D'Andra's "poor me" shit is really starting to piss me off!  She's always talking about how she has NO money, can't live on 60K a year, Mommy bought her a freaking HOUSE, gave a a freaking BUSINESS, and she seems to think that her Mommy should go ahead and give her the "trust money" now.  I think the "trust money" is her inheiritance, for crying out loud!

WHO IN THE REAL WORLD starts asking Mommy for $$$$ BEFORE Mommy croaks off?

If I were whatshername Dee(?), I'd SPEND every last freaking penny and leave old D'Andra with what she already has.

And here we go again with LeeAnn and that childhood again. I'm gonna blow chunks!

My husband's 50-year-old stepdaughter.  When her mother (my husband's ex) sold her house and moved to Florida, daughter asked "Are you giving us our inheritance before you go?"  Mom wasn't going to hospice -- she was going to a retirement community!  And she needed every penny of that money.  I hope she spends it all before she croaks.

Mama Dee and D'Andra have a sad, sick relationship.

I wonder if Brandi’s daughter is like that with her dad?  At least she did eventually put the scooter away.

The most exciting thing to me is that LeeAnne’s church is right next to where my dog goes to day care.  Thrilling episode.  😂

Yeah, I hated it.  Way too modern (as was the church IMO) and I thought it was unflattering too.  Leanne is so skinny!  How did this designer manage to make her look...puffy?

Yes, definitely.  Brandi needs to be a disciplinarian and Brian needs to be on her team.  What I thought was most damaging was Brandi crying after the argument with Brooklyn.  If I were poor Brinkley (I think Bruin is too young to understand), I would be really frightened if my mom was crying over an argument with my sister. It would feel really unstable.  Brandi, if you need to cry, hide in the pantry like Charlotte from Sex and the City 2, duh!

Five hours between a ceremony and reception?  Huh?  Hey, we're going over to a local restaurant for food and beverages.  Don't be surprised if we don't come back.

I found the five hour gap passive-aggressive.  Stephanie was right in her talking head when she said the gap is to ensure that everyone knows this is your day.  I'd attend the reception only, or I'd skip the whole thing entirely.

Kary...your happy hour wasn't a private event in any sense.

On the upside, I liked Kary's daughter a lot.  She seems calm and driven, like her sister.  There is something very composed about them for their ages.  On RHOC, there is a daughter trying to make it in the fashion industry and she seems very desperate and frantic.  She can take a page out of Olivia's book.

I thought it was sweet that Leanne had friends to accompany her to try on the dress (it was really big of Stephanie, and I think she was completely sincere), and I'm glad there are people who are willing to do that, because I wouldn't be caught dead celebrating a dress, nor would I expect anyone to give that much of a toss about mine.

D'andra treats Jeremy the way she says her mom treats her, doesn't she see that?  She thinks Dee infantalizes her, yet she not only emasculated Jeremy, she invites a whole table of people to do it.  You don't sell out your husband.  If he just washes one dish a week, he is "working" and he has a supportive role in the household, and that's all anyone outside of their immediate family needs to know, unless Jeremy's lack of work is negatively affecting D'andra, and then they need to take that shit up with therapist, off camera.

Speaking of men not working, what the hell is Rich's job anyway?  Retired reality star?

I found the name of the podcast "Weekly Dose of BS" unappealing.  That being said, the prank phone call was very funny.  If you don't know the players, though, I don't see how it would be worth listening to.

I've called out Kameron for having a small house before, and it's time again:  I don't think her house has enough space.  She has racks of clothes in her bedroom, which is a pet peeve of mine.  Wouldn't human Barbie have a sick closet?  Wouldn't she also have a spacious salon for occasions like getting ready for a wedding with a friend, instead of having to eat sandwiches in a bathroom with the staff bending and twisting around them at every turn?  That doesn't say Westcott money to me at all.

I don't buy the Brandi-Stephanie story about Bruin's bio mom, never did.  In this episode, I don't believe Brandi would have found out that the bio mom was pregnant again before Stephanie found out.  When season three opened, Brandi said the adoption was so closed that the bio mom never saw Bruin, like she literally never laid eyes on him.  We haven't been told anything has changed, so where would Brandi get this info?  If we are to believe the story that Stephanie was in social work and she stumbled upon this eligible newborn baby with the Redmonds' exact complexion (which I never believed for a second), Stephanie would be the one with the info first.  But, again, I think they were lying then and they're lying now, so no need to be consistent, I suppose.

