Gail Bean will recur as Roulette, a feisty wild child who truly lives up to her name—she’s taking major risks and breaking "allllll" of Uncle Clifford’s rules. Like fire, she’s dangerous, unpredictable, and uncontrollable—but dazzling to watch. On and off the pole, she’s turning The Pynk upside down.

Season 2 will take place five months after the Season 1 finale and will take on The Pynk’s struggle to thrive amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Starz’s ‘P-Valley’ Posts Huge Viewer Gains for Season 2 Premiere

The June 3 premiere for Starz’s P-Valley gathered 4.5 million viewers across platforms in the United States over its first three days. That was a record for a Starz series opener across all platforms. Viewers using the Starz app, the P-Valley Season 2 premiere grew by 1,018 percent, compared to the Season 1 in 2020.

That’s great. I’m glad the show is getting more exposure.

Well so much for my hope that this show would get an Emmy nod. The same shows seemed to sweep everything which is a bit disappointing.

OMG. I’m slayed!! We aren’t getting Episode 07 until next week. Huge boo to Starz on this one. :(

Thank you for sharing this article. It was very good. I enjoyed John Clarence’s performance very much- I hope to see him in more things.

The show is no longer on, but he was a lead in Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist. VERY different role. That was my first exposure to him.

Maybe! Let’s hope so. Most of the writing is just so good with this show and the acting is stellar. Gives me another reason to look forward to summer.

Hey, is anyone else watching anything they’re liking? I’m open to any recommendations.

Starz Sets ‘P-Valley’-Inspired Docuseries ‘Down in the Valley’

New episodes of P-Valley probably won't air until sometime in 2025, since production for the next season hasn't started yet.

P-Valley star Nicco Annan is set to host a six (half-hour) episode docuseries entitled "Down in the Valley" for Starz, exploring the people, music, culture and stories of the Deep South, featuring everything from strip clubs to sex workshops, rap performances and ancient hoodoo rituals. Although it has not been made yet, it is expected to be released this year.
