ElectricBoogaloo January 18, 2020 Share January 18, 2020 I am one of those people who watches stuff in order, even when it's an anthology like this with separate stories, so I started with the first one. I really felt for Kabir being on his own at such a young age. I know it must have been awful for his parents to be deported, but at least they had each other to lean on. Poor Kabir had no siblings or relatives so he was all alone for all those years. And if that weren't enough, he knew that the motel was his responsibility. That is a lot for a 12 year old to deal with. And thanks for nothing, Laura Bush! On a shallow note, I loved the music in this episode. Even though I wasn't familiar with the songs, they all fit the mood of each scene perfectly. I hope Kabir got that Trans Am. Link to comment
