Phobias are real.
If my new "spouse" thought it was hilarious to exploit my ir/rational fear of something, I'd tear up that MAFS contract so fast, her head would be spinning.
Although, I have to add that George must be exaggerating the severity of his acrophobia somewhat or he wouldn't be rappelling down the side of the building--he'd be doubled over vomiting or zooming away in an ambulance while they tried to bring his heartrate down before he went into arrest.

I guess I'll throw in one other thing that bugged me, while I'm posting here all out of order.
I was shocked when Zoe wouldn't taste Jenna's scrambled tofu "eggs". One partner being vegan is HUGE and will require compromises from both of them all over the place. Taking just a little taste of your brand new wife's breakfast would have been the tiniest baby step possible. But . . . nope. : (
I agree. I am afraid of heights. Just watching the segments made my stomach drop. No way would I be able to even think about doing what George did. So I cry foul on his acrophobia.

I'm even more confused this week. I watched 14 and 15 last night. I must've missed an episode because there are 2 missing couples and I don't know where they went. lol

I'm in Boston. Last night my DVR recorded eps 12 and 13. They were playing at 6 and 7 pm which is weird because prime time isn't until 8. When I looked on demand, it didn't have episode 10 in the listing. I'm confused so I watched 12 and 13 with mostly the 2 new couples. I'm not sure if the tatoo couple will make it. The other couple is getting along good on vacation but I'm not sure this will continue when they return to real life.

I don't think Steve is single. I saw him at a restaurant about a month ago and he was with a blonde woman. She said she met him through his uncle. He joined in singing happy birthday to me. Very nice and friendly guy. I hope Kristen finds another guy who appreciates her for her.

Agree. Rinna also had selective amnesia with comments she made about Kim. She's been out the destroy the Richards sisters for years. And Kyle remains her friend after all she has done to her sisters. If I was Kathy and Kim, I wouldn't have anything to do with her.

Agree. Convenient that Whitney remembered her trauma while being on this show. And what is the trauma? She said that her sister and brother experienced different traumas than her. So all this trauma had to do with the father I guess. Whitney ruined everyone's weekend. She's a sloppy, instigating drunk. Judging by the lack of comments here, I'd say posters are done with this franchise.

One of them might be the free government phone. I have seen people who have this phone and also have a verizon or metro phone too. They usually use the government one for back-up and carry and use the other phone. Bill may have had both in his hands because he was returning from his trip and carried both on him.

Alexis already destroyed one marriage. Now she's on to number two. I agree with above posters that she's there for the exposure not for the marriage. Don't think she'll stay with Justin so that will be number three. Why hasn't she been called out by the experts.

I turned this off halfway through so can't comment on the whole show. Morgan is a bitch. She started the relationship talking about lying. Now it's all about Binh lying. She needs therapy for her longterm issues. I can't stand Alexis. I agree with all the above posters that's she's just here for the social media attention. Run Justin. Mitch and Kristen aren't going to make it. They are too different. I like Kristen but the constant head nodding is annoying. Miguel will make a good dad. I like Nate. I think he has street smarts as well as book smarts so can see through people more clearly. On another note, I was out for a birthday dinner at a marina in Quincy, MA. I looked over and Steve from last season was at the next table. I did a double take and he smiled. He was with another woman who was not Noi. Cute blonde who told my daughter she worked with Steve's uncle. They joined in singing Happy Birthday. Told him as I was leaving that I was glad he wasn't with Noi. He smiled. He just seemed like a laid-back guy having drinks and dinner and not fazed by my recognizing him.

The name of the show is Inmates to Roommates. So why are they all calling them returning citizens? I guess no one (including me) ever heard that term before and wouldn't have watched. To me, Returning Citizens to Roommates would've meant folks returning from foreign countries and became roommates with other Americans.

I don't know how they found these crazies but I'm loving it so far. Religious couple is weird. I kinda feel sorry for the Brooklyn guy. Sorry, I don't know names yet. The little girl's bedroom was bizarre. They renovated they whole house but the room that they gave to him. It seems that they want to punish him further with their rules he has to follow. Agree with the above poster who posted about the disabled woman taking hard core meds and having a drug trafficker as her roommate. Nuts. The hoarder guy has good intentions but he's book smart not street smart so I'm not sure how this will work out. Thanks Leilani2 for starting this thread. I'm here for this.

Rinna sucks and is a terrible actress. Yesterday was the one-month anniversary of my sister passing at 64 from pneumonia. So it was a tough day for me. Watching Rinna use her mother's death as an excuse for her appalling behavior at dinner was disgusting. Most times when I think of my sister, I can feel the tears coming. Rinna, with her soap opera background, couldn't even squeeze out one tear at first. I understand that people grieve differently but I have not screamed obscenities at anyone and disrupted a charity event.

Me too. That also made me think they borrowed the horses for the scene of Kobe shoveling shit. As others have noted, that was a huge pile of crap that looked like it had been there for a while. It's probably been there since they really had horses.

As someone posted up-thread, Crystal is Teddi's friend. Teddi is pissed she got kicked off and Sutton is still there. I totally think that's the story why Crystal is after Sutton.

I went to Florida for a year and came back to Boston. My friends loved my accent and I loved their southern accent. They always had me say beeah (beer). I'm sure John has gotten some comments in Texas when he buys beer.

Exactly. My daughter was going to school in MIami when Good Will Hunting came out. She was watching it with friends and made fun of his Boston accent. Her friends told her she sounded just like him! lol. I said it last week it looked like Ari hadn't washed or combed her hair since Africa. Looks like the trend continues this week as her hair looked dirty and disgusting.