I like adult Brandi.   She is fun and down to earth.

But, mother Brandi makes me uncomfortable AF!

The first season she spent a lot of time at home drinking wine.  I don’t believe in moms day drinking.  Makes for sloppy parenting.

I have girlfriends.  We go out to lunch and they drink while breastfeeding their infants.  It makes me so uncomfortable to see this.  Parents thinking they NEED alcohol. The drinking gives their infants digestion problems, too!

Her girls got kicked out of private school for how Brandi behaved on TV.

Then the following season there was pregnancy issue.  She had a bunch of plastic surgery.  Then they adopted a baby out of the blue!

When does that little girl get any time with her parents?

Seems like daddy is gone a lot, too.

They had no business adopting that baby.

Who gives a hoot if it has red hair and a penis!

You have 2 beautiful little girls that need you and want attention.

Brandi has some cojones talking about wanting another baby....that is not even hers!

Brandi needs to put that baby down for a nap.....and, go play with her daughter.

It is like she is afraid to touch her.  First she is holding the baby.  Then she is holding the dog.  Other times, she is holding a glass of wine.  WTF?????!!!

Now we know why the little girl is rebelling and she is ONLY...10!!!!

She is not coping with the new baby brother. To keep it a secret the girls probably were told just before they brought him home.

Brooklyn is acting like Kameron!!! I was.....Excluded!
Now, she is giving Brandi hell. 🥳

That little girl is out of control. How old is she? I remember watching Brandi on WWHL and Andy asked about Brooklyn. Brandi said - and I'm paraphrasing - that she knows how people see the show and think her daughter is a brat, but she sees a "spirited" girl. That isn't spirit, it's disrespect, plain and simple. When she tells her daughter to get out of the street, she needs to listen. I agree that Brandi needs to stop trying to be a friend and give that girl discipline, boundaries and tough love. I'm curious how Brooklyn is with Brian and if she listens to him.

I thought Brandi did okay tonight - she told the kid to stop or she'd have to put up the scooter; then she made sure the kid put up the scooter.  Sent her to her room and the kid went.  Her only mistake in my book was feeling bad about it - let the kid come out when she's ready to apologize and talk nicely.

Some things D'Andra said: (paraphrasing but her points make me go 😳)

"Now that Jeremy knows how to run a business he wants to know why my mom's not helping me!" 😳

"When you gave me that business it should have been sustainable by itself!" 😳

Dee said that she started the business herself and took it to where she wanted it, and now D'Andra could take it in another direction.  (I got the impression she knew it wasn't going so great but it's still a business and D'Andra could make something of it if she wanted to.) She also said she didn't think it would go down like that, and she thought D'Andra might go in to work from 9-5.  I find myself on the side of the Coffin-Dodger I've always hated in this dispute 😄

Speaking of Dallas moms I hate - did anyone get a load of the glamorous and super-classy "Jimmy"'s escort to Leanne's wedding?  🤣😂🤣😂🤣

Has there been any explanation for why Dee and D’Andre stopped advertising on Christian television?

The customer base died out.

They were older white Christian women.

Dee is right about one thing.

D’Andra needs to take this company into 2019.  Things her mom does not know too much about.....and, it is not her customer base, anyways.

D’Andra needs to use her HWs connections, too.

Many housewives have made themselves wealthy from it...... not just Bethenny.

The ‘Influencer Era’ has been going strong for 10 years.

What was D’Andra doing all this time????

I wonder why they never took it to a Home Shopping Channel.....?

For me.....I do not think D’Andra is a right fit for....skin care.  She went and had a face lift, too.  She should try selling something else.

Am I understanding that Kary’s current husband helped raise (meaning he financially supported) the 3 kids from her first marriage and now she’s worried about not having any money of her own? Oh, until her nonsense jewelry line kicks in? Then what? She’s going to help pay the utilities? I get that she feels unstable because he holds all the purse strings, but isn’t that the life she chose?

