  1. Really enjoyed this episode. Jensen killed it showing Dean's emotion and Jared the fear and hesitation Sam had when dealing with Jack. One thing that I struggled with last season was the music was really off and didn't seem right for a lot of the scenes but this episode they nailed it with the music. Yeah I thought it was fair enough Dean not mentioning Rowena during his prayer but I'm pissed with the show for killing such a strong character and actress off screen and also her death getting lost in the season finale deaths.
  2. I enjoyed this episode but it didn't seem like a season finale. Could be an interesting set up for next year though. The editing and some of the music choices for the episode were off and it felt like some scenes were cut in the wrong place.
  3. All I could think watching that was poor Mark Sheppard. I'd say he got some ribbing filming that scene :)
  4. I so wanted to love this but it just didn't work for me at all. Hoping it gets better. I thought it was very clunky and the acting just seemed off :( Please, please get better/
  5. Overall I really liked this episode. Lots of action, some humour and all the major players involved. I had 2 issues though, while I like the idea of Casifer, Misha's portrayal didn't quite work for me. I hope he settles into it. Also while I really like Mark Sheppard and Crowley, I think it was Crowley's time to die and not Rowena's. IMO they have to be brave this season and as we know a Sam or Dean death will never stick it's either Crowley or Castiel's time to die. I also have a funny feeling Rowena's death won't stick, purely because they made the point she's the only one who can open the cage.
  6. Yep I was really excited when I saw those pics and then came to the one with Rowena and now I'm dreading that scene and the dialogue that I can only imagine it might contain. They could easily have had the cuffs around her wrists but the visual of a female cuffed around the neck and on a leash with 2 males is just ughhhhh
  7. I enjoyed this ep but do feel that they're setting up Dean as Amara V Sam as Lucifer. I really like the actress playing Amara and thought that all players were on point in this ep. Rowena fan girling Lucifer made me chuckle, I loved the way Jensen really showed all the conflicting emotions Dean was feeling when dealing with Amara, and Sam's tear at the end :( Even though we had all pretty much guessed it was Lucifer sending the visions to Sam, my heart broke for him as he so wants to believe in God. I don't understand why people are asking about Michael not being in the cage as I had thought they made it clear that we weren't seeing/going to the actual cage but that Rowena was doing a spell to manifest Lucifer in a safer place.
  8. So it looks like Sam might be working with Crowley to get into the cage......Oh boy....I'm sure that will work out well! For all of us speculating that something's off with Dean, the 'dad' cardigan and shirt/tie combo he's wearing in the next ep promo seems to support that theory ;) Of all the outfits they've had Dean in this may actually be the strangest.
  9. I've been wondering if we're heading for a 'Mark of Cain' carrier team up to defeat the darkness. In that the messages from the cage to Sam will eventually lead him to having to be Lucifer's meat suit again. That the only way to defeat/lock up the darkness will be Sam as Lucifer, Dean and maybe Cain teaming up.
  10. Yeah I've no interest in seeing or hearing about Adam again. I'd be happy if they just ignored his existence. Hoping they close the Adam thing off with a quick 'Oh he was never in the cage with us. Soul was sent straight to heaven'
  11. Really liked this episode and smiled all the way through.
  12. One thing that threw me out of this episode was was that Dean seems off. The way he's holding himself; some of the facial expressions reminded me of Dean playing Jensen playing Dean in 'The French Mistake'. I wonder if this is deliberate.
  13. I enjoyed that episode but it's time for the angel storyline to go. Keep Cas but somehow close heaven & lock the angels away. That baby was so cute and creepy!
  14. Pretty sure from various tweets that Jensen was on a plane to Australia when the ep was airing, as there's another con there this weekend. I thought last weeks 'The Prisoner' was a much better episode. I love SPN but it's a show that doesn't have a big enough budget to carry 'epic' story lines which makes me think the darkness will fall short of expectations. The finale would have sat much better with me if Sam & Dean had agreed that both had to die/go away so that they could save the world but before that happens Rowena's spell kicks in. Instead of Dean not being able to kill Sam and both brothers knowing that there will be dire consequences to their actions but still going there :( Have to say I'm not a fan of Jeremy Carver episodes and the dialogue he writes doesn't sit well with me. There were many smarter ways to show Deans decent and loss of control to the mark without going were Carver did with the dialogue about the dead girl. TBH if that wasn't there I probably would have really liked this ep. Jensen & Jared were great in the episode and I think maybe because of what's going on with Jared at the moment seeing Sam so broken and desperate really got to me :( Biggest question of the episode was....How does Sam have a bag with Deans hair????....Is it normal for people to carry bags of their siblings hair around? Well I'll be back for season 11 and looking forward to seeing how they handle 'Killing Death', 'The Darkness', and what happened with Crowley & Cas :D
