ....

Exactly.  Kyle said some stupid shit to Denise like "if it's out there, it has to be addressed."  Yeah, well, clearly that didn't happen when rumors of Mauricio cheating were out there, when rumors of Kim doing meth was out there, when rumors about Harry Hamlin were out there, when rumors about Rinna's eating disorder were out there.  And even this season, it's out there that Mauricio has committed fraud so why aren't we addressing that, Kyle?

The "problem" with Denise is there's a line she won't cross, and I do think she was very tempted to do so.  (This inquiring mind wonders if many of the texts she has from Rinna are about the takedown of LVP.)  Anyway Denise refused to lower herself to their level, causing the three to double down on their viciousness.

Another thing...yes Denise is leaving the show and purportedly a four-year contract. She's been in the business a long time, has done reality TV before, and probably retains a savvy group of attorneys...maybe she and Bravo settled.
