After a widely publicized arrest, Amber is released from jail. Mackenzie finds out Josh cheated on her. Maci’s son can’t go to Jagger’s first birthday party. Cheyenne’s boyfriend finally moves to LA. Catelynn has an anniversary surprise in store.

Well, I’ve said this before but I do think I’m out. The producers of reality shows should learn that 10 years with a franchise is long enough. Unless one of the kids wins  a Nobel Peace prize, I’d say that after the birth of the babies and maybe a look back five and ten years later would have been enough. They just aren’t interesting and the only moral to this story is that if you give money to trailer trash, they will not improve their lives at all. They will develop addictions, have more children, buy fancy cars and houses and take great vacations. They will learn that they have “ mental health issues” that excuses all their bad behavior.  So, I’m done.

I’ll be interested to see the ratings.  Considering everyone is supposed to be staying home, if you’re like me you don’t have much to do and have been watching a lot more TV (more than usual even, which is....don’t judge me!).

This show is so over...put a fork in it. Amber is just pathetic. We all heard the audio from your night of rage in July...you were really acting like a deranged foul mouthed lunatic. And don't even TRY to act like a doting loving mother...you never got your ass off the couch or the bed to do anything with that baby except give him a bottle once and awhile. Andrew did everything for and with the baby...he cooked all the meals and carted you around all over the place. To top it off, you are now accusing him of "taking everything you have" away from you...even your son! Andrew should definitely have full custody of James...she should only have supervised visits. She's a powder keg all the time except when she's fake crying that everyone is against her. And trying to pass off all of her bad behavior and physical abuse of her boyfriends as a "mental illness" is just not cutting it and is even more of a reason that Andrew and Andrew alone should be caring for the baby...and Cory, you just need to STFU about other people's baby/custody issues...I have a feeling you're going to have issues like this yourself with two baby mamas.

Ryan looked high as a kite...and his mother is still crying and enabling her blubbering man child son....sad.

What's with Cheyenne's new guy? His "roommate" situation "fell through"? I don't think he ever had a roommate situation except that he was trying to manipulate Cheyenne into living with him...dump him Cheyenne. Who were the people with them when they were looking at houses? His family/friends? Why would they all be there in L.A.? 

Must be nice to not have jobs and just be able to take off to Maui for a vacation...I just loathe Cate and Tyler. She's another one with  the "mental illness" excuse for everything. Tyler is just lazy and a fame whore. 

Mackenzie showed some grit and character...she has values at least and a strong sense of self. She shouldn't take her wayward hubby back. He will cheat again and again...his profession takes him on the road all the time and he spends his off hours at honky tonk bars that "buckle bunnies" hang out at looking for hook ups with rodeo guys. I'm sorry for her loss of her mother...she did not look good at all at this taping...but I think Mackenzie will be able to weather future storms. Her mom seemed to be saying that Mackenzie maybe was the reason for Josh cheating...did anyone else catch that? She certainly wanted them stay together even though he broke an important and solemn vow to be faithful. I think we saw Mackenzie go from a girl to a woman last night.

Ugh... TV really needs to put an end to this mess. These girls are pushing 30 and we still call them "teen" moms?

Holy shit at McKenzie’s mother. I feel horrible saying that because of her passing but I’m appalled at her terrible advice. Truly appalled. “What did you do to cause this kind of behavior? Getting excessively mad at him for everything?” Of course we need to be smiley and cloyingly pleasant all the time to prevent our husband’s penises from straying! I detest this sentiment with all my heart. It is messed up she’d try to blame her daughter for her shitbag husband’s infidelity. 
 

Tyler really seems to be faking it. He seems so artificially enthusiastic especially with his “oh heyyyy good looking!”  and that tight close-mouthed kiss. Please. I hope they’re finally able to have that boy they both want so badly.

I don't get Cate's parenting.  She said her & Tyler needed a vacation after a rough year.  That year included her 3 rehab-cations away from her young child and Tyler's month of self reflection.  Why would you go away from your children yet again?

I saw a photo of Maci and one of the producers that said they shut down filming because of Covid-19. That probably have a lot of footage to edit, but if the people cannot edit at home, it's probably stalled. 

Nothing will ever make these people come to terms with the fact their "celebrity" is fleeting. The OGs had the seasons end and then come back at much higher pay, so I think they believe it will always be there. It should be apparent to them that the viewers were hate watching Farrah and Jenelle and the rest of them are just boring, but it's not. Jenelle went so far out-of-bounds for entertainment and even Kail admitted she expected viewership to lower because of it, which it did, but thinks she is enough to keep people tuned in. The whole lot of them are delusional.

They’re all so boring.  I’m shocked at how long it takes for Maci to get one sentence out of her mouth.  Is she doing this on purpose to fill her segments?  

Mackenzie is the only one interesting to watch.  Just on a superficial note, she looks too big and muscular to me.  Every time I see her, I think of this whippet dog that I saw on TV that was born with so much extra muscle that it weighs twice as much as it’s supposed to weigh, even though it has very little fat:

I didn’t take it as Angie blaming Mackenzie for Josh’s infidelity.  I think she was just asking pointed questions so that Mackenzie could have been more accountable for the role she played in her relationship, even if it’s so she can extract lessons from this for her next husband.  

I think Josh is a total loser, definitely a cheater, definitely a liar, definitely a drug addict...but it would be nearly impossible for Mackenzie to be utterly blameless in this situation, even if her only mistake was hooking up with him in the first place.  

I had no idea about Angie’s status since filming until I came here.  Can I just ask my fellow posters to use spoiler tags on any major event that happens subsequent to the show’s filming please?  Thank you.  🙏

Psycho Amber absolutely did the right thing by going to the 1st day of school although I am sure she doesn't know why. She should be terribly ashamed of her behavior and remember this awful feeling of embarrassment both for her and for Leah, the next time she smacks someone around. 

My back hurts just looking at Cate.

I actually think C & T mean well as parents, but they have an incredibly low bar for "good parenting" because they compare their kids' childhoods to their own. In their minds, their kids are incredibly lucky to live in a nice house and have tons of toys, clothes, etc. On top of that, their kids aren't subject to their parents disappearing (on drug benders, going to jail, etc.) while they're left to fend for themselves. Their kids don't see them getting dragged away by the police, see them smoking meth, get molested by their druggie friends while they're passed out on the kitchen floor, etc., etc.

So, to them (because they're severely damaged and still don't understand the trauma they've suffered or how it's affected them), their kids are living a dream life that couldn't possibly be traumatic since it's so much better than their childhoods and they're (at least relatively) fine. Allegedly.

This is how family dysfunction can incrementally diminish over each generation.  I've definitely witnessed this in my own family. There is a lot of abuse in my mother's branch of the family going back at least four generations that I am aware of.  Each generation is slightly less abusive than the previous one.