People’s shopping habits have change.

Dee never used a website...it seems.

People used to call in from the programming.

DeAndra said she was President of the company....so, why did she not use all the free social media sites to influence people to buy her beauty products....?

DeAndra already gave us the answer.

She does not want to start ‘all over’ with the company.

Now, she is sitting on $60,000 free money + HWs salary.

DeAndra is not hurting for money.  Never has.   And, why she lacks work ethics.

The Christian shopping channel is gone, so the customer base is gone.

Dee is just awful with D'Andra.  When Dee started she had one product and a phone...and a rich husband.  Probably no debt, too.  She gave D'Andra a $7,000 a month lease to cover plus all the other expenses.  Dee is too gleeful over D'Andras pain--It looks like Dee planned for this to go badly for her daughter--or at least she got out before it all went to shit, and gave it to her daughter.  Dee is bad and jealous of her own daughter.

I will be so happy when Leanne's wedding is over!  She thinks an invite to her party is the peak of the social season and holding it over her castmates.  Ya, whatever, once it is done you are done.

I really like Brandi, she needs to be much firmer with Brooklyn, and her hubby  needs to step up. Brooklyn has become  much worse, since Bruin was adopted, who is a completely loveable cutie.  I think if they adopt anymore children   Brooklyn will get even worse.

Leeann, so her mother tends to make everything  about her, hmm, well Leeann,  you're the same effing  way. Plus, your freebie wedding dress, is ugly. I'm so tired of her bringing  up her childhood. Good luck Rich, I can see this marriage ending up in tears.

I think we've seen enough of D' andra, but her mother is a real bitch , Dee is a nasty woman, who was lucky she married into money. She sank her business.

Kam was Kam this episode, I'm not sure what she does, but thank God my husband does all the things Court does,  we share chores equally.

Loved Stephanie  and Brandis, BS show. Anything  that brings a smile to Stephanie's lovely face  is good with me.

Kary's daughter has a good head on her shoulders, but she's a sullen mare. I like Karey,  she's one of the few HW I like what she says, and how she says it. Obviously  her husband holds the purse strings   I hope she can make a go of her jewelry  business, next week looks tense between them.

I was dumbfounded by the way Brooklyn disrespects Brandi. I can't even fathom what would have happened to me if I told my mother, "I hate you" and then went upstairs to my room and locked the door only to continue talking back to my mother from behind the door. Brandi says she fears Brooklyn will resent her if she disciplines her too harshly. So what? At least she will respect you, and you won't raise an entitled, spoiled, disrespectful brat. Brandi better get a handle on Brooklyn before she becomes a teenager and it's too late.

I agree that Brooklyn is out of control, but I can't feel bad for Brandi because she has created that monster and is allowing it to fester because she's too afraid to discipline her own daughter.

Exactly! I'm not interested in hearing in her confessionals about how she wants her own career and Eduardo handles all the money and blah blah and she has no money of her own. That's a very simplistic view of Brooklyn's behaviour - and so easy to blame everything on Brandi.  We rarely see the husband so have no idea whether he's backing up Brandi or not.  Children also have their own personalities - and I think this is a kid who has problems that require a psychologist or a psychiatrist to come up with a plan for the family - this situation won't improve on it's own.  I actually give credit to Brandi - she was very calm with Brooklyn, continued to make her point, got the kid to put her scooter in the garage and go to her room.

I found this episode kind of boring. And Dallas is my second favourite HW show (after NY, of course). I have been really enjoying this season for the most part. But I'm tired of the D'andra/Mama Dee stuff. Mama Dee is kind of cut throat. But D'andra is a spoiled brat and a horrible businesswoman and I'm never going to feel sorry for her, so let's move along.

And even as one of the few LeeAnn fans, I'm tired of her wedding stuff. I figured it would all be the wedding tonight, but we're getting more next week? Sigh....

Court's photo album of household chores was kind of hilarious. But it would have landed better if I actually thought Kam ever did any of that stuff.

I'm becoming more and more convinced that Kary came on this show to pave the way for a divorce. She seems to be dropping more and more bombs about how one-sided her marriage is, especially in financial terms.

