Yes. Toxic — it says a lot about how arbitrary all this is that she wasn’t cut. Short legs and bad attitude. Normally just one of those would get you sent packing.

I hope VK and Lisa are the next Jenna/Holly dramatic situation. If they are both toxic, then let’s watch it spread through the upcoming seasons and see how that plays out! Good for morale? No. But good for TV?  In the words of Sarah Pailin, “You betcha!”

Exactly!! So what's the deal?? Is this like Renfield and Dracula? Does VK have to be invited to cross thresholds and does she sleep in a large, oddly shaped box at night? Does she tell people she's allergic to garlic? Does she avoid sunlight? Does Lisa eat bugs and refer to VK as "The Mahstah"? I'll see myself out.

Good spotting! It took me absolutely way too long to realise that they were the ones that don't have dcc cameos. I was like the hair colours all wrong and the top right blonde hair seems too long 🤦‍♀️

I'm curious to see which Vets and TCCs are in each group and how they are dispersed..the suspense is real! My guesses/predictions for First and Second leaders based off of last year's Group leaders, tenure etc.:

Group 1: Maddie, Rachel A.

Group 2: Tess, Savannah

Group 3: Lexie, Ashlee

Group 4: Gina, Brennan

I'm probably totally wrong lol but it's my best shot at a guess 😂 I feel like these personalities would work well together in each group!

I also think all of the incoming 3rd years are qualified for Group Leader positions so am very excited to see the outcome of this.

Personally, I don’t agree with tenure having that much say in the formation and GL selection. That’s how you end up with amy/maddie dual point and Tess in the triangle. Savanah is really nice, but she’s not the stronger dancer and struggled a lot with memory, always seems a bit off... i don’t think she’s the best person to teach others and definitely shouldn’t be front row within their group. Plus, what if she stays for a 5th year? Can she really be point of her group?

That being said, I’m sure they’ll give the positions based on seniority, which sucks because the 3rd years are amazing. Anyway, I think they’ll pair Savannah with either Maddie or Tess. And I think they’ll mix the haircolors as last year. Ashlee is too strong of a dancer to be paired with anyone else, so I think she should be placed with Gina.

Good point, however I would imagine they would only send the girls currently being interviewed to the interviewers. I could be wrong about that though.

I tried to look in the background of Kat's log for Rookies as it seemed like she had a lot more people in the backgrounds of hers in comparison to the previous vlogs, but couldn't pick anyone out.

I wonder if we will get any more Boots in the Bubble, or if Kashara is not returning to the bubble. I guess she could host the podcasts from anywhere, though.

This is so true.  I know this is going to be a strange year in terms of practices and training but I really hope Kelli and Judy change up the triangle and disregard last year's placements.

I'd like to see the following further up in the triangle: Amber, Caroline, Ashlee, Rachel W, Hannah, Jalyn, Kelcey, Chandi, Alannah, Amanda and heck.. even Kat!

It stormed like crazy in my neighborhood!  Our patio table and umbrella flew into our pool!  Seems like it was kind of hit and miss around the metroplex, Allen supposedly had a tornado and lots of people lost power.  But yes, it does feel cooler today, thank goodness!

You know I adore you girl but this is one time I have a varying opinion (and that's okay!).  I really had hoped Tess would have retired last year.  She bores me to tears and I think there are far stronger ladies to be a GL.

This is very early Saturday morning in San Francisco over the Golden Gate Bridge..(you can see the City in the background)..we have a heatwave plus the thunder, lightening & rain...I feel like I'm visiting family in Louisiana...it rarely rains here in August and the good weather doesn't usually start until early September (if you plan to visit, early fall is the best time of year by the Bay)

Yes exactly, the team is mainly made of blenders and that’s understandable. But when you have such strong alternatives yet keep the same blenders up front because a. You made a terrible choice last year b. They didn’t retire, well it’s a shame. We could’ve had Bridget in the triangle... yet here we are, with maddie in the triangle for the 3rd year!

Eh, personally I think she’s gotten so skinny that her head now looks huge for her body, but she is photogenic. She was a terrible choice for triangle imo because she’s one of the tallest and made the whole triangle out of balance, while Amy who’s a bit shorter than Maddie ended up behind point. That doesn’t make sense at all... And it wouldn’t bother me as much if she was that exceptional, but she’s a blender to me at least.

Group 1: Maddie and Brennan (Maddie is a young GL and Brennan is more mature)

Group 2: Lexie and Rachel A (both power pom specialists)

Group 3: Tess and Daphne (the long and lean group, pretty sure Daphne was captain of her college team)

Group 4: Gina and Savannah (they can't leave Savannah out as the only 4th year so stick her with the best dancer)

Obviously, they might not be in that order and I've mixed up hair colours too! I think Taylor J, Caroline and Amber could possibly be 2GLs though.

The only girls I think I can identify are Darian in the blue against the wall and Jada in white in front of her. Everyone else is too far away and too blonde lol

Sometimes seniority shouldn't be an automatic reward i'm talking to you Maddie and Savvy. I have no issue with either of them however, after watching Maddie on Boots in the Bubble I thought, hmmm she should not be point she just doesn't have any sass or spice. As far as Savvy being a 2GL, what if her GL is out sick, really Savvy is going to lead her group? Bless her heart she is mature & a lovely teammate i'm sure, but she does not have the dance chops to lead a group. But oh wait, they're both senior DCC therefore they should get special treatment. That's not how the real world works...

I like your predictions! I think it's so hard to call group leaders this year with the deserving and likeable upper vets to choose from and the incoming third year rookie class which is so strong! 😊 I think Erin (the comeback Queen!), Briana, Rachel W., Madeline M., Cianna, Alanna, Jalyn and of course Hannah all have great qualities too and are such well spoken ambassadors! Listening to them on KaShara's recent Boots in the bubble podcasts really highlighted to me how eloquant this 14 strong season 13 Rookie Class is! Hoping we will find out soon the definitive list of allocated Groups.

I don't really care who Group Leader or 2nd Group Leader is (because I ALWAYS choose the wrong people) as long as Victoria and Lisa are NOT among the chosen few.
