(Just coming back to finishing this absolute slog of a season). I’ve barely started this episode but I am WHEEZING at the 2 days! 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 😂 Of all the measly, nearly nonexistent time passages, a whole 2 days is the one they’re going to mark! 😂 😂 😂

I think Brie and Brady are what’s mostly keeping me going with this. I definitely get a sketch vibe from Mike, which bums me out because I also liked him in the books. Although, it’s been about 15 years since I read them, so I’m gaslighting myself over my memory of every character in the show when I get mad at them for being stupid.

I just started watching this after a few months break. My “huh…did I miss something??”: We’ve spent nearly 4 seasons vaguely referencing Jack’s ptsd and NOW suddenly he has a dead(?) brother. Did I miss that in some earlier episode? 💯 me, too! Like literally everything else on this show, I wait on tenterhooks for the inevitable “..I, too, have experienced X, but, of course, it was also Y and Z, thus much worse than you.”
