I agree with you on the endorsement deal ad nauseam:)  I’ve been seeing stuff on their stories off and on since they started.  And yes, better then having someone raid their fridge, especially if the girls are getting free food out of it.

Ewww - I hope they aren’t doing that, but Milan did say during the podcast, some resort to extreme measures for calendar shoot.  I just remember seeing them showing those pressed juices they were drinking (advertising).

I used to hit up MFF all the time until Snap Kitchen took over...there are a few other similar services in DFW too.  It's not cheap, but it's fantastic.  Meal prep is more accessible than ever, though, so hopefully some of these gals (especially the roommates) just split a Costco membership and spend a couple hours on Sunday getting things together for the week.  Social media can be annoying, but between Reddit, Pinterest and Instagram I've got meal prep Sunday recipes and containers coming out of my eyeballs.  

I'd like to think living a healthy lifestyle is easier than it's ever been, and there's such a focus on Paleo/Whole 30/Clean eating that the focus is more on using nutrition to stay fit versus diet pills.  But hey, why not both I guess?

I absolutely love Ashlee, she seems like one of the realest girls on the squad. Rachel W is beautiful, I just feel like I know nothing about her. Same with Erin? All I know is her ballet background. Jalyn is just a mystery to me - I love watching her dance, and her rookie season, I was rooting for her, but I feel like last season she faded? Maybe that's just due to editing though, they don't focus

I kinda love the unusual pairings they've been going with so far - it feels like they're going with one more power-strong dancer and one more technique-strong dancer for each class, and I think it's important. I would love to see like Kelcey and Cianna together, or Amber and Daphne, or Caroline and Hannah - I know all these girls have both power and technique, but I feel like each girl in each pair made the team for different reasons and have different strengths, and I think that's important to show for prospective candidates to see that it takes both kinds to make the squad.

Those were the exact 2 things that stood out to me.  Kelli has let her be the boss and  cheat from the age of 5.

There's an actual discussion on the FB page about this very subject. One supporter is now beginning to voice her disappointment and doubts about VK. A few others are backing her up, saying that it goes to show how editing led the poster to believe that VK deserved her spot. Color me both shocked, and impressed.

Sigh. This just shows that VK has always had a leg up on everyone, even from a young age. I'm probably what most would call a VK defender, but I think her village (her parents, mentors, other adults in her life...etc) has really failed her. I don't think she's a bad dancer and I think she is fine for the team, not the best and not the worst. But even I am starting to feel like they are trying to make fetch happen with her. If she just rode out her first year without being featured in articles and in special IG videos, people might have grown to like her and she would have the space to grow as a dancer on the team without the spotlight on her. She also just doesn't know when to shut her mouth. There's no reason to reveal that you got into things unfairly because of nepotism.

The girl is an interview risk. You don't know what's going to come out of her mouth. She either has no words or the words she has are the wrong ones. Totally agree. In addition to being extremely self-absorbed, she is immature and not all that bright. Without a lot of advance coaching, when left on her own and she opens her mouth, she comes across as a stereotypical ditzy ‘dumb blonde’ with very little between her ears. (Disclosure- I am blonde and have always been extra sensitive to the negative stereotype, so I hate to see someone bring it to life.) I would think Victoria’s childish vapidness doesn’t exactly reinforce the DCC image/brand that Kelli wants to sell to everyone.. but why even try to understand what’s in Kelli’s head these days.

Well, that interview didn’t do her or her mom any favors. That is the difference of her mom and others that abide by set rules. At age 5 & 15, parents have to enroll you and possibly sign waivers. VK was brainwashed as a toddler that the biggest goal in life was to be a DCC. Her mom made her believe that it was ok to break the rules for her dream.

This reminds me of her first makeover where they told her the dark almost black was way too harsh...I love her natural curls but I like it a little lighter.

One of the reasons for Viv's cut in TC her first time, was she was "too short" and the boots chopped off her legs.  Lisa has that same body type...as did Allie...I just don't care for Lisa.  Never have, never will.  She looks so unapproachable.

Plus, in every "DCC in Motion" and other random videos I've seen her in, she's always off count.  I'm not a fan & wouldn't be sad if she gets cut.  Of all the rookies, all I'm really hoping for is for my girl Meredith to make it back 🙂

I'll take Victoria's sneakiness over Cassiegate anyday. Ugh, Cassie did not have the look at all. Woof.