Brooklyn is a straight up brat.  A brat of Brandi's own making. She has spoiled that kid to death and I doubt she ever gives her any consequences. But what about Brian? Does he help with the discipline at all? I wonder if Brooklyn plays up more for the cameras? I certainly think it's unfair to film all of that. Snotty little shit, but I kind of feel sorry for her.

I'm really not a Brandi fan AT ALL, but I feel for her with this current baby dilemma. She absolutely has her hands full. But how could you say "no" to your son's biological sibling? I don't know. That's a tough one. It would eat me up. But homegirl needs to call SuperNanny. STAT.

I agree with you. I think what parents (I am one) and others concentrate on is behavior while giving little time or concern to their child's inner life. The what of behavior is important but, the why behind the antagonism is too.

Growing up, I got disciplined and learned how to behave but, I also learned to repress expression of any negative emotions or anything that would inspire negative attention from my mom or other adults because the worst thing a kid could be was "out of control" or an embarrassment to their parents. Didn't stop me from resenting my parents, not really trusting them or emotionally pulling away from them as I grew older but, they got raves and validation from what a good kid I was and my achievements.

Now I know about deep breathing and meditation and the feeling is similar.

Mama Dee didn't deceive D'Andra - it's not as if D'Andra had paid for the company and then found out it was losing money. I don't understand why anyone would think it is Mama Dee's responsibility to somehow fix or finance the business.

Evidently D'Andra never worked particularly hard when she was "employed" by the business as she seemed to have working hours that started at 4:30 P.M. D'Andra did NOT object or state anything to the contrary when Mama Dee said that so I think it is true. Besides there has been nothing in the three or four years of the show that indicates that D'Andrea was actually working in the business except for show.

I am sure that if at any point during the time D'Andra has been a housewife, she could have done something to use the promotional value to try to launch the line or attempt to. I am not sure that there is much to launch as the field of beauty products is so crowded and competitive. I think some of the other housewives have attempted to do so without any success - Ramona anyone? Even the Dubrows who have the whole Dr. Dubrow plastic surgery credentials don't seem to have managed to really break through. Aside from Bethenny I can't think of another housewife who has launched a really successful brand and Skinny Girl just was a perfect blend of being the absolutely unique product at the right time and place with the absolute right person to be the face of the brand and as I recall she also was smart enough to partner with a really savvy business guy to take it to the next level.

I'll tell them why I'm upset (as much is appropriate for the situation and their age), but reassure them that everything will be okay. I actually thought Brandi did okay with that. It wasn't like she was full on sobbing in front of the kids.

I know a couple who adopted a child from old acquaintances of theirs that had gotten into drugs. The poor baby needed a lot of medical help when it was born, but they've done an amazing job raising her. A few years after she was born, the same couple got pregnant again - and decided to keep that baby. (It was a boy, which I am sure factored in. Sadly.) I always wonder, if the little girl ever finds out about it, how that will make her feel. These things are certainly complicated, with no clear answer.

The Mama Dee and D’Andra situation hits a little too close to home for me to get any enjoyment out of it. My husband and his mother have been in business together for 10 years. He does all the manual labor and she keeps the books. She hired his sister to take my place in the office without consulting him and never since his mom has been telling him the company is failing and won’t let him look at the books. He went in to the office while she wasn’t there only to discover that she’s been paying her personal credit cards and doing home renovations on the company’s dime. I haven’t spoken to her in close to a year because of the way she treated me when she hired my SIL, our family is in a state of disrepair and come the New Year he’s going to break the news that we are liquidating the company and starting the business over on our own. The main difference here is that my husband works his ass off 7 days a week in a labor intensive job and we have 3 children.

My son went through a period similar to that of Brandi‘s kid between the ages of 8 and 9. He was a mess and disrespectful as all get out. We didn’t raise him to be that way and I’d like to think I’m not as dysfunctional as Brandi appears to be. Sometimes it’s just a stage and having cameras in her face doesn’t help.

I can’t stand LeAnne. She’s an asshole and doesn’t deserve anyone to show up at her wedding. She’s no worse than Brandi’s kid at this point. Her dress wasn’t all that bad. Not something I would pick. It was the tiara that was awful!
